पश्चिम बंगाल में तृणमूल कांग्रेस के महासचिव और पूर्व सीएम ममता बनर्जी के भतीजे अभिषेक बनर्जी के खिलाफ बंगाल सरकार का बुलडोजर एक्शन शुरू हो गया है। पश्चिम बंगाल के साउथ 24 परगना जिले में शनिवार को प्रशासन का बड़ा बुलडोजर एक्शन देखने को मिला। अमतला में बुलडोजर का इस्तेमाल करके अभिषेक बनर्जी के ऑफिस को गिरा दिया गया।

  

प्रशासन ने बताया अवैध निर्माण
डायमंड हार्बर से सांसद अभिषेक बनर्जी का यह दफ्तर अमताला-बारुईपुर रोड पर स्थित था। प्रशासन ने इसे पूरी तरह से अवैध निर्माण करार दिया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, विभागीय जांच में पाया गया था इस कार्यालय का निर्माण स्वीकृत भवन योजना के बिना और लागू नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हुए किया गया था।

  

इमारत का वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर एक्शन
जिला प्रशासन के मुताबिक, इस भव्य इमारत के निर्माण से जुड़ा कोई भी वैध दस्तावेज़ नहीं था। यह दफ्तर बिना किसी आधिकारिक मंजूरी के बनाया गया था। प्रशासन ने इस संबंध में पहले ही एक नोटिस जारी कर इमारत पर चिपका दिया था। नोटिस के जरिए निर्माण से जुड़े कानूनी कागज मांगे गए थे। हालांकि, अभिषेक बनर्जी या उनकी टीम की तरफ से इस नोटिस का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया। कोई वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत न किए जाने के बाद, प्रशासन ने इसे गिराने का कड़ा फैसला लिया।

शनिवार सुबह प्रशासन की टीम तीन बड़े बुलडोजर लेकर मौके पर पहुंची. पांच मंजिला मजबूत इमारत को ढहाने के लिए तीनों बुलडोजर एक साथ काम पर लगाए गए। कार्रवाई के दौरान कानून-व्यवस्था न बिगड़े, इसके लिए पूरे इलाके में भारी संख्या में पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया गया था। जैसे ही अभिषेक बनर्जी के सांसद ऑफिस को तोड़ने का काम शुरू हुआ। इलाके में बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं और समर्थकों ने खुशी मनाई और जय श्री राम के नारे लगाए।

प्रशासन ने बताया अवैध निर्माण
डायमंड हार्बर से सांसद अभिषेक बनर्जी का यह दफ्तर अमताला-बारुईपुर रोड पर स्थित था। प्रशासन ने इसे पूरी तरह से अवैध निर्माण करार दिया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, विभागीय जांच में पाया गया था इस कार्यालय का निर्माण स्वीकृत भवन योजना के बिना और लागू नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हुए किया गया था।

  

इमारत का वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर एक्शन
जिला प्रशासन के मुताबिक, इस भव्य इमारत के निर्माण से जुड़ा कोई भी वैध दस्तावेज़ नहीं था। यह दफ्तर बिना किसी आधिकारिक मंजूरी के बनाया गया था। प्रशासन ने इस संबंध में पहले ही एक नोटिस जारी कर इमारत पर चिपका दिया था। नोटिस के जरिए निर्माण से जुड़े कानूनी कागज मांगे गए थे। हालांकि, अभिषेक बनर्जी या उनकी टीम की तरफ से इस नोटिस का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया। कोई वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत न किए जाने के बाद, प्रशासन ने इसे गिराने का कड़ा फैसला लिया।

शनिवार सुबह प्रशासन की टीम तीन बड़े बुलडोजर लेकर मौके पर पहुंची. पांच मंजिला मजबूत इमारत को ढहाने के लिए तीनों बुलडोजर एक साथ काम पर लगाए गए। कार्रवाई के दौरान कानून-व्यवस्था न बिगड़े, इसके लिए पूरे इलाके में भारी संख्या में पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया गया था। जैसे ही अभिषेक बनर्जी के सांसद ऑफिस को तोड़ने का काम शुरू हुआ। इलाके में बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं और समर्थकों ने खुशी मनाई और जय श्री राम के नारे लगाए।
