प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के न्यूजीलैंड दौरे पर हैं। न्यूजीलैंड के ऐतिहासिक दौरे पर पहुंचे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ऑकलैंड में अपने समकक्ष क्रिस्टोफर लक्सन के साथ द्विपक्षीय बैठक की। पीएम मोदी ने भारत और न्यूजीलैंड को स्वाभाविक साझेदार बताया और दोनों देशों के संबंधों को रणनीतिक स्तर तक ले जाने पर सहमति जताई। बातचीत के बाद दोनों देशों के बीच अहम समझौतौं पर आदान-प्रदान हुआ, जिसका मकसद अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में सहयोग को बढ़ाना है।

रक्षा और व्यापार समेत 18 समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर
पीएम मोदी और कीवी प्रधानमंत्री क्रिस्टोफर लक्सन की शिखर वार्ता के बाद दोनों देशों ने अपने रिश्तों को औपचारिक रूप से सामरिक साझेदारी में बदलने का फैसला किया और इसके लिए ‘भारत-न्यूजीलैंड सामरिक साझेदारी: रोडमैप 2030’ को मंजूरी दी। इसके साथ ही रक्षा, व्यापार, खेल, पशुपालन, आपदा प्रबंधन, समुद्री सुरक्षा और आतंकवाद विरोधी सहयोग समेत कुल 18 समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

भारत-न्यूजीलैंड के बीच इन समझौतों पर सहमति
1- भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया कि दोनों नेताओं की बैठक में भारत-न्यूजीलैंड के बीच रणनीतिक साझेदारी के लिए 2030 तक एक रोडमैप पर सहमति जताई। इसमें संबंधों को रणनीतिक साझेदारी का दर्जा दिया गया। इससे भारत-न्यूजीलैंड साझेदारी को दिशा देने के लिए एक व्यवस्थित रोडमैप मिलता है।
2- भारत के रक्षा मंत्रालय और न्यूजीलैंड डिफेंस फोर्स के बीच समुद्री सहयोग पर मेमोरेंडम ऑफ अरेंजमेंट पर सहमति बनी। इससे इंडो-पैसिफिक क्षेत्र में समुद्री सुरक्षा सहयोग और इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

3- भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच हाइड्रोग्राफी और नॉटिकल कार्टोग्राफी के मामलों में सहगोय के लिए कार्यान्वयन व्यवस्था पर सहमति बनी है।

4- भारतीय नेवी और न्यूजीलैंड डिफेंस फोर्स के आपसी लॉजिस्टिक्स सहायता पर सहमति बनी है। यह दोनों बलों के बीच रसद सहायता को आसान बनाता है।

5- भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच आतंकवाद-रोधी संयुक्त कार्य समूह बनाने पर सहमति बनी। इससे दोनों देश आतंकवाद रोधी बातचीत और खुफिया जानकारी का आदान-प्रदान कर सकेंगे।

6- भारत के नेशनल डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट अथॉरिटी (NDMA) और न्यूजीलैंड की नेशनल इमरजेंसी मैनेजमेंट एजेंसी (NEMA) के बीच सहयोग का समझौता। यह आपदा की तैयारी, उससे निपटने और उबरने की क्षमता में सहयोग को बढ़ावा देगा।

7- पशुपालन और डेयरी के क्षेत्र में भी समझौता हुआ है, जो तकनीकी सहयोग, जानकारी का आदान-प्रदान और बेहतरीन तौर-तरीकों को बढ़ावा देगा। इसका लक्ष्य किसानों को फायदा पहुंचाना और खाद्य सुरक्षा को मजबूत करना है।

8- पर्यटन क्षेत्र में मेमोरेंडम ऑफ अरेंजमेंट के तहत दोनों तरफ से पर्यटन और लोगों के बीच आपसी मेलजोल को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

9- भारत-न्यूजीलैंड ने खेल पर संयुक्त कार्य योजना पर सहमति जताई है, जिसमें खेलों को बढावा दिया जाएगा। इसमें हाई-परफॉर्मेंस खेल, खेल विज्ञान और खेल चिकिस्ता शामिल है।

