दिल्ली से सटे फरीदाबाद में भारी मात्रा में विस्फोटक बरामदगी के मामले में जांच एजेंसियों को एक और अहम सुराग मिला है। पुलिस ने एक महिला डॉक्टर की कार से एक असॉल्ट राइफल, पिस्टल और जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किए हैं। यह कार डॉक्टर मुजम्मिल शकील के सहयोगी के नाम पर है, जो फरीदाबाद के एक अस्पताल में कार्यरत हैं।

  

जांच में पता चला कि आतंकी मुजम्मिल जिस कार को चलाता था, वह कार इस लेडी डॉक्टर की है। बताया जा रहा है कि गाड़ी का नंबर सामने आने के बाद लेडी डॉक्टर खुद जम्मू पुलिस के पास गई है। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस लेडी डॉक्टर से पूछताछ कर रही है।

कार से AK-47 राइफल बरामद
यह कार मारुति सुजुकी स्विफ्ट है, जिसका नंबर फरीदाबाद के कोड HR 51 से शुरू होता है। पुलिस ने डॉक्टर शकील से पूछताछ के बाद इस कार की तलाशी ली थी। कार से पुलिस ने एक AK-47 राइफल, तीन मैगजीन, एक पिस्टल, जिंदा कारतूस और दो खाली कारतूस बरामद किए हैं। यह वाहन महिला डॉक्टर से जुड़ा हुआ पाया गया। इसी पूछताछ के दौरान शकील ने पुलिस को एक किराए के कमरे की जानकारी दी, जहां से 360 किलो विस्फोटक सामग्री, 20 टाइमर और अन्य संदिग्ध वस्तुएं बरामद की गईं।

अल-फलाह संस्थान में है कार्यरत
डॉक्टर शकील पिछले तीन वर्षों से फरीदाबाद के अल-फलाह स्कूल ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज एंड रिसर्च सेंटर में वरिष्ठ डॉक्टर के रूप में कार्यरत थे। वह संस्थान के परिसर में रहते थे, लेकिन इसके अलावा उन्होंने ढोज इलाके में एक कमरा किराए पर भी लिया हुआ था। करीब दस दिन पहले पुलिस को उनकी संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया गया। पूछताछ में उन्होंने महिला डॉक्टर की कार और किराए के कमरे की जानकारी दी।

सहारनपुर के डॉ. आदिल की गिरफ्तारी के बाद बड़े खुलासे
इस पूरे मामले की शुरुआत सहारनपुर के डॉ. आदिल की गिरफ्तारी से हुई थी। उससे पूछताछ में खुलासा हुआ कि 2021–22 से डॉक्टरों का यह नेटवर्क कथित रूप से रैडिकलाइजेशन और आतंकी गतिविधियों से जुड़ा हुआ था। पुलिस हैंडलर्स के रूप में हाशिम और बाद में श्रीनगर स्थित डॉ. ओमर के नाम सामने आए हैं। पुलिस यह पता लगा रही है कि महिला डॉक्टर ने हथियार और विस्फोटक सामग्री की लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट दी या नहीं। इसके साथ ही यह भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि वाहन उसके नाम या नियंत्रण में था या नहीं। उसके कॉल रिकॉर्ड और वित्तीय लेनदेन इस नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं या नहीं इसका भी पता लगाया जा रहा है।

महाराष्ट्र के सतारा जिले के फलटण इलाके में एक महिला डॉक्टर ने आत्महत्या कर ली। आत्महत्या करने से पहले डॉक्टर ने अपने हाथ की हथेली पर स्याही से लिखे नोट के अलावा चार पन्नों का डिटेल सुसाइड नोट भी छोड़ा है। इस नोट में उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने उनका चार बार बलात्कार किया और उन्हें पुलिस मामलों में अभियुक्तों के लिए फर्जी फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने का दबाव डाला। अब यह भी सामने आया है कि उन पर न केवल पुलिस अधिकारियों बल्कि एक सांसद और उनके पीए यानी निजी सहायकों का भी दबाव था।

  

डॉक्टर पिछले कुछ महीनों से पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के बीच चल रहे एक विवाद में फंसी हुई थीं। बताया जा रहा है कि एक मेडिकल जांच से जुड़े मामले में पुलिस अधिकारियों से उनके बीच वाद-विवाद हुआ था, जिसके बाद उनके खिलाफ विभागीय जांच भी शुरू की गई थी। डॉक्टर ने अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को शिकायत दी थी कि मेरे साथ अन्याय हो रहा है, अगर ऐसा चलता रहा तो मैं आत्महत्या कर लूंगी। दुर्भाग्यवश, बीती रात उन्होंने यह कदम उठा लिया। हथेली पर लिखे सुसाइड नोट में मृतका डॉक्टर ने बलात्कार का आरोप लगाया है। 

