दिल्ली विधानसभा में पहली बार बना खास संयोग, पक्ष-विपक्ष में शीर्ष पदों पर दो महिलाएं विराजमान

दिल्ली विधानसभा में अब पक्ष और विपक्ष की ओर से दो महिलाएं आमने-सामने होंगी। एक ओर भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने जहां शालीमार बाग से विधायक रेखा गुप्ता को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया है। वहीं, आम आदमी पार्टी की विधायक दल की बैठक में नेता विपक्ष के लिए पूर्व सीएम आतिशी के नाम पर मुहर लग गई।यह पहली बार है कि एक साथ नेता सदन और नेता प्रतिपक्ष दोनों पदों पर महिलाएं ही होंगी।

दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद रविवार को आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायकों की बैठक हुई। बैठक में पूर्व सीएम आतिशी को नेता प्रतिपक्ष बनाने को लेकर आम राय बनी। आतिशी ने इस बार कालकाजी सीट से पूर्व सांसद और बीजेपी नेता रमेश बिधूड़ी को हराया था।

पार्टी की तरफ से सदन में नेता चुने को लेकर आतिशी ने जाने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक दल की नेता की जिम्मेदारी सौंपने के लिए 'आप' के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल और विधायक दल का आभार। उन्होंने एक्स पर ट्वीट में लिखा, दिल्ली की जनता ने हमें विपक्ष की भूमिका सौंपी है, और हम एक मजबूत विपक्ष के रूप में यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि भाजपा सरकार दिल्लीवालों से किए अपने सभी वादे पूरे करें।

इससे पहले केवल मुख्यमंत्री पद पर महिला रही थी, लेकिन नेता प्रतिपक्ष पर पहली बार महिला की नियुक्ति हुई है। विधानसभा में वर्ष 1993 से 1998 तक भाजपा ने मदनलाल खुराना, साहिब सिंह और चुनाव से कुछ माह पहले सुषमा स्वराज को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया था। सुषमा स्वराज दिल्ली की पहली महिला मुख्यमंत्री बनी थी। इस दौरान नेता प्रतिपक्ष कांग्रेस विधायक जगप्रवेश चंद्र रहे थे। 

वहीं वर्ष 1998 में सत्ता परिवर्तन होने के बाद कांग्र्रेस ने शीला दीक्षित को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया और वह वर्ष 2013 तक मुख्यमंत्री रही। इस दौरान विधानसभा के तीन कार्यकाल में वर्ष 1998 से 2008 तक भाजपा के प्रो. जगदीश मुखी नेता प्रतिपक्ष रहे और वर्ष 2008 से 2013 तक भाजपा ने अपने वरिष्ठ नेता प्रो. विजय कुमार मल्होत्रा को नेता प्रतिपक्ष की जिम्मेदारी दी।
वर्ष 2013 में आम आदमी पार्टी के सत्ता में आने पर उसके नेता अरविंद केजरीवाल मुख्यमंत्री बने और वह वर्ष 2024 के मध्य तक मुख्यमंत्री रहे और आप के शासन के तीसरे कार्यकाल में आप ने आतिशी को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया। 
वहीं भाजपा ने वर्ष 2013 में डा. हर्षवर्धन, 2015 से 2020 तक विजेंद्र गुप्ता और वर्ष 2020 से 2024 तक रामवीर सिंह बिधूड़ी को नेता प्रतिपक्ष बनाया। वर्ष 2024 में उनके सांसद बनने के बाद विजेंद्र गुप्ता को नेता प्रतिपक्ष की जिम्मेदारी दी गई

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Sneha Singh shot 3-under 67, the best round of the week, to total 4-under 206 and won by eight shots over the more experienced Vani Kapoor (74), who had four bogeys and no birdies.  Sneha Singh overcame a horrific start to produce a brilliant run of seven birdies in the final round to clinch the second leg of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour at the Tollygunge Club here on Friday.

