GAFA and IIRIS Consulting Push Forensic Investigation into the AI Era
NEW DELHI: The growing sophistication of financial fraud and technology-enabled crime is forcing a rethink of how investigations are conducted. Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming part of the investigator’s toolkit, not simply for automation, but for analysing large volumes of financial data, identifying anomalies and connecting information that may otherwise remain fragmented.
Against this backdrop, the Global Association of Forensic Accountants (GAFA) has joined hands with IIRIS Consulting to develop the Certified AI Investigator (CAII) programme, bringing artificial intelligence directly into the professional investigation curriculum. The programme is positioned at the intersection of forensic accounting, fraud investigation, financial intelligence and applied technology.
The initiative reflects a broader shift in the investigation profession. Fraudsters are increasingly using digital platforms, automated processes, complex transaction structures and technology to conceal financial activity. Investigators, consequently, need to be able to work with data at scale and use technology without losing the fundamentals of evidence-based investigation.
The CAII programme is built around practical application rather than AI theory alone. The current programme includes 48 hours of live instruction across eight modules and eight working platforms, with applications covering AI-assisted investigation, data and transaction analysis, fraud detection and investigative intelligence.
What makes the initiative particularly relevant is its emphasis on the investigator remaining in control. AI can identify patterns and accelerate analysis, but it cannot independently establish whether an unusual transaction is fraudulent, determine the credibility of evidence or replace professional skepticism. Those decisions still require human judgment, corroboration and investigative reasoning.
The collaboration also brings complementary capabilities. The skill enhancement capabilities of Global Association of Forensic Accountants (GAFA) operating across forensic accounting, fraud investigation, AML and financial-crime education, and IIRIS Consulting’s intelligence capabilities across risk advisory, security, intelligence, forensics and due diligence, with operations spanning India, MENA, Asia and Europe.
The development points to a larger transformation within forensic investigation: the next generation of professionals may need to be equally comfortable reading financial statements, interrogating datasets and questioning AI-generated findings. As financial crime continues to evolve, the advantage may increasingly belong not to investigators who simply use AI, but to those who understand when to use it, how to challenge it and how to turn its output into defensible investigative evidence.

विपक्ष पर साधा निशाना
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि “एक तरफ भारत तमाम वैश्विक चुनौतियों को पार करते हुए आगे बढ़ रहा है, वहीं देश के भीतर कुछ लोग निराशा और झूठ का माहौल बनाने में लगे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन सभी चुनौतियों के बीच भारत ने 7.8 प्रतिशत की ग्रोथ हासिल की है। हमें इस गति को बनाए रखना होगा। हमें आगे बढ़ते रहना होगा, और इसके लिए ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ बनना जरूरी है।”

  

जयराम रमेश ने जीडीपी के आंकड़ों पर केन्द्र को घेरा
वहीं, कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने जीडीपी के आंकड़ों को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा।जयराम रमेश ने कहा कि ये आंकड़े अर्थव्यवस्था में घरेलू और विदेशी, दोनों तरह के निजी निवेश को लेकर बेहद कमजोर धारणा को नहीं दर्शाते। उन्होंने कहा कि उपभोक्ता भरोसा बेहद सुस्त है और नवंबर 2025 से लगातार गिरावट की ओर है। कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि घरेलू जरूरत की आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कीमतें तेजी से बढ़ रही हैं, जबकि शिक्षित बेरोजगारी चिंताजनक स्तर पर है।

पाकिस्तान बार-बार सिंधु जल संधि बहाल करने की गुहार लगा रहा है। भारत ने सिंधु जल संधि को लेकर अपना सख्त रुख बरकरार रखा है। भारत के सख्त रवैये से पाकिस्तान खून के आंसू रो रहा है। अब पाकिस्तान इस मुद्दे को लेकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर पहुंच गया है। पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने भारत के अप्रैल 2025 के फैसले पर चिंता जताते हुए, सिंधु का पानी देने की गुहार लगाई है।

  

