नेपाल में GenZ आंदोलन के बाद सत्तापलट हुआ। पिछले साल जेन-Z ने सत्ता परिवर्तन की जो कसम खाई थी वो आज पूरी हो गई है। राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्र पार्टी के नेता बालेन शाह ने देश के नए प्रधानमंत्री पद के लिए शपथ ले ली है। 35 साल के बालेंद्र शाह उर्फ बालेन नेपाल ने 47वें प्रधानमंत्री बन गए हैं।

बालेन शाह ने ली नेपाल के पीएम पद की शपथ

नेपाल में पिछले साल हुए हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद केपी शर्मा ओली के नेतृत्व वाली वामपंथी सरकार को प्रदर्शनकारियों ने उखाड़ फेंका था। इसके बाद इस साल देश में आम चुनाव करवाए गये। जिसमें बालेन शाह की पार्टी ने एकतरफा जीत हासिल की। बालेन शाह की राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्र पार्टी ने 5 मार्च को हुए चुनाव में 275 में से 182 सीटें जीतकर इतिहास रचा था। जिसके बाद आज राष्ट्रपति रामचंद्र पौडेल ने संविधान के नियमों के तहत बालेन को नेपाल के नए प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई। 

हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों के साथ शपथ ग्रहण

शपथ समारोह राष्ट्रपति भवन शीतल निवास में हुआ। बालेन के साथ उनके मंत्रिमंडल का भी शपथ ग्रहण हुआ। ये शपथ ग्रहण काफी खास रहा। पद और गोपनीयता की यह शपथ हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों और बौद्ध परंपराओं के साथ संपन्न हुई। इस अवसर पर सात शंखनादकों ने शंख ध्वनि के साथ मांगलिक शुरुआत की। परंपरा के अनुसार, शुभ कार्यों के आरंभ में शंखनाद को सफलता और सकारात्मकता का प्रतीक माना जाता है। इस मौके पर सात ब्राह्मणों ने शंखनाद, 108 युवा ब्राह्मणों द्वारा स्वस्ति वाचन और 107 लामाओं द्वारा बौद्ध मंत्रों का पाठ किया गया।

बालेन शाह के वादों पर जनता ने दिखाया भरोसा

बालेन शाह का प्रधानमंत्री बनना नेपाल की राजनीति में आए प्रमुख बदलाव का वादा करती है। लोकतंत्र लागू होने के बाद से नेपाल में जितने भी चुनाव हुए उनमें किसी भी चुनाव में किसी भी पार्टी को पूर्ण बहुमत हासिल नहीं हो पाया। लेकिन बालेन शाह के वादों पर जनता ने भरोसा दिखाया है। उन्होंने बदलाव का जो सपना दिखाया उसपर लोगों ने भरोसा किया है। नेपाल के मतदाता वर्षों से चले आ रहे भ्रष्टाचार, भाई-भतीजावाद और रसूखदारों के राज से नाराज थे।

बालेन शाह कौन हैं?

बालेन राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्र पार्टी के नेता हैं। बालेन शाह की राजनीति में एंट्री भी काफी दिलचस्प रही है। उन्होंने 2022 में पहली बार चुनाव लड़ा और काठमांडू महानगरपालिका के मेयर बने। उस वक्त वे निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर जीते थे, जिसने उन्हें देशभर में पहचान दिलाई। 27 अप्रैल 1990 को काठमांडू में जन्मे बालेन शाह का बैकग्राउंड इंजीनियरिंग का है। उन्होंने भारत की विश्वेश्वरैया टेक्नोलॉजिकल यूनिवर्सिटी से स्ट्रक्चरल इंजीनियरिंग में मास्टर डिग्री हासिल की है। इससे पहले उन्होंने काठमांडू से अपनी बैचलर डिग्री पूरी की थी। बालेन शाह मशहूर नेपाली रैपर हैं। राजनीति में आने से पहले वे अपने गानों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार और सामाजिक मुद्दों पर आवाज उठाया करते थे।

गैस बुकिंग के लिए फिर नया अपडेट, डबल कनेक्शन वालों को अब 35 दिन बाद मिलेगा दूसरा सिलिंडर

