: विजय कुमार सिन्हा पटना, 7 जुलाई। बिहार के कृषि मंत्री श्री विजय कुमार सिन्हा ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय खाद्य तेल–तिलहन मिशन (NMEO-OS) के अंतर्गत राज्य में सूर्यमुखी की खेती के साथ मधुमक्खी पालन को बढ़ावा देकर किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, ग्रामीण रोजगार सृजित करने तथा खाद्य तेलों के क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में प्रभावी पहल की जा रही है। और इसके काफी सकारात्मक परिणाम देखने को मिल रहे हैं l कृषि मंत्री ने कहा कि गर्मी के मौसम में जब फूलों की उपलब्धता कम हो जाती है, तब सूर्यमुखी की फसल मधुमक्खियों के लिए प्राकृतिक अमृत (नेक्टर) एवं पराग का महत्वपूर्ण स्रोत बनती है। इससे मधुमक्खी कॉलोनियों का संरक्षण होता है तथा उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले शहद के उत्पादन को भी बढ़ावा मिलता है। दूसरी ओर मधुमक्खियों द्वारा प्राकृतिक परागण से सूर्यमुखी की फसल में दानों का भराव बेहतर होता है, बीजों की गुणवत्ता में सुधार आता है तथा उत्पादन में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होती है। यह मॉडल किसानों और मधुमक्खी पालकों दोनों के लिए समान रूप से लाभकारी सिद्ध हो रहा है। श्री सिन्हा ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार केवल तिलहन उत्पादन बढ़ाने तक ही सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि कटाई उपरांत प्रसंस्करण (Post-Harvest Processing) एवं मूल्य संवर्धन (Value Addition) पर भी विशेष बल दे रही है। योजना के अंतर्गत तेल मिलों की स्थापना एवं आधुनिकीकरण के लिए सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है, जिससे किसानों को अपनी उपज का स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रसंस्करण कराने की सुविधा मिलेगी, परिवहन लागत घटेगी, शुद्ध खाद्य तेल का स्थानीय उत्पादन बढ़ेगा तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नए रोजगार के अवसर सृजित होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि "उत्पादन से प्रसंस्करण तक (Production to Processing)" की अवधारणा को साकार करने वाला यह एकीकृत मॉडल बिहार की कृषि को अधिक लाभकारी, टिकाऊ एवं आधुनिक बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। इससे प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का बेहतर उपयोग, ग्रामीण उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा तथा किसानों की आर्थिक समृद्धि सुनिश्चित होगी। कृषि मंत्री ने बताया कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत बांका जिले के धोरैया प्रखंड, शिवहर जिले के पिपराही प्रखंड तथा सारण जिले में 25-25 एकड़ के क्लस्टर में सूर्यमुखी की खेती के साथ मधुमक्खी पालन का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इन मॉडलों से प्राप्त सकारात्मक परिणामों के आधार पर इसे राज्य के अन्य जिलों में भी चरणबद्ध तरीके से विस्तारित किया जाएगा। श्री विजय कुमार सिन्हा ने किसानों से आह्वान किया कि वे सूर्यमुखी की खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन एवं मूल्य संवर्धन आधारित कृषि मॉडल को अपनाकर अपनी आय बढ़ाएँ तथा विकसित एवं आत्मनिर्भर बिहार के निर्माण में सहभागी बनें।