सिंधु जल संधि स्थगित किए जाने पर चिंता जताई
पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने अमेरिका में कहा कि सिंधु नदी प्रणाली पाकिस्तान के लिए जीवनरेखा है। पाकिस्तान की 25 करोड़ से ज्यादा आबादी की जिंदगी इससे जुड़ी हुई है। उन्होंने भारत से सिंधु जल संधि को बहाल करने की अपील करते हुए अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय से भी इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की। इशाक डार ने यह बयान अमेरिका में पाकिस्तानी दूतावास की ओर से आयोजित एक वर्चुअल सेमिनार में दिया।

  

बातचीत और सहयोग की बताई जरूरत
पाकिस्तान के उप प्रधानमंत्री और विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने वाशिंगटन में एक सेमिनार को संबोधित करते हुए तीन-सूत्रीय तरीका बताया जिसमें 1960 की संधि को पूरी तरह से लागू करने और परमाणु हथियार रखने वाले इन पड़ोसी देशों के बीच विवादों को सुलझाने के लिए संधि में तय तरीकों का इस्तेमाल करने की बात कही। सेमिनार को वर्चुअली संबोधित करते हुए डार ने कहा 'पाकिस्तान और भारत को संधि के अनुसार तकनीकी बातचीत, पारदर्शिता और डेटा साझा करने की प्रक्रिया को फिर से शुरू और मजबूत करना चाहिए।'

  

जल संकट का दिया हवाला
पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री ने अपने देश के बढ़ते जल संकट का भी जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान पहले से ही दुनिया के सबसे ज्यादा जल-संकट वाले देशों में शामिल है। पिछले कई दशकों में देश में प्रति व्यक्ति पानी की उपलब्धता में भारी गिरावट आई है। उन्होंने जलवायु परिवर्तन को भी बड़ी चुनौती बताया। डार ने कहा कि बारिश के बदलते पैटर्न, ग्लेशियरों के पिघलने, विनाशकारी बाढ़, लंबे समय तक चलने वाले सूखे और पानी के प्रवाह में बढ़ती अनिश्चितता ने पाकिस्तान की मुश्किलें और बढ़ा दी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच पानी के मुद्दे पर ज्यादा सहयोग होना चाहिए।

  

अपील के साथ भारत को चेतावनी भी
इशाक डार ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय से समर्थन मांगने के साथ भारत को चेतावनी भी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर पाकिस्तान को सिंधु जल संधि के तहत मिलने वाले पानी से वंचित किया गया तो इसका असर क्षेत्र की शांति और सुरक्षा पर पड़ सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सिंधु नदी को टकराव की वजह नहीं बनना चाहिए. यह क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए जीवन और आजीविका का आधार है। डार ने साझा जल संसाधनों को हथियार की तरह इस्तेमाल न करने की अपील की।

पहलगाम हमले के बाद संधि स्थगित
बता दें कि भारत ने अप्रैल 2025 में विश्व बैंक की मध्यस्थता वाली इस संधि को अप्रैल 2025 में पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद स्थगित कर दिया था। इसमें पाकिस्तानी आतंकियों ने धर्म पूछकर 26 हिंदू पर्यटकों की हत्या कर दी थी। भारत ने साफ कर रखा है कि 'खून और पानी एक साथ नहीं बह सकते हैं।'

भारत ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद (USNC) में सुधारों के पक्ष में जोरदार तरीके से मांग उठाई है। UNSC के कामकाज के तरीकों पर सालाना खुली बहस में भारत ने कहा कि आज सुरक्षा परिषद में सुधार की जरूरत पहले से कहीं ज्यादा साफ और जरूरी हो गई है।

  

सुरक्षा परिषद के ढांचे में बदलाव पर जोर
संयुक्त राष्ट्र में भारत के स्थायी मिशन की चार्ज डी अफेयर योजना पटेल ने जोर देकर मांग की कि UNSC को आज और भविष्य की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए सही ढंग से तैयार किया जाए। भारतीय राजदूत ने 1945 में बने संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के ढांचे में बदलाव पर जोर दिया और कहा कि दुनिया अब पूरी तरह बदल चुकी है। योजना पटेल ने कहा कि सदस्य देशों के नागरिकों के मन में सुरक्षा परिषद की विश्वसनीयता,असरदार होने और उसके फैसले लेने के तरीके पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। इसकी मुख्य वजह है कि यह अहम संस्था दुनिया के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में चल रहे झगड़ों में असरदार ढंग से दखल नहीं दे पाई है।

  