10- गुजरात के लोथल में नेशनल मैरीटाइम हेरिटेज कॉम्प्लेक्स (NMHC) के विकास के लिए NMHC और न्यूजीलैंड मैरीटाइम म्यूजिमय के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन पर सहमति।

11- भारत के संस्कृति मंत्रालय और न्यूजीलैंड के संस्कृति और विरासत मंत्रालय के बीच सांस्कृतिक सहयोग पर समझौता हुआ है। इसके तहत कला, विरासत और सांस्कृतिक पहलों में सहयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

12- 2030 तक द्विपक्षीय व्यापार को 35000 करोड़ रुपये या 7 अरब न्यूजीलैंड डॉलर तक पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इसके साथ ही व्यवसायों के लिए नए अवसर, निर्यात को बढ़ावा देना और युवाओं के लिए नई नौकरियां पैदा की जाएंगी।

13- दोनों देशों के बीच समुद्री सुरक्षा पर बातचीत शुरू करने पर सहमति बनी है। इसके तहत समुद्री क्षेत्र में सहयोग, समन्वय और जानकारी के आदान-प्रदान को मजबूत करना शामिल है।

14- न्यूजीलैंड ने इंडो-पैसिफिक ओशन्स इनिशिएटिव के तहत समुद्री सुरक्षा को एक प्राथमिकता वाले स्तंभ के रूप में चुना है। इसके तहत अवैध, बिना रिपोर्ट की गई और अनियमित मछली पकड़ने जैसी गतिविधियों से निपटने जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग किया जा सकेगा।

15- न्यूजीलैंड ग्लोबल बायोफ्यूल्स अलायंस में शामिल हुआ। यह बायोफ्यूल पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहयोग को मजबूत करेगा।

16- कीवी फ्रूट एक्शन प्लान की स्थापना। इसके तहत नागालैंड व उत्तराखंड में कीवी के उत्पादन के लिए 2 सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस स्थापित किए जाएंगें।

17- नेशनल सेंटर फॉर पोलर एंड ओशन रिसर्च, गोवा और यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ कैंटरबरी, न्यूजीलैंड के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर हुए हैं। इससे अंटार्कटिक क्षेत्र की समझ विकसित करने में संयुक्त शोध और शैक्षणिक आदान-प्रदान को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

18- नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ फूड टेक्नोलॉजी, एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप एंड मैनेजमेंट, कुंडली और मैसी यूनिवर्सिटी, न्यूजीलैंड के बीच MoU पर हस्ताक्षर। इसके तहत शोध और शैक्षणिक आदान-प्रदान में सहयोग के लिए एक ढांचा तैयार किए जाएगा।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सोमवार को इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूजीलैंड के त्रिपक्षीय दौरे के लिए रवाना हो गए। पीएम मोदी की यह यात्रा भारत की एक्ट ईस्ट पॉलिसी, महासागर विजन के साथ-साथ एक स्वतंत्र और खुले इंडो-पैसिफिक के प्रति भारत के दृष्टिकोण को और मजबूत करेगी। इस दौरान व्यापार, निवेश, रक्षा, प्रौद्योगिकी, हिंद-प्रशांत क्षेत्र में रणनीतिक सहयोग और द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को मजबूत करने के लिए कई अहम बैठकें होंगी। यात्रा के दौरान महत्वपूर्ण समझौतों और घोषणाओं पर भी नजर रहेगी।

पीएम मोदी ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर अपना लेख साझा किया और कहा, ‘अगले कुछ दिनों में मैं इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूजीलैंड में अलग-अलग कार्यक्रमों में शामिल हो रहा हूं। इन मीटिंग का मकसद अहम विकास साझेदारों के साथ आर्थिक और रणनीतिक सहयोग को बढ़ाना और यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आने वाले समय में हमारे देश के युवाओं को और मौके मिलें।’