मिडिल ईस्ट में छिड़ी जंग के चलते देशभर में घरेलू गैस (एलपीजी) सिलेंडर की भारी कमी देखी जा रही है। इस बीच गैस बुकिंग को लेकर फिर नए नियम आ गए हैं। तेल कंपनियों ने इन्‍हें लागू कर दिया है। अब उपभोक्ताओं को अगला सिलेंडर बुक करने के लिए पहले से ज्यादा इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। नए नियमों के अनुसार कोई भी ग्राहक तय समय से पहले गैस सिलेंडर की बुकिंग नहीं कर पाएगा। सरकार का कहना है कि इस फैसले का उद्देश्य कालाबाजारी पर रोक लगाना और वितरण प्रणाली को अधिक पारदर्शी बनाना है।

दो सिलेंडर कनेक्शन वालों के लिए नया नियम

नए नियमों के अनुसार, 14.2 किलो वाले घरेलू एलपीजी सिलेंडर की डिलीवरी और अगली रिफिल बुकिंग के बीच का अंतराल अब 25 दिन से बढ़ाकर 35 दिन कर दिया गया है। यानी अब उपभोक्ताओं को अगली बुकिंग के लिए पहले से ज्यादा इंतजार करना होगा। इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन के तहत यह नियम खासतौर पर उन लोगों पर लागू होगा, जिनके पास दो सिलेंडर वाला कनेक्शन है। यानी डबल बॉटम कनेक्शन वालों के लिए ये नियम है।

उज्जवला लाभार्थियों को करना होगा और ज्यादा इंतजार

उज्जवला योजना के लाभार्थियों को अब और ज्यादा इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। इस योजना के तहत जुड़े लोगों को अगली बुकिंग के लिए 45 दिन का इंतजार करना अनिवार्य होगा। वहीं जिन उपभोक्ताओं के पास सिर्फ एक सिलेंडर वाला कनेक्शन है, वे पिछली डिलीवरी के 25 दिन बाद ही नया सिलेंडर बुक कर सकेंगे।

समय सीमा पिछली डिलीवरी की तारीख से गिनी जाएगी

यह समय सीमा पिछली डिलीवरी की तारीख से गिनी जाएगी, न कि बुकिंग की तारीख से। अगर कोई उपभोक्ता तय समय से पहले बुकिंग करने की कोशिश करता है, तो सिस्टम उसकी बुकिंग को खुद ब्लॉक कर देगा। इसके अलावा डिलीवरी के समय ओटीपी बताना भी अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। अगर कोई उपभोक्ता ई-केवाईसी पूरी नहीं करता है, तो उसकी बुकिंग रद्द भी की जा सकती है।

छोटे सिलेंडरों के लिए भी बदले नियम

सिर्फ 14.2 किलो सिलेंडर ही नहीं, बल्कि छोटे सिलेंडरों के लिए भी नई समय सीमा लागू की गई है। 5 किलो के सिलेंडर के लिए 9 से 16 दिन और 10 किलो सिलेंडर के लिए 18 से 32 दिन निर्धारित किए गए हैं।

Mumbai, Maharashtra: In response to ongoing concerns over irregular LPG cylinder supply, SSK Bharat has introduced an alternative cooking solution named “Desh Ka Indhan”, positioning it as a modern, cost-effective, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional kitchen gas.

The product was launched in Malad East, Mumbai, on the occasion of the Hindu New Year and Gudi Padwa. According to the company, the innovation is an advanced biofuel-based cooking coal and system designed to deliver performance comparable to LPG while reducing dependency on conventional fuel sources.

SSK Bharat claims that the system offers a controlled and efficient flame similar to gas burners, while eliminating smoke and ash, making it suitable for both commercial and household use. The company also highlighted its environmental benefits, stating that the product is aligned with efforts toward reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable energy alternatives.

The solution is being targeted at a wide range of users, including hotel and restaurant operators, dhaba and street food vendors, catering businesses, and organizers of large social and religious events. It is also being promoted as a viable option for regular household kitchens.