सुसाइड नोट में क्या लिखा?
अपने चार पन्नों के सुसाइड नोट में डॉक्टर ने लिखा कि पुलिस अधिकारी उन्हें अभियुक्तों के लिए फर्जी फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के लिए दबाव डालते थे। कई बार तो अभियुक्तों को मेडिकल जांच के लिए लाया भी नहीं जाता था। जब उन्होंने मना किया तो सब-इंस्पेक्टर गोपाल बदाने और अन्य लोग उन्हें परेशान करते थे। उन्होंने नोट में कहा कि मेरी मौत का कारण सब-इंस्पेक्टर गोपाल बदाने है जिन्होंने मेरा बलात्कार किया और प्रशांत बानकर है जिन्होंने 4 महीने तक मुझे मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया। गोपाल बदाने एक पुलिस अधिकारी हैं, जबकि प्रशांत बानकर उस मकान के मालिक का बेटा है जहां डॉक्टर रहती थीं।

सांसद की धमकी का भी जिक्र
सुसाइड नोट के मुताबिक, अलग-अलग अधिकारियों को इस बात की 21 बार शिकायतें कीं, लेकिन उनके उत्पीड़कों के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। अपने नोट में एक घटना का जिक्र करते हुए डॉक्टर ने बताया कि उन्होंने एक प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने से इनकार कर दिया था। इसके बाद एक सांसद के दो निजी सहायकों ने अस्पताल आकर उनसे फोन पर सांसद से बात कराई। उन्होंने नोट में कहा कि उस बातचीत के दौरान सांसद ने उन्हें अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से धमकी दी थी।

एसपी-डीएसपी ने भी एक्शन नहीं लिया
महिला डॉक्टर की एक और रिश्तेदार ने बताया, उस पर पिछले कुछ समय से काफी पुलिस प्रशासन का दबाव था। गलत तरीके से पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट बनाने या मरीज को हॉस्पिटल में न लाकर भी फिटनेस रिपोर्ट बनाकर देना। अस्पताल में सिक्योरिटी को लेकर भी उसने शिकायत की थी। वो अस्पताल के एरिया में अकेले रहती थी। एसपी, डीएसपी को पत्र लिखने के बाद भी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उसने अपनी जान को भी खतरा बताया था। उसने अपनी हथेली दो लोगों का नाम खास तौर पर लिखा है। एक पुलिस निरीक्षक गोपाल बदने है और एक प्रशांत बनकर है। पहले जो उसने शिकायत दी थी, उसमें महादिक वगैरह और भी दो चार लोगों के नाम हैं। उन सबको अरेस्ट होकर कड़ी से कड़ी सजा होनी चाहिए।

हिला डॉक्टर पिछले 23 महीने से अस्पताल में कार्यरत थी और उसकी बॉन्ड अवधि पूरी होने में बस एक महीना बाकी था, जिसके लिए वह ग्रामीण इलाके में सेवा दे रही थी। इसके बाद वह स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री हासिल करना चाहती थी। हालांकि, ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में सेवा की अपनी बॉन्ड अवधि पूरी करने में उन्हें सिर्फ एक महीना बाकी था, जब उन्होंने यह कदम उठाया।

दिल्ली से सटे फरीदाबाद में भारी मात्रा में विस्फोटक बरामदगी के मामले में जांच एजेंसियों को एक और अहम सुराग मिला है। पुलिस ने एक महिला डॉक्टर की कार से एक असॉल्ट राइफल, पिस्टल और जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किए हैं। यह कार डॉक्टर मुजम्मिल शकील के सहयोगी के नाम पर है, जो फरीदाबाद के एक अस्पताल में कार्यरत हैं।

  

जांच में पता चला कि आतंकी मुजम्मिल जिस कार को चलाता था, वह कार इस लेडी डॉक्टर की है। बताया जा रहा है कि गाड़ी का नंबर सामने आने के बाद लेडी डॉक्टर खुद जम्मू पुलिस के पास गई है। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस लेडी डॉक्टर से पूछताछ कर रही है।