अस्थायी सदस्यों को भी अधिकार देने की मांग
इसके साथ ही उन्होंने दो साल के कार्यकाल के लिए चुने जाने वाले अस्थायी सदस्यों को दस्तावेजों तक पहुंच की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा, ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेजों तक पहुंच केवल कुछ ही लोगों तक सीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने सुरक्षा परिषद की प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता की मांग की। 'लिस्टिंग' और 'डी-लिस्टिंग' का उदाहरण देते हुए भारतीय राजदूत ने कहा कि सुरक्षा परिषद को संकीर्ण राजनीतिक हितों को साधने का मंच नहीं बनना चाहिए।

भारत ने यूएनएससी में आतंकियों की लिस्टिंग को लेकर चीन और पाकिस्तान पर निशाना साधा है। यूएनएससी में भारत की सीडीए यानी कार्यवाहक राजदूत योजना पटेल ने पाकिस्तान-चीन का नाम लिए बगैर उन्हें अच्छे से धोया है। उन्होंने सुरक्षा परिषद में आतंकियों की लिस्टिंग-डीलिस्टिंग को राजनीति से दूर रखने की हिदायत दी है। साथ ही राजनीतिक दखल पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई। भारत ने बिना नाम लिए बिना कहा कि सुरक्षा परिषद की सदस्यता का इस्तेमाल आतंकियों को बचाने या उन्हें डीलिस्ट कराने के लिए नहीं होना चाहिए।

लखनऊ। योगी सरकार की दिव्यांगजनों को आत्मनिर्भर और सम्मानजनक जीवन देने की मुहिम को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन की ओर से 3 से 13 अगस्त तक चलाए गए ‘दिव्यांगजन रोजगार अभियान 3.0’ के तहत महज 11 दिनों में प्रदेश के सभी 75 जिलों के 1,559 दिव्यांगजन रोजगार और स्वरोजगार से जुड़े। इनमें 1,021 दिव्यांगजनों को नौकरी के अवसर मिले, जबकि 538 दिव्यांगजनों को स्वरोजगार के लिए सरकारी योजनाओं और ऋण सुविधाओं से जोड़ा गया।
  
प्रदेश के व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता राज्यमंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि सरकार का संकल्प है कि कोई भी दिव्यांगजन रोजगार से वंचित न रहे। अभियान का उद्देश्य केवल नौकरी उपलब्ध कराना नहीं, बल्कि दिव्यांग युवाओं को आत्मविश्वास, सम्मान और आत्मनिर्भरता के साथ आगे बढ़ने का अवसर देना है।

अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न जिलों में रोजगार मेले, प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव और रोजगार कैंप लगाए गए। निजी क्षेत्र की कंपनियों ने इनमें भाग लेकर मौके पर ही अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया और कई चयनित युवाओं को जॉइनिंग लेटर भी दिए। हेल्थकेयर, फाइनेंस, इंश्योरेंस और टेलीकॉम समेत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर, कस्टमर सपोर्ट एक्जीक्यूटिव, हेल्थकेयर असिस्टेंट, ड्रेसर, टेलीकॉलर, मशीन ऑपरेटर, तकनीकी सहायक और हेल्पर जैसे पदों पर अवसर दिए गए। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को 10,000 से 18,000 रुपये तक का मासिक वेतन ऑफर किया गया।

अभियान में नौकरी के साथ स्वरोजगार पर भी विशेष जोर रहा। मुख्यमंत्री युवा उद्यमी योजना के तहत 538 से अधिक दिव्यांगजनों को जोड़ा गया। उन्हें मोबाइल रिपेयरिंग, इलेक्ट्रिशियन, सिलाई-कढ़ाई, जनसेवा केंद्र, डेयरी और पशुपालन जैसे क्षेत्रों में अपना काम शुरू करने के लिए ऋण एवं सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई। पात्र लाभार्थियों को ऋण स्वीकृति दिलाने की दिशा में भी कार्रवाई की गई।

अभियान में कानपुर नगर 149 चयन के साथ प्रदेश में पहले स्थान पर रहा। इसके अलावा आजमगढ़ में 77, अमरोहा में 69, बरेली में 63 और सुलतानपुर में 56 दिव्यांगजन रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार से जुड़े।
  