इंडोनेशिया से होगी दौरे की शुरूआत
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी अपने तीन देशों के दौरे की शुरुआत 6 से करेंगे। पीएम मोदी 11 जुलाई तक इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूजीलैंड की यात्रा पर रहेंगे। अपनी यात्रा की शुरूआत इंडोनेशिया से करेंगे। इंडोनेशिया के राष्ट्रपति महामहिम प्रबोवो सुबियांतो के निमंत्रण पर वे 6 से 8 जुलाई तक इंडोनेशिया में रहेंगे। इस यात्रा के दौरान, वे इंडोनेशिया में रहने वाले भारतीय प्रवासियों से भी बातचीत करेंगे। राष्ट्रपति प्रबोवो के साथ योग्याकार्ता स्थित प्रंबानन मंदिर परिसर का दौरा भी करेंगे।

8 से 10 जुलाई तक मेलबर्न का दौरा
दौरे के दूसरे चरण में प्रधानमंत्री ऑस्ट्रेलिया पहुंचेंगे। मोदी 8 से 10 जुलाई तक ऑस्ट्रेलिया के मेलबर्न का दौरा करेंगे। यह यात्रा ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधानमंत्री एंथनी अल्बनीज के निमंत्रण पर हो रही है। यहां मेलबर्न में भारत-ऑस्ट्रेलिया वार्षिक नेताओं का शिखर सम्मेलन आयोजित होगा। क्वॉड के तहत सहयोग को और मजबूत करने पर भी जोर रहेगा। दौरे के अंतिम चरण में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी न्यूजीलैंड जाएंगे। भारत और न्यूजीलैंड ने इसी साल मुक्त व्यापार समझौते पर साइन किए हैं।

ऑस्ट्रेलिया के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी 10 से 11 जुलाई तक न्यूजीलैंड के ऑकलैंड की आधिकारिक यात्रा करेंगे। करीब चार दशक बाद किसी भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री की यह पहली आधिकारिक न्यूजीलैंड यात्रा होगी। ऑकलैंड में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी न्यूजीलैंड के प्रधानमंत्री क्रिस्टोफर लक्सन के साथ द्विपक्षीय वार्ता करेंगे। दोनों नेता व्यापार, वाणिज्य, रक्षा और अन्य क्षेत्रों में द्विपक्षीय सहयोग की समीक्षा करेंगे, जिनमें पिछले दो वर्षों में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हुई है।

जनरल धीरज कुमार सेठ ने मंगलवार से भारत के नए सेना प्रमुख की जिम्मेदारी संभाली हैं। उन्हें जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी की जगह आर्मी चीफ की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। जनरल द्विवेदी सेना में चार दशकों से ज्यादा की सेवा देने के बाद रिटायर हुए हैं।

जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी हुए रिटायर
जनरल धीरज सेठ के सेनाध्यक्ष बनने के साथ ही निवर्तमान सेना प्रमुख जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी, पीवीएसएम, एवीएसएम आज ही सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो गए हैं। इस अवसर पर मंगलवार को उन्हें नई दिल्ली स्थित साउथ ब्लॉक लॉन्स में सेना द्वारा औपचारिक गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर प्रदान किया गया। इससे पहले सेना प्रमुख जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने नेशनल वॉर मेमोरियल पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की।

चार दशकों के शानदार सैन्य करियर
जनरल धीरज सेठ राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी, खड़कवासला के पूर्व छात्र हैं। दिसंबर 1986 में उन्होंने भारतीय सेना की बख्तरबंद कोर में कमीशन प्राप्त किया था। अपने चार दशकों के शानदार सैन्य करियर के दौरान, उन्होंने ऑपरेशनल, रणनीतिक, क्षमता विकास और संस्थागत क्षेत्रों में व्यापक अनुभव प्राप्त किया है। उनके इस अनुभव ने भारतीय सेना की युद्ध क्षमता और दीर्घकालिक परिवर्तन में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। 

कई अहम सैन्य अभियानों की संभाल चुके हैं जिम्मेदारी
जनरल सेठ कई महत्वपूर्ण सैन्य अभियानों में विभिन्न स्तर पर कमान संभाल चुके हैं। उनके कमांड असाइनमेंट में रेगिस्तानी क्षेत्र में एक बख्तरबंद रेजिमेंट, पश्चिमी मोर्चे पर एक बख्तरबंद ब्रिगेड और जम्मू-कश्मीर में एक आतंकवाद-विरोधी बल शामिल हैं।