Recent disruptions in LPG supply across Mumbai have reportedly impacted daily life and small businesses, particularly in the food service sector. Industry observers note that alternatives like biofuel-based systems could help address such challenges if adopted at scale.

Speaking at the launch, SSK Bharat Director Kartik Rawal described the product as part of a broader mission to achieve energy self-reliance. He stated that widespread adoption of indigenous biofuel solutions could reduce India’s dependence on imported fuels and contribute to long-term economic and environmental goals.

पश्चिम बंगाल में विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान हो गया है। चुनाव दो चरणों में होंगे। पहला 23 अप्रैल और दूसरा 29 अप्रैल, नतीजे 4 मई को घोषित किए जाएंगे। विधानसभा चुनाव की घोषणा के बाद पश्चिम बंगाल में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल किया गया है।

सिद्धनाथ गुप्ता राज्य के नए डीजीपी

पश्चिम बंगाल के डीजीपी, एडीजी (लॉ एंड ऑर्डर) कोलकाता पुलिस कमिश्नर, आईजीपी समेत कई अफसरों का तबादला किया है। सिद्धनाथ गुप्ता राज्य के नए डीजीपी बनाए गए हैं। अजय नंद को कोलकाता पुलिस कमिश्नर का दियात्व सौंपा गया है। चुनाव आयोग ने 27 पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर्स के ट्रांसफर भी किए हैं।

मुख्य सचिव और गृह सचिव हटाए गए

चुनाव शेड्यूल की घोषणा के बाद मुख्य सचिव और गृह सचिव हटाए जा चुके हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्य सचिव नंदिनी चक्रवर्ती और राज्य के गृह सचिव जगदीश प्रसाद मीणा के तबादलों का आदेश दिया। यह भी आदेश दिया कि दोनों किसी भी प्रकार के चुनाव संबंधी कार्य में शामिल नहीं होंगे। अब दुष्यंत नारियावाला राज्य के नए मुख्य सचिव होंगे और संघमित्रा घोष को नया गृह सचिव बनाया गया है।

चुनावी माहौल के बीच प्रशासनिक बदलाव की अहमियत

माना जा रहा है कि विधानसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर कानून-व्यवस्था को मजबूत रखने के लिए यह प्रशासनिक बदलाव किए गए हैं। राज्य में चुनावी माहौल के बीच सरकार और प्रशासन दोनों सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर सतर्क नजर आ रहे हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने पश्चिम बंगाल मुख्य सचिव को इस आदेश का पालन आज दोपहर 3 बजे तक करने आदेश दिया है। चुनाव आयोग ने अपने आदेश में ये भी कहा गया है कि जिन पुलिस अधिकारियों का तबादला हुआ है उन्हें चुनाव से जुड़ी हुई कोई भी जिम्मेदारी नहीं दी जाएगी।

चुनाव तारीख ऐलान से पहले ममता बनर्जी के किए गए ट्रांसफर रोके

पश्चिम बंगाल में कई अधिकारियों और पुलिस अधिकारियों के तबादले पर रोक लग गई है। इन तबादलों का आदेश रविवार दोपहर को भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ईसीआई) की ओर से राज्य में दो चरणों में होने वाले मतदान की तारीखों की घोषणा किए जाने से ठीक एक घंटे पहले दिया गया था। चुनाव की घोषणा के बाद से ही राज्य में आदर्श आचार संहिता (एमसीसी) लागू हो गई है, जिसके चलते पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ईसीआई की अनुमति के बिना कोई भी प्रशासनिक निर्णय नहीं ले सकती।

नेपाल में GenZ आंदोलन के बाद सत्तापलट हुआ। पिछले साल जेन-Z ने सत्ता परिवर्तन की जो कसम खाई थी वो आज पूरी हो गई है। राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्र पार्टी के नेता बालेन शाह ने देश के नए प्रधानमंत्री पद के लिए शपथ ले ली है। 35 साल के बालेंद्र शाह उर्फ बालेन नेपाल ने 47वें प्रधानमंत्री बन गए हैं।

