शिल्पा शेट्टी और राज कुंद्रा को बड़ा झटका, ईडी ने जब्त की 97 करोड़ की संपत्ति

बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस शिल्पा शेट्टी और उनके बिजनेसमैन हसबैंड राज कुंद्रा की मुसीबतें एक बार फिर से बढ़ती हुई नजर आ रही हैं।शिल्पा शेट्टी और उनके पति अभिनेता-बिजनेमैन राज कुंद्रा के खिलाफ प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने बड़ा एक्शन लिया है। ईडी ने आज गुरुवार को शिल्पा शेट्टी और राज कुंद्रा की 97.79 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति जब्त की है। ईडी की ओर से यह एक्शन 6600 करोड़ रुपये के बिटकॉइन पोंजी घोटाले के मामले में लिया गया है। 


ईडी सूत्रों की मानें तो जब्त की गई संपत्ति में जुहू में स्तिथ एक बंगला शामिल है, जो शिल्पा शेट्टी के नाम पर है। साथ ही पुणे में मौजूद एक बंगला भी शामिल है। इसके अलावा राज कुंद्रा के नाम पर कुछ शेयर भी ईडी ने जब्त किए हैं।ईडी के जारी बयान के मुताबिक- राज कुंद्रा की चल और अचल संपत्ति को अटैच किया है जिसकी कीमत कुल 97.79 करोड़ है। इसमें पीएमएलए, 2002 एक्ट के तहत राज कुंद्रा का जुहू वाला बंगला जो शिल्पा शेट्टी के नाम है उसे अटैच किया गया है। इसके साथ ही पुणे में स्थित बंगले और राज कुंद्रा के नाम पर जो शेयर हैं उन्हें भी अटैच किया गया।
दरअसल, जांच एजेंसी ईडी ने महाराष्ट्र में दर्ज अलग-अलग एफआईआर को आधार बनाकर पीएमएलए एक्ट के तहत जांच शुरू की थी। आरोप था कि मेसर्स वेरिएबल टेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, स्वर्गीय अमित भारद्वाज, अजय भारद्वाज, विवेक भारद्वाज, सिंपी भारद्वाज, महेंद्र भारद्वाज और अन्य एमएलएल एजेंट्स ने करीब 6600 करोड़ रुपये की बिटकॉइन साल 2017 में फर्जी वादों के आधार पर इन्वेस्टर्स से हासिल किए, जिन्हें 10 परसेंट रिटर्न्स का भरोसा दिया गया था और उन्हें बिटकॉइन माइनिंग में निजी हितों के लिए इस्तेमाल किया। यह एक तरह की पोंजी स्किम थी।


ईडी द्वारा ये एक्शन मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस की वजह से लिया गया है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक ईडी ने महाराष्ट्र पुलिस और दिल्ली पुलिस की तरफ से वन वेरिएबल टेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और आरोपी दिवंगत अमित भारद्वाज, विवेक भारद्वाज, सिम्पी भारद्वाज और महेंद्र भारद्वाज सहित अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ जांच शुरू की थी। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक इन पर आरोप है कि इन्होंने बिटकॉइन्स के रूप में लोगों से बड़ा फंड लिया था और हर महीने 10 फीसदी वापस करने का वादा किया था।


ईडी का आरोप है कि इस घोटाले के मास्टरमाइंड से शिल्पा शेट्टी के पति राज कुंद्रा ने 285 बिटकॉइन हासिल किए थे।जिनकी कीमत आज की तारीख में 150 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की है।