उत्तम युद्ध सेवा मेडल से सम्मानित
जनरल धीरज सेठ ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में उग्रवाद-विरोधी बल आर्मर्ड रेजिमेंट 'स्किनर्स हॉर्स' की अगुवाई की। वहीं पश्चिमी मोर्चे पर उन्होंने एक स्ट्राइक कोर (रेगिस्तानी सेक्टर) के अलावा वे साउथ वेस्टर्न कमांड और सदर्न कमांड की जिम्मेदारी संभाल चुके हैं। इस तरह से वे भारतीय सेना के ऐसे दुर्लभ अफसर हैं, जिन्होंने इन दोनों ऑपरेशनल कमांड की जिम्मेदारी संभाली है। जनरल सेठ को जब लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल के पद पर प्रमोशन मिला तो उन्होंने 'सुदर्शन चक्र कोर' की भी जिम्मेदारी संभाली। इसके बाद वे दिल्ली एरिया के जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग (GOC) बने, जहां से उन्होंने कई राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्री मिलिट्री ऑपरेशन की जवाबदेही संभाली। सोमवार (29 जून, 2026) को ही राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल धीरज सेठ के तौर पर उन्हें उत्तम युद्ध सेवा मेडल दिया है। उन्होंने सदर्न कमांड के आर्मर्ड कोर से आर्मी चीफ का पद संभाला है।

सेना बैकग्राउंड वाले परिवार से आते हैं सेठ
आर्मी चीफ सेठ सेना के बैकग्राउंड वाले परिवार से आते हैं। उनके पिता लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल कृष्ण मोहन सेठ भारतीय सेना में एडजुटेंट जनरल के पद से 1997 में रिटायर हुए थे। जनरल कृष्ण मोहन सेठ ने सेना की दो बड़ी और अहम टुकड़ियों XXI स्ट्राइक कोर और III कोर की कमान भी संभाली थी।

NEET पुनर्परीक्षा 21 जून: रांची के 21 केंद्रों के 200 मीटर दायरे में धारा-163 लागू

महानिदेशक, राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी, नई दिल्ली द्वारा प्राप्त सूचनानुसार दिनांक-21.06.2026 को Re-examination of NEET (UG)-2026 परीक्षा एक पाली में राँची के 21 उप केन्द्रों पर आयोजित किया जाना है। परीक्षा के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड़ लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  


जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया गया :-

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे
पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3 ) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर) 

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक-21.06.2026 के अपराह्नः- 12.00 बजे से अपराह्न-08.00 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के न्यूजीलैंड दौरे पर हैं। न्यूजीलैंड के ऐतिहासिक दौरे पर पहुंचे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ऑकलैंड में अपने समकक्ष क्रिस्टोफर लक्सन के साथ द्विपक्षीय बैठक की। पीएम मोदी ने भारत और न्यूजीलैंड को स्वाभाविक साझेदार बताया और दोनों देशों के संबंधों को रणनीतिक स्तर तक ले जाने पर सहमति जताई। बातचीत के बाद दोनों देशों के बीच अहम समझौतौं पर आदान-प्रदान हुआ, जिसका मकसद अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में सहयोग को बढ़ाना है।

रक्षा और व्यापार समेत 18 समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर
पीएम मोदी और कीवी प्रधानमंत्री क्रिस्टोफर लक्सन की शिखर वार्ता के बाद दोनों देशों ने अपने रिश्तों को औपचारिक रूप से सामरिक साझेदारी में बदलने का फैसला किया और इसके लिए ‘भारत-न्यूजीलैंड सामरिक साझेदारी: रोडमैप 2030’ को मंजूरी दी। इसके साथ ही रक्षा, व्यापार, खेल, पशुपालन, आपदा प्रबंधन, समुद्री सुरक्षा और आतंकवाद विरोधी सहयोग समेत कुल 18 समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