बालेन शाह ने ली नेपाल के पीएम पद की शपथ

नेपाल में पिछले साल हुए हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद केपी शर्मा ओली के नेतृत्व वाली वामपंथी सरकार को प्रदर्शनकारियों ने उखाड़ फेंका था। इसके बाद इस साल देश में आम चुनाव करवाए गये। जिसमें बालेन शाह की पार्टी ने एकतरफा जीत हासिल की। बालेन शाह की राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्र पार्टी ने 5 मार्च को हुए चुनाव में 275 में से 182 सीटें जीतकर इतिहास रचा था। जिसके बाद आज राष्ट्रपति रामचंद्र पौडेल ने संविधान के नियमों के तहत बालेन को नेपाल के नए प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई। 

हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों के साथ शपथ ग्रहण

शपथ समारोह राष्ट्रपति भवन शीतल निवास में हुआ। बालेन के साथ उनके मंत्रिमंडल का भी शपथ ग्रहण हुआ। ये शपथ ग्रहण काफी खास रहा। पद और गोपनीयता की यह शपथ हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों और बौद्ध परंपराओं के साथ संपन्न हुई। इस अवसर पर सात शंखनादकों ने शंख ध्वनि के साथ मांगलिक शुरुआत की। परंपरा के अनुसार, शुभ कार्यों के आरंभ में शंखनाद को सफलता और सकारात्मकता का प्रतीक माना जाता है। इस मौके पर सात ब्राह्मणों ने शंखनाद, 108 युवा ब्राह्मणों द्वारा स्वस्ति वाचन और 107 लामाओं द्वारा बौद्ध मंत्रों का पाठ किया गया।

बालेन शाह के वादों पर जनता ने दिखाया भरोसा

बालेन शाह का प्रधानमंत्री बनना नेपाल की राजनीति में आए प्रमुख बदलाव का वादा करती है। लोकतंत्र लागू होने के बाद से नेपाल में जितने भी चुनाव हुए उनमें किसी भी चुनाव में किसी भी पार्टी को पूर्ण बहुमत हासिल नहीं हो पाया। लेकिन बालेन शाह के वादों पर जनता ने भरोसा दिखाया है। उन्होंने बदलाव का जो सपना दिखाया उसपर लोगों ने भरोसा किया है। नेपाल के मतदाता वर्षों से चले आ रहे भ्रष्टाचार, भाई-भतीजावाद और रसूखदारों के राज से नाराज थे।

बालेन शाह कौन हैं?

बालेन राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्र पार्टी के नेता हैं। बालेन शाह की राजनीति में एंट्री भी काफी दिलचस्प रही है। उन्होंने 2022 में पहली बार चुनाव लड़ा और काठमांडू महानगरपालिका के मेयर बने। उस वक्त वे निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर जीते थे, जिसने उन्हें देशभर में पहचान दिलाई। 27 अप्रैल 1990 को काठमांडू में जन्मे बालेन शाह का बैकग्राउंड इंजीनियरिंग का है। उन्होंने भारत की विश्वेश्वरैया टेक्नोलॉजिकल यूनिवर्सिटी से स्ट्रक्चरल इंजीनियरिंग में मास्टर डिग्री हासिल की है। इससे पहले उन्होंने काठमांडू से अपनी बैचलर डिग्री पूरी की थी। बालेन शाह मशहूर नेपाली रैपर हैं। राजनीति में आने से पहले वे अपने गानों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार और सामाजिक मुद्दों पर आवाज उठाया करते थे।

गैस बुकिंग के लिए फिर नया अपडेट, डबल कनेक्शन वालों को अब 35 दिन बाद मिलेगा दूसरा सिलिंडर

मिडिल ईस्ट में छिड़ी जंग के चलते देशभर में घरेलू गैस (एलपीजी) सिलेंडर की भारी कमी देखी जा रही है। इस बीच गैस बुकिंग को लेकर फिर नए नियम आ गए हैं। तेल कंपनियों ने इन्‍हें लागू कर दिया है। अब उपभोक्ताओं को अगला सिलेंडर बुक करने के लिए पहले से ज्यादा इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। नए नियमों के अनुसार कोई भी ग्राहक तय समय से पहले गैस सिलेंडर की बुकिंग नहीं कर पाएगा। सरकार का कहना है कि इस फैसले का उद्देश्य कालाबाजारी पर रोक लगाना और वितरण प्रणाली को अधिक पारदर्शी बनाना है।