अभियान को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने जरूरत पड़ने पर लाभार्थियों के घर तक पहुंचकर व्यक्तिगत काउंसिलिंग की। मोबाइल बंद होने या संपर्क न हो पाने वाले दिव्यांगजनों से होम विजिट के जरिए संपर्क किया गया। उनकी रुचि, योग्यता और जरूरत के अनुसार रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के विकल्प बताए गए।

कौशल विकास मिशन की ओर से दिव्यांगजन रोजगार अभियान के पहले और दूसरे चरण में रोजगार से जुड़े 2,000 से अधिक दिव्यांगजनों की वर्तमान स्थिति की भी ट्रैकिंग की जा रही है। मिशन निदेशक पुलकित खरे ने कहा कि अभियान 3.0 में 75 जिलों में 1,559 दिव्यांगजनों का रोजगार और स्वरोजगार से जुड़ना बड़ी उपलब्धि है। मिशन का प्रयास है कि दिव्यांगजनों को उनकी क्षमता और रुचि के अनुरूप बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएं।

GAFA and IIRIS Consulting Push Forensic Investigation into the AI Era
NEW DELHI: The growing sophistication of financial fraud and technology-enabled crime is forcing a rethink of how investigations are conducted. Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming part of the investigator’s toolkit, not simply for automation, but for analysing large volumes of financial data, identifying anomalies and connecting information that may otherwise remain fragmented.
Against this backdrop, the Global Association of Forensic Accountants (GAFA) has joined hands with IIRIS Consulting to develop the Certified AI Investigator (CAII) programme, bringing artificial intelligence directly into the professional investigation curriculum. The programme is positioned at the intersection of forensic accounting, fraud investigation, financial intelligence and applied technology.
The initiative reflects a broader shift in the investigation profession. Fraudsters are increasingly using digital platforms, automated processes, complex transaction structures and technology to conceal financial activity. Investigators, consequently, need to be able to work with data at scale and use technology without losing the fundamentals of evidence-based investigation.
The CAII programme is built around practical application rather than AI theory alone. The current programme includes 48 hours of live instruction across eight modules and eight working platforms, with applications covering AI-assisted investigation, data and transaction analysis, fraud detection and investigative intelligence.
What makes the initiative particularly relevant is its emphasis on the investigator remaining in control. AI can identify patterns and accelerate analysis, but it cannot independently establish whether an unusual transaction is fraudulent, determine the credibility of evidence or replace professional skepticism. Those decisions still require human judgment, corroboration and investigative reasoning.
The collaboration also brings complementary capabilities. The skill enhancement capabilities of Global Association of Forensic Accountants (GAFA) operating across forensic accounting, fraud investigation, AML and financial-crime education, and IIRIS Consulting’s intelligence capabilities across risk advisory, security, intelligence, forensics and due diligence, with operations spanning India, MENA, Asia and Europe.
The development points to a larger transformation within forensic investigation: the next generation of professionals may need to be equally comfortable reading financial statements, interrogating datasets and questioning AI-generated findings. As financial crime continues to evolve, the advantage may increasingly belong not to investigators who simply use AI, but to those who understand when to use it, how to challenge it and how to turn its output into defensible investigative evidence.

अप्रैल-जून तिमाही में देश की सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) दर उम्मीद से कहीं बेहतर 7.8 प्रतिशत दर्ज की गई है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारत की 7.8 प्रतिशत आर्थिक विकास दर को लेकर देशवासियों को बधाई दी है।  प्रधानमंत्री ने भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को लेकर निराशा का माहौल बनाने वाले आलोचकों पर तीखा तंज कसा है।

  


पीएम मोदी इस वक्त एससीओ शिखर सम्मेलन के लिए बिश्केक में हैं। पीएम मोदी ने वहां से इंस्टाग्राम पर एक नया वीडियो साझा करते हुए कहा कि यह उपलब्धि देश की सामूहिक शक्ति, संकल्प और मेहनत का नतीजा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब पूरी दुनिया गंभीर आर्थिक अनिश्चितताओं और मंदी के दबाव से जूझ रही है, तब भारत की यह तेज रफ्तार देश के मजबूत बुनियादी ढांचे और अदम्य आर्थिक सामर्थ्य का जीता-जागता सबूत है। यह प्रदर्शन साबित करता है कि वैश्विक चुनौतियों के बावजूद भारत दुनिया की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती प्रमुख अर्थव्यवस्था बना हुआ है।