कार से AK-47 राइफल बरामद
यह कार मारुति सुजुकी स्विफ्ट है, जिसका नंबर फरीदाबाद के कोड HR 51 से शुरू होता है। पुलिस ने डॉक्टर शकील से पूछताछ के बाद इस कार की तलाशी ली थी। कार से पुलिस ने एक AK-47 राइफल, तीन मैगजीन, एक पिस्टल, जिंदा कारतूस और दो खाली कारतूस बरामद किए हैं। यह वाहन महिला डॉक्टर से जुड़ा हुआ पाया गया। इसी पूछताछ के दौरान शकील ने पुलिस को एक किराए के कमरे की जानकारी दी, जहां से 360 किलो विस्फोटक सामग्री, 20 टाइमर और अन्य संदिग्ध वस्तुएं बरामद की गईं।

डॉक्टर शकील पिछले तीन वर्षों से फरीदाबाद के अल-फलाह स्कूल ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज एंड रिसर्च सेंटर में वरिष्ठ डॉक्टर के रूप में कार्यरत थे। वह संस्थान के परिसर में रहते थे, लेकिन इसके अलावा उन्होंने ढोज इलाके में एक कमरा किराए पर भी लिया हुआ था। करीब दस दिन पहले पुलिस को उनकी संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया गया। पूछताछ में उन्होंने महिला डॉक्टर की कार और किराए के कमरे की जानकारी दी।

इस पूरे मामले की शुरुआत सहारनपुर के डॉ. आदिल की गिरफ्तारी से हुई थी। उससे पूछताछ में खुलासा हुआ कि 2021–22 से डॉक्टरों का यह नेटवर्क कथित रूप से रैडिकलाइजेशन और आतंकी गतिविधियों से जुड़ा हुआ था। पुलिस हैंडलर्स के रूप में हाशिम और बाद में श्रीनगर स्थित डॉ. ओमर के नाम सामने आए हैं। पुलिस यह पता लगा रही है कि महिला डॉक्टर ने हथियार और विस्फोटक सामग्री की लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट दी या नहीं। इसके साथ ही यह भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि वाहन उसके नाम या नियंत्रण में था या नहीं। उसके कॉल रिकॉर्ड और वित्तीय लेनदेन इस नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं या नहीं इसका भी पता लगाया जा रहा है।

महाराष्ट्र के सतारा जिले के फलटण इलाके में एक महिला डॉक्टर ने आत्महत्या कर ली। आत्महत्या करने से पहले डॉक्टर ने अपने हाथ की हथेली पर स्याही से लिखे नोट के अलावा चार पन्नों का डिटेल सुसाइड नोट भी छोड़ा है। इस नोट में उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने उनका चार बार बलात्कार किया और उन्हें पुलिस मामलों में अभियुक्तों के लिए फर्जी फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने का दबाव डाला। अब यह भी सामने आया है कि उन पर न केवल पुलिस अधिकारियों बल्कि एक सांसद और उनके पीए यानी निजी सहायकों का भी दबाव था।

  

डॉक्टर पिछले कुछ महीनों से पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के बीच चल रहे एक विवाद में फंसी हुई थीं। बताया जा रहा है कि एक मेडिकल जांच से जुड़े मामले में पुलिस अधिकारियों से उनके बीच वाद-विवाद हुआ था, जिसके बाद उनके खिलाफ विभागीय जांच भी शुरू की गई थी। डॉक्टर ने अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को शिकायत दी थी कि मेरे साथ अन्याय हो रहा है, अगर ऐसा चलता रहा तो मैं आत्महत्या कर लूंगी। दुर्भाग्यवश, बीती रात उन्होंने यह कदम उठा लिया। हथेली पर लिखे सुसाइड नोट में मृतका डॉक्टर ने बलात्कार का आरोप लगाया है। 

सुसाइड नोट में क्या लिखा?
अपने चार पन्नों के सुसाइड नोट में डॉक्टर ने लिखा कि पुलिस अधिकारी उन्हें अभियुक्तों के लिए फर्जी फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के लिए दबाव डालते थे। कई बार तो अभियुक्तों को मेडिकल जांच के लिए लाया भी नहीं जाता था। जब उन्होंने मना किया तो सब-इंस्पेक्टर गोपाल बदाने और अन्य लोग उन्हें परेशान करते थे। उन्होंने नोट में कहा कि मेरी मौत का कारण सब-इंस्पेक्टर गोपाल बदाने है जिन्होंने मेरा बलात्कार किया और प्रशांत बानकर है जिन्होंने 4 महीने तक मुझे मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया। गोपाल बदाने एक पुलिस अधिकारी हैं, जबकि प्रशांत बानकर उस मकान के मालिक का बेटा है जहां डॉक्टर रहती थीं।