भारत-न्यूजीलैंड के बीच इन समझौतों पर सहमति
1- भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया कि दोनों नेताओं की बैठक में भारत-न्यूजीलैंड के बीच रणनीतिक साझेदारी के लिए 2030 तक एक रोडमैप पर सहमति जताई। इसमें संबंधों को रणनीतिक साझेदारी का दर्जा दिया गया। इससे भारत-न्यूजीलैंड साझेदारी को दिशा देने के लिए एक व्यवस्थित रोडमैप मिलता है।
2- भारत के रक्षा मंत्रालय और न्यूजीलैंड डिफेंस फोर्स के बीच समुद्री सहयोग पर मेमोरेंडम ऑफ अरेंजमेंट पर सहमति बनी। इससे इंडो-पैसिफिक क्षेत्र में समुद्री सुरक्षा सहयोग और इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

3- भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच हाइड्रोग्राफी और नॉटिकल कार्टोग्राफी के मामलों में सहगोय के लिए कार्यान्वयन व्यवस्था पर सहमति बनी है।

4- भारतीय नेवी और न्यूजीलैंड डिफेंस फोर्स के आपसी लॉजिस्टिक्स सहायता पर सहमति बनी है। यह दोनों बलों के बीच रसद सहायता को आसान बनाता है।

5- भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच आतंकवाद-रोधी संयुक्त कार्य समूह बनाने पर सहमति बनी। इससे दोनों देश आतंकवाद रोधी बातचीत और खुफिया जानकारी का आदान-प्रदान कर सकेंगे।

6- भारत के नेशनल डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट अथॉरिटी (NDMA) और न्यूजीलैंड की नेशनल इमरजेंसी मैनेजमेंट एजेंसी (NEMA) के बीच सहयोग का समझौता। यह आपदा की तैयारी, उससे निपटने और उबरने की क्षमता में सहयोग को बढ़ावा देगा।

7- पशुपालन और डेयरी के क्षेत्र में भी समझौता हुआ है, जो तकनीकी सहयोग, जानकारी का आदान-प्रदान और बेहतरीन तौर-तरीकों को बढ़ावा देगा। इसका लक्ष्य किसानों को फायदा पहुंचाना और खाद्य सुरक्षा को मजबूत करना है।

8- पर्यटन क्षेत्र में मेमोरेंडम ऑफ अरेंजमेंट के तहत दोनों तरफ से पर्यटन और लोगों के बीच आपसी मेलजोल को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

9- भारत-न्यूजीलैंड ने खेल पर संयुक्त कार्य योजना पर सहमति जताई है, जिसमें खेलों को बढावा दिया जाएगा। इसमें हाई-परफॉर्मेंस खेल, खेल विज्ञान और खेल चिकिस्ता शामिल है।

10- गुजरात के लोथल में नेशनल मैरीटाइम हेरिटेज कॉम्प्लेक्स (NMHC) के विकास के लिए NMHC और न्यूजीलैंड मैरीटाइम म्यूजिमय के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन पर सहमति।

11- भारत के संस्कृति मंत्रालय और न्यूजीलैंड के संस्कृति और विरासत मंत्रालय के बीच सांस्कृतिक सहयोग पर समझौता हुआ है। इसके तहत कला, विरासत और सांस्कृतिक पहलों में सहयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

12- 2030 तक द्विपक्षीय व्यापार को 35000 करोड़ रुपये या 7 अरब न्यूजीलैंड डॉलर तक पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इसके साथ ही व्यवसायों के लिए नए अवसर, निर्यात को बढ़ावा देना और युवाओं के लिए नई नौकरियां पैदा की जाएंगी।

13- दोनों देशों के बीच समुद्री सुरक्षा पर बातचीत शुरू करने पर सहमति बनी है। इसके तहत समुद्री क्षेत्र में सहयोग, समन्वय और जानकारी के आदान-प्रदान को मजबूत करना शामिल है।

14- न्यूजीलैंड ने इंडो-पैसिफिक ओशन्स इनिशिएटिव के तहत समुद्री सुरक्षा को एक प्राथमिकता वाले स्तंभ के रूप में चुना है। इसके तहत अवैध, बिना रिपोर्ट की गई और अनियमित मछली पकड़ने जैसी गतिविधियों से निपटने जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग किया जा सकेगा।