दो सिलेंडर कनेक्शन वालों के लिए नया नियम

नए नियमों के अनुसार, 14.2 किलो वाले घरेलू एलपीजी सिलेंडर की डिलीवरी और अगली रिफिल बुकिंग के बीच का अंतराल अब 25 दिन से बढ़ाकर 35 दिन कर दिया गया है। यानी अब उपभोक्ताओं को अगली बुकिंग के लिए पहले से ज्यादा इंतजार करना होगा। इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन के तहत यह नियम खासतौर पर उन लोगों पर लागू होगा, जिनके पास दो सिलेंडर वाला कनेक्शन है। यानी डबल बॉटम कनेक्शन वालों के लिए ये नियम है।

उज्जवला लाभार्थियों को करना होगा और ज्यादा इंतजार

उज्जवला योजना के लाभार्थियों को अब और ज्यादा इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। इस योजना के तहत जुड़े लोगों को अगली बुकिंग के लिए 45 दिन का इंतजार करना अनिवार्य होगा। वहीं जिन उपभोक्ताओं के पास सिर्फ एक सिलेंडर वाला कनेक्शन है, वे पिछली डिलीवरी के 25 दिन बाद ही नया सिलेंडर बुक कर सकेंगे।

समय सीमा पिछली डिलीवरी की तारीख से गिनी जाएगी

यह समय सीमा पिछली डिलीवरी की तारीख से गिनी जाएगी, न कि बुकिंग की तारीख से। अगर कोई उपभोक्ता तय समय से पहले बुकिंग करने की कोशिश करता है, तो सिस्टम उसकी बुकिंग को खुद ब्लॉक कर देगा। इसके अलावा डिलीवरी के समय ओटीपी बताना भी अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। अगर कोई उपभोक्ता ई-केवाईसी पूरी नहीं करता है, तो उसकी बुकिंग रद्द भी की जा सकती है।

छोटे सिलेंडरों के लिए भी बदले नियम

सिर्फ 14.2 किलो सिलेंडर ही नहीं, बल्कि छोटे सिलेंडरों के लिए भी नई समय सीमा लागू की गई है। 5 किलो के सिलेंडर के लिए 9 से 16 दिन और 10 किलो सिलेंडर के लिए 18 से 32 दिन निर्धारित किए गए हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल में विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान हो गया है। चुनाव दो चरणों में होंगे। पहला 23 अप्रैल और दूसरा 29 अप्रैल, नतीजे 4 मई को घोषित किए जाएंगे। विधानसभा चुनाव की घोषणा के बाद पश्चिम बंगाल में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल किया गया है।

सिद्धनाथ गुप्ता राज्य के नए डीजीपी

पश्चिम बंगाल के डीजीपी, एडीजी (लॉ एंड ऑर्डर) कोलकाता पुलिस कमिश्नर, आईजीपी समेत कई अफसरों का तबादला किया है। सिद्धनाथ गुप्ता राज्य के नए डीजीपी बनाए गए हैं। अजय नंद को कोलकाता पुलिस कमिश्नर का दियात्व सौंपा गया है। चुनाव आयोग ने 27 पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर्स के ट्रांसफर भी किए हैं।

मुख्य सचिव और गृह सचिव हटाए गए

Corru Pack Print India Expo will present complete corrugation solutions under one roof, covering the entire manufacturing ecosystem of the corrugated packaging industry. The exhibition floor will feature latest box-making technologies, advanced printing and lamination systems, converting equipment, testing instruments, inks, adhesives, kraft paper solutions, and other essential materials used in the packaging value chain.

India’s packaging industry, valued at USD 75 billion in FY20, is projected to grow at a CAGR of 18–20 percent, reaching approximately USD 250 billion by FY26. The corrugated packaging segment continues to play a crucial role in this expansion, driven by the rapid growth of e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.

The upcoming Mumbai edition is expected to attract over 15,000 trade visitors, including plant heads, packaging technologists, procurement leaders, and industry experts from across India and international markets.