पीएम मोदी ने इंस्टाग्राम और ‘एक्स’ पर पोस्ट किए गए एक वीडियो में कहा, “मेरे देशवासियों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई। 7.8% की विकास दर – पूरा देश खुशी से भरा हुआ है। मैं देश के लोगों को उनके संकल्प और मेहनती स्वभाव के लिए बधाई देता हूं; यह हमारी सामूहिक ताकत को दिखाता है। दुनिया संघर्षों में फंसी हुई है; हर तरफ से युद्ध की खबरें आ रही हैं और दुनिया संकटों से घिरी हुई है। सप्लाई चेन बुरी तरह बाधित हुई। इसके बावजूद भारत तेज गति से प्रगति कर रहा है।”

  

विपक्ष पर साधा निशाना
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि “एक तरफ भारत तमाम वैश्विक चुनौतियों को पार करते हुए आगे बढ़ रहा है, वहीं देश के भीतर कुछ लोग निराशा और झूठ का माहौल बनाने में लगे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन सभी चुनौतियों के बीच भारत ने 7.8 प्रतिशत की ग्रोथ हासिल की है। हमें इस गति को बनाए रखना होगा। हमें आगे बढ़ते रहना होगा, और इसके लिए ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ बनना जरूरी है।”

  

जयराम रमेश ने जीडीपी के आंकड़ों पर केन्द्र को घेरा
वहीं, कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने जीडीपी के आंकड़ों को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा।जयराम रमेश ने कहा कि ये आंकड़े अर्थव्यवस्था में घरेलू और विदेशी, दोनों तरह के निजी निवेश को लेकर बेहद कमजोर धारणा को नहीं दर्शाते। उन्होंने कहा कि उपभोक्ता भरोसा बेहद सुस्त है और नवंबर 2025 से लगातार गिरावट की ओर है। कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि घरेलू जरूरत की आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कीमतें तेजी से बढ़ रही हैं, जबकि शिक्षित बेरोजगारी चिंताजनक स्तर पर है।

पाकिस्तान बार-बार सिंधु जल संधि बहाल करने की गुहार लगा रहा है। भारत ने सिंधु जल संधि को लेकर अपना सख्त रुख बरकरार रखा है। भारत के सख्त रवैये से पाकिस्तान खून के आंसू रो रहा है। अब पाकिस्तान इस मुद्दे को लेकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर पहुंच गया है। पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने भारत के अप्रैल 2025 के फैसले पर चिंता जताते हुए, सिंधु का पानी देने की गुहार लगाई है।

  

सिंधु जल संधि स्थगित किए जाने पर चिंता जताई
पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने अमेरिका में कहा कि सिंधु नदी प्रणाली पाकिस्तान के लिए जीवनरेखा है। पाकिस्तान की 25 करोड़ से ज्यादा आबादी की जिंदगी इससे जुड़ी हुई है। उन्होंने भारत से सिंधु जल संधि को बहाल करने की अपील करते हुए अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय से भी इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की। इशाक डार ने यह बयान अमेरिका में पाकिस्तानी दूतावास की ओर से आयोजित एक वर्चुअल सेमिनार में दिया।

  

बातचीत और सहयोग की बताई जरूरत
पाकिस्तान के उप प्रधानमंत्री और विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने वाशिंगटन में एक सेमिनार को संबोधित करते हुए तीन-सूत्रीय तरीका बताया जिसमें 1960 की संधि को पूरी तरह से लागू करने और परमाणु हथियार रखने वाले इन पड़ोसी देशों के बीच विवादों को सुलझाने के लिए संधि में तय तरीकों का इस्तेमाल करने की बात कही। सेमिनार को वर्चुअली संबोधित करते हुए डार ने कहा 'पाकिस्तान और भारत को संधि के अनुसार तकनीकी बातचीत, पारदर्शिता और डेटा साझा करने की प्रक्रिया को फिर से शुरू और मजबूत करना चाहिए।'

  