15- न्यूजीलैंड ग्लोबल बायोफ्यूल्स अलायंस में शामिल हुआ। यह बायोफ्यूल पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहयोग को मजबूत करेगा।

16- कीवी फ्रूट एक्शन प्लान की स्थापना। इसके तहत नागालैंड व उत्तराखंड में कीवी के उत्पादन के लिए 2 सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस स्थापित किए जाएंगें।

17- नेशनल सेंटर फॉर पोलर एंड ओशन रिसर्च, गोवा और यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ कैंटरबरी, न्यूजीलैंड के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर हुए हैं। इससे अंटार्कटिक क्षेत्र की समझ विकसित करने में संयुक्त शोध और शैक्षणिक आदान-प्रदान को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

18- नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ फूड टेक्नोलॉजी, एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप एंड मैनेजमेंट, कुंडली और मैसी यूनिवर्सिटी, न्यूजीलैंड के बीच MoU पर हस्ताक्षर। इसके तहत शोध और शैक्षणिक आदान-प्रदान में सहयोग के लिए एक ढांचा तैयार किए जाएगा।

इंडोनेशिया से होगी दौरे की शुरूआत
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी अपने तीन देशों के दौरे की शुरुआत 6 से करेंगे। पीएम मोदी 11 जुलाई तक इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूजीलैंड की यात्रा पर रहेंगे। अपनी यात्रा की शुरूआत इंडोनेशिया से करेंगे। इंडोनेशिया के राष्ट्रपति महामहिम प्रबोवो सुबियांतो के निमंत्रण पर वे 6 से 8 जुलाई तक इंडोनेशिया में रहेंगे। इस यात्रा के दौरान, वे इंडोनेशिया में रहने वाले भारतीय प्रवासियों से भी बातचीत करेंगे। राष्ट्रपति प्रबोवो के साथ योग्याकार्ता स्थित प्रंबानन मंदिर परिसर का दौरा भी करेंगे।

8 से 10 जुलाई तक मेलबर्न का दौरा
दौरे के दूसरे चरण में प्रधानमंत्री ऑस्ट्रेलिया पहुंचेंगे। मोदी 8 से 10 जुलाई तक ऑस्ट्रेलिया के मेलबर्न का दौरा करेंगे। यह यात्रा ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधानमंत्री एंथनी अल्बनीज के निमंत्रण पर हो रही है। यहां मेलबर्न में भारत-ऑस्ट्रेलिया वार्षिक नेताओं का शिखर सम्मेलन आयोजित होगा। क्वॉड के तहत सहयोग को और मजबूत करने पर भी जोर रहेगा। दौरे के अंतिम चरण में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी न्यूजीलैंड जाएंगे। भारत और न्यूजीलैंड ने इसी साल मुक्त व्यापार समझौते पर साइन किए हैं।

चार दशक बाद भारतीय पीएम का न्यूजीलैंड दौरा
ऑस्ट्रेलिया के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी 10 से 11 जुलाई तक न्यूजीलैंड के ऑकलैंड की आधिकारिक यात्रा करेंगे। करीब चार दशक बाद किसी भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री की यह पहली आधिकारिक न्यूजीलैंड यात्रा होगी। ऑकलैंड में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी न्यूजीलैंड के प्रधानमंत्री क्रिस्टोफर लक्सन के साथ द्विपक्षीय वार्ता करेंगे। दोनों नेता व्यापार, वाणिज्य, रक्षा और अन्य क्षेत्रों में द्विपक्षीय सहयोग की समीक्षा करेंगे, जिनमें पिछले दो वर्षों में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हुई है।

जनरल धीरज कुमार सेठ ने मंगलवार से भारत के नए सेना प्रमुख की जिम्मेदारी संभाली हैं। उन्हें जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी की जगह आर्मी चीफ की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। जनरल द्विवेदी सेना में चार दशकों से ज्यादा की सेवा देने के बाद रिटायर हुए हैं।

जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी हुए रिटायर
जनरल धीरज सेठ के सेनाध्यक्ष बनने के साथ ही निवर्तमान सेना प्रमुख जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी, पीवीएसएम, एवीएसएम आज ही सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो गए हैं। इस अवसर पर मंगलवार को उन्हें नई दिल्ली स्थित साउथ ब्लॉक लॉन्स में सेना द्वारा औपचारिक गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर प्रदान किया गया। इससे पहले सेना प्रमुख जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने नेशनल वॉर मेमोरियल पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की।

चार दशकों के शानदार सैन्य करियर
जनरल धीरज सेठ राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी, खड़कवासला के पूर्व छात्र हैं। दिसंबर 1986 में उन्होंने भारतीय सेना की बख्तरबंद कोर में कमीशन प्राप्त किया था। अपने चार दशकों के शानदार सैन्य करियर के दौरान, उन्होंने ऑपरेशनल, रणनीतिक, क्षमता विकास और संस्थागत क्षेत्रों में व्यापक अनुभव प्राप्त किया है। उनके इस अनुभव ने भारतीय सेना की युद्ध क्षमता और दीर्घकालिक परिवर्तन में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। 

कई अहम सैन्य अभियानों की संभाल चुके हैं जिम्मेदारी
जनरल सेठ कई महत्वपूर्ण सैन्य अभियानों में विभिन्न स्तर पर कमान संभाल चुके हैं। उनके कमांड असाइनमेंट में रेगिस्तानी क्षेत्र में एक बख्तरबंद रेजिमेंट, पश्चिमी मोर्चे पर एक बख्तरबंद ब्रिगेड और जम्मू-कश्मीर में एक आतंकवाद-विरोधी बल शामिल हैं।

उत्तम युद्ध सेवा मेडल से सम्मानित
जनरल धीरज सेठ ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में उग्रवाद-विरोधी बल आर्मर्ड रेजिमेंट 'स्किनर्स हॉर्स' की अगुवाई की। वहीं पश्चिमी मोर्चे पर उन्होंने एक स्ट्राइक कोर (रेगिस्तानी सेक्टर) के अलावा वे साउथ वेस्टर्न कमांड और सदर्न कमांड की जिम्मेदारी संभाल चुके हैं। इस तरह से वे भारतीय सेना के ऐसे दुर्लभ अफसर हैं, जिन्होंने इन दोनों ऑपरेशनल कमांड की जिम्मेदारी संभाली है। जनरल सेठ को जब लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल के पद पर प्रमोशन मिला तो उन्होंने 'सुदर्शन चक्र कोर' की भी जिम्मेदारी संभाली। इसके बाद वे दिल्ली एरिया के जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग (GOC) बने, जहां से उन्होंने कई राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्री मिलिट्री ऑपरेशन की जवाबदेही संभाली। सोमवार (29 जून, 2026) को ही राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल धीरज सेठ के तौर पर उन्हें उत्तम युद्ध सेवा मेडल दिया है। उन्होंने सदर्न कमांड के आर्मर्ड कोर से आर्मी चीफ का पद संभाला है।

सेना बैकग्राउंड वाले परिवार से आते हैं सेठ
आर्मी चीफ सेठ सेना के बैकग्राउंड वाले परिवार से आते हैं। उनके पिता लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल कृष्ण मोहन सेठ भारतीय सेना में एडजुटेंट जनरल के पद से 1997 में रिटायर हुए थे। जनरल कृष्ण मोहन सेठ ने सेना की दो बड़ी और अहम टुकड़ियों XXI स्ट्राइक कोर और III कोर की कमान भी संभाली थी।

NEET पुनर्परीक्षा 21 जून: रांची के 21 केंद्रों के 200 मीटर दायरे में धारा-163 लागू

महानिदेशक, राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी, नई दिल्ली द्वारा प्राप्त सूचनानुसार दिनांक-21.06.2026 को Re-examination of NEET (UG)-2026 परीक्षा एक पाली में राँची के 21 उप केन्द्रों पर आयोजित किया जाना है। परीक्षा के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड़ लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  


जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया गया :-

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे
पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3 ) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर) 

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक-21.06.2026 के अपराह्नः- 12.00 बजे से अपराह्न-08.00 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।