सांसद की धमकी का भी जिक्र
सुसाइड नोट के मुताबिक, अलग-अलग अधिकारियों को इस बात की 21 बार शिकायतें कीं, लेकिन उनके उत्पीड़कों के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। अपने नोट में एक घटना का जिक्र करते हुए डॉक्टर ने बताया कि उन्होंने एक प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने से इनकार कर दिया था। इसके बाद एक सांसद के दो निजी सहायकों ने अस्पताल आकर उनसे फोन पर सांसद से बात कराई। उन्होंने नोट में कहा कि उस बातचीत के दौरान सांसद ने उन्हें अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से धमकी दी थी।

एसपी-डीएसपी ने भी एक्शन नहीं लिया
महिला डॉक्टर की एक और रिश्तेदार ने बताया, उस पर पिछले कुछ समय से काफी पुलिस प्रशासन का दबाव था। गलत तरीके से पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट बनाने या मरीज को हॉस्पिटल में न लाकर भी फिटनेस रिपोर्ट बनाकर देना। अस्पताल में सिक्योरिटी को लेकर भी उसने शिकायत की थी। वो अस्पताल के एरिया में अकेले रहती थी। एसपी, डीएसपी को पत्र लिखने के बाद भी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उसने अपनी जान को भी खतरा बताया था। उसने अपनी हथेली दो लोगों का नाम खास तौर पर लिखा है। एक पुलिस निरीक्षक गोपाल बदने है और एक प्रशांत बनकर है। पहले जो उसने शिकायत दी थी, उसमें महादिक वगैरह और भी दो चार लोगों के नाम हैं। उन सबको अरेस्ट होकर कड़ी से कड़ी सजा होनी चाहिए।

बॉन्ड अवधि पूरा होने में बचा था एक महीना
हिला डॉक्टर पिछले 23 महीने से अस्पताल में कार्यरत थी और उसकी बॉन्ड अवधि पूरी होने में बस एक महीना बाकी था, जिसके लिए वह ग्रामीण इलाके में सेवा दे रही थी। इसके बाद वह स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री हासिल करना चाहती थी। हालांकि, ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में सेवा की अपनी बॉन्ड अवधि पूरी करने में उन्हें सिर्फ एक महीना बाकी था, जब उन्होंने यह कदम उठाया।

महाराष्ट्र चुनाव में बदजुबानी जारी है। पहले शिवसेना उद्धव गुट के नेता अरविंद सांवत ने शायना एनसी को “इम्पोर्टेड माल” कहकर संबोधित किया था। अब शिवसेना उद्धव गुट के ही संजय राउत के भाई और उम्मीदवार सुनील राउत ने महिला उम्मीदवार का अपमान किया है। सुनील राउत ने महिला उम्मीदवार को बकरी कहकर संबोधित किया है।

  

संजय राउत के भाई सुनील राउत का विवादित वीडियो सामने आया है। इस वीडियो में सुनील राउत बता रहे हैं कि उनके सामने कोई उम्मीदवार ही नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा, वो दस से साल से विधायक है। अब कोई उम्मीदवार नहीं मिला तो एक बकरी को लाकर मेरे सामने खड़ा कर दिया। अब बकरी आई तो बकरे को सर झुकाना ही पड़ेगा।

बता दें कि सुनील राउत विक्रोली विधानसभा से तीसरी बार शिवसेना (उद्धव ठाकरे गुट) के उम्मीदवार बने हैं। अब उन्हें उम्मीद है वो जीतेंगे ही नहीं बल्कि इस बार मंत्री भी बनेंगे।वहीं, सुनील राउत के सामने शिवसेना शिंदे गुट ने इलाके की पार्षद सुवर्णा करंजे को उम्मीदवार बनाया है। जिन्हें सुनाल राउत ने बकरी कह कर संबोधित कर रहे हैं।

इससे पहले शिवसेना यूबीटी के सांसद अरविंद सांवत पहले ही शिंदे गुट की उम्मीदवार शायना एनसी को माल कहकर संबोधित कर चुके हैं। ऐसे में एक बार फिर उद्धव गुट के नेता ने बदजुबानी की है।