जल संकट का दिया हवाला
पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री ने अपने देश के बढ़ते जल संकट का भी जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान पहले से ही दुनिया के सबसे ज्यादा जल-संकट वाले देशों में शामिल है। पिछले कई दशकों में देश में प्रति व्यक्ति पानी की उपलब्धता में भारी गिरावट आई है। उन्होंने जलवायु परिवर्तन को भी बड़ी चुनौती बताया। डार ने कहा कि बारिश के बदलते पैटर्न, ग्लेशियरों के पिघलने, विनाशकारी बाढ़, लंबे समय तक चलने वाले सूखे और पानी के प्रवाह में बढ़ती अनिश्चितता ने पाकिस्तान की मुश्किलें और बढ़ा दी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच पानी के मुद्दे पर ज्यादा सहयोग होना चाहिए।

  

अपील के साथ भारत को चेतावनी भी
इशाक डार ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय से समर्थन मांगने के साथ भारत को चेतावनी भी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर पाकिस्तान को सिंधु जल संधि के तहत मिलने वाले पानी से वंचित किया गया तो इसका असर क्षेत्र की शांति और सुरक्षा पर पड़ सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सिंधु नदी को टकराव की वजह नहीं बनना चाहिए. यह क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए जीवन और आजीविका का आधार है। डार ने साझा जल संसाधनों को हथियार की तरह इस्तेमाल न करने की अपील की।

पहलगाम हमले के बाद संधि स्थगित
बता दें कि भारत ने अप्रैल 2025 में विश्व बैंक की मध्यस्थता वाली इस संधि को अप्रैल 2025 में पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद स्थगित कर दिया था। इसमें पाकिस्तानी आतंकियों ने धर्म पूछकर 26 हिंदू पर्यटकों की हत्या कर दी थी। भारत ने साफ कर रखा है कि 'खून और पानी एक साथ नहीं बह सकते हैं।'

भारत ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद (USNC) में सुधारों के पक्ष में जोरदार तरीके से मांग उठाई है। UNSC के कामकाज के तरीकों पर सालाना खुली बहस में भारत ने कहा कि आज सुरक्षा परिषद में सुधार की जरूरत पहले से कहीं ज्यादा साफ और जरूरी हो गई है।

  

सुरक्षा परिषद के ढांचे में बदलाव पर जोर
संयुक्त राष्ट्र में भारत के स्थायी मिशन की चार्ज डी अफेयर योजना पटेल ने जोर देकर मांग की कि UNSC को आज और भविष्य की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए सही ढंग से तैयार किया जाए। भारतीय राजदूत ने 1945 में बने संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के ढांचे में बदलाव पर जोर दिया और कहा कि दुनिया अब पूरी तरह बदल चुकी है। योजना पटेल ने कहा कि सदस्य देशों के नागरिकों के मन में सुरक्षा परिषद की विश्वसनीयता,असरदार होने और उसके फैसले लेने के तरीके पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। इसकी मुख्य वजह है कि यह अहम संस्था दुनिया के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में चल रहे झगड़ों में असरदार ढंग से दखल नहीं दे पाई है।

  

अस्थायी सदस्यों को भी अधिकार देने की मांग
इसके साथ ही उन्होंने दो साल के कार्यकाल के लिए चुने जाने वाले अस्थायी सदस्यों को दस्तावेजों तक पहुंच की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा, ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेजों तक पहुंच केवल कुछ ही लोगों तक सीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने सुरक्षा परिषद की प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता की मांग की। 'लिस्टिंग' और 'डी-लिस्टिंग' का उदाहरण देते हुए भारतीय राजदूत ने कहा कि सुरक्षा परिषद को संकीर्ण राजनीतिक हितों को साधने का मंच नहीं बनना चाहिए।

  

आतंकवाद पर राजनीतिक दखल पर कड़ी आपत्ति
भारत ने यूएनएससी में आतंकियों की लिस्टिंग को लेकर चीन और पाकिस्तान पर निशाना साधा है। यूएनएससी में भारत की सीडीए यानी कार्यवाहक राजदूत योजना पटेल ने पाकिस्तान-चीन का नाम लिए बगैर उन्हें अच्छे से धोया है। उन्होंने सुरक्षा परिषद में आतंकियों की लिस्टिंग-डीलिस्टिंग को राजनीति से दूर रखने की हिदायत दी है। साथ ही राजनीतिक दखल पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई। भारत ने बिना नाम लिए बिना कहा कि सुरक्षा परिषद की सदस्यता का इस्तेमाल आतंकियों को बचाने या उन्हें डीलिस्ट कराने के लिए नहीं होना चाहिए।

लखनऊ। योगी सरकार की दिव्यांगजनों को आत्मनिर्भर और सम्मानजनक जीवन देने की मुहिम को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन की ओर से 3 से 13 अगस्त तक चलाए गए ‘दिव्यांगजन रोजगार अभियान 3.0’ के तहत महज 11 दिनों में प्रदेश के सभी 75 जिलों के 1,559 दिव्यांगजन रोजगार और स्वरोजगार से जुड़े। इनमें 1,021 दिव्यांगजनों को नौकरी के अवसर मिले, जबकि 538 दिव्यांगजनों को स्वरोजगार के लिए सरकारी योजनाओं और ऋण सुविधाओं से जोड़ा गया।
  
प्रदेश के व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता राज्यमंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि सरकार का संकल्प है कि कोई भी दिव्यांगजन रोजगार से वंचित न रहे। अभियान का उद्देश्य केवल नौकरी उपलब्ध कराना नहीं, बल्कि दिव्यांग युवाओं को आत्मविश्वास, सम्मान और आत्मनिर्भरता के साथ आगे बढ़ने का अवसर देना है।

अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न जिलों में रोजगार मेले, प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव और रोजगार कैंप लगाए गए। निजी क्षेत्र की कंपनियों ने इनमें भाग लेकर मौके पर ही अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया और कई चयनित युवाओं को जॉइनिंग लेटर भी दिए। हेल्थकेयर, फाइनेंस, इंश्योरेंस और टेलीकॉम समेत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर, कस्टमर सपोर्ट एक्जीक्यूटिव, हेल्थकेयर असिस्टेंट, ड्रेसर, टेलीकॉलर, मशीन ऑपरेटर, तकनीकी सहायक और हेल्पर जैसे पदों पर अवसर दिए गए। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को 10,000 से 18,000 रुपये तक का मासिक वेतन ऑफर किया गया।

अभियान में नौकरी के साथ स्वरोजगार पर भी विशेष जोर रहा। मुख्यमंत्री युवा उद्यमी योजना के तहत 538 से अधिक दिव्यांगजनों को जोड़ा गया। उन्हें मोबाइल रिपेयरिंग, इलेक्ट्रिशियन, सिलाई-कढ़ाई, जनसेवा केंद्र, डेयरी और पशुपालन जैसे क्षेत्रों में अपना काम शुरू करने के लिए ऋण एवं सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई। पात्र लाभार्थियों को ऋण स्वीकृति दिलाने की दिशा में भी कार्रवाई की गई।

अभियान में कानपुर नगर 149 चयन के साथ प्रदेश में पहले स्थान पर रहा। इसके अलावा आजमगढ़ में 77, अमरोहा में 69, बरेली में 63 और सुलतानपुर में 56 दिव्यांगजन रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार से जुड़े।
  
अभियान को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने जरूरत पड़ने पर लाभार्थियों के घर तक पहुंचकर व्यक्तिगत काउंसिलिंग की। मोबाइल बंद होने या संपर्क न हो पाने वाले दिव्यांगजनों से होम विजिट के जरिए संपर्क किया गया। उनकी रुचि, योग्यता और जरूरत के अनुसार रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के विकल्प बताए गए।
  

  
-  पुराने लाभार्थियों की भी हो रही ट्रैकिंग
  
कौशल विकास मिशन की ओर से दिव्यांगजन रोजगार अभियान के पहले और दूसरे चरण में रोजगार से जुड़े 2,000 से अधिक दिव्यांगजनों की वर्तमान स्थिति की भी ट्रैकिंग की जा रही है। मिशन निदेशक पुलकित खरे ने कहा कि अभियान 3.0 में 75 जिलों में 1,559 दिव्यांगजनों का रोजगार और स्वरोजगार से जुड़ना बड़ी उपलब्धि है। मिशन का प्रयास है कि दिव्यांगजनों को उनकी क्षमता और रुचि के अनुरूप बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएं।