The 20-year-old from Hyderabad shot 3-under 67, the best round of the week, to total 4-under 206 and won by eight shots over the more experienced Vani Kapoor (74), who had four bogeys and no birdies.
Sneha started the final day with a one-shot lead, but both she and Vani bogeyed the first, third and fourth.
However, Sneha recovered with birdies on the fifth, seventh and eighth to turn in even par.
In contrast, Vani had only pars and from being one behind at the start of the final round, she was four behind Sneha with nine holes to go.
On the back nine, Sneha birdied three times in a row from the 11th before dropping a shot on the 14th.
She quickly made up with a final birdie on the par-4 16th for a 67.
Vani dropped a shot on the 11th and parred the rest. Vani’s 74 gave her the second-best aggregate at 4-over 214.
Jasmine Shekar, two-time winner last season, shot 1-over 71 that included three birdies on the trot from the 11th to the 13th.
Overall, Jasmine had four birdies against five bogeys. She finished third at 8-over 218.
Anvitha Narender, who played in the final group with Sneha and Vani, carded 2-over 72 that included two birdies, two bogeys and a double bogey on Par-3 eighth to finish in a tie for third with Jasmine.
Kriti Chowhan (73) and Vidhatri Urs (71) were fifth and sixth at 221 and 225.
Amandeep Drall, who had two disappointing days with 79-79, made up with a superb 2-under 68, one of the only two under-par scores of the day.
It gave Amandeep, who is planning to play a lot of events on the Ladies European Tour, a big boost. She totalled 226 and was tied seventh.
The winner of the first leg this season, Rhea Purvi Sarvanan (74) was eighth, while Durga Nittur (77) and Ravjot K Dosanjh (83) were tied ninth to complete the top 10.
Among other well-known names Shweta Mansingh (75) and Khushi Khanijau (81) were Tied-11th and Neha Tripathi (80) was T-15th.

अमेरिका की जो बाइडन सरकार ने जाते-जाते भारत पर तोहफों की बारिश की है। अमेरिका ने 3 भारतीय परमाणु संस्थाओं पर 20 साल से लगा प्रतिबंध हटाया। इसमें भाभा परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र (BARC), इंदिरा गांधी परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र (IGCAR) और इंडियन रेयर अर्थ (IRE) के नाम हैं। वहीं, अमेरिका ने राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को लेकर चाइना की 11 संस्थाओं को प्रतिबंध की लिस्ट में जोड़ा है। यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स ब्यूरो ऑफ इंडस्ट्री एंड सिक्योरिटी (बीआईएस) ने इसकी पुष्टि की है।

बीआईएस के अनुसार, बार्क के अलावा इंदिरा गांधी परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र (आईजीसीएआर) और इंडियन रेयर अर्थ्स (आईआरई) पर से प्रतिबंध हटाया गया है। तीनों संस्थान भारत के परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग के अंतर्गत काम करते हैं और परमाणु ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में किए जाने वाले कार्यों पर निगरानी रखते हैं। 

बीआईएस ने कहा, इस निर्णय का उद्देश्य संयुक्त अनुसंधान और विकास तथा विज्ञान व प्रौद्योगिकी सहयोग सहित उन्नत ऊर्जा सहयोग में बाधाओं को कम करके अमेरिकी विदेश नीति के उद्देश्यों का समर्थन करना है, जो साझा ऊर्जा सुरक्षा जरूरतों और लक्ष्यों की ओर ले जाएगा। अमेरिका व भारत शांतिपूर्ण परमाणु सहयोग और संबंधित अनुसंधान और विकास गतिविधियों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं।

अमेरिका ने पहले ही दिया था संकेत
अमेरिका का ये फैसला अमेरिकी राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) जेक सुलिवन के 6 जनवरी के हुए भारत दौरे के बाद आया।सुलिवन ने दिल्ली आईआईटी में कहा था कि अमेरिका उन नियमों को हटाएगा जो भारतीय परमाणु संस्थाओं और अमेरिकी कंपनियों के बीच सहयोग में बाधा डाल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा था कि लगभग 20 साल पहले पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बुश और भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने परमाणु समझौते की एक दूरदर्शी सोच की नींव रखी थी, जिसे हमें अब पूरी तरह हकीकत बनाना है।

परमाणु समझौते का क्रियान्वयन होगा आसान
प्रतिबंध हटाने के फैसले को 16 साल पहले भारत और अमेरिका के बीच हुए नागरिक परमाणु समझौते के कार्यान्वयन को सुविधाजनक बनाने के प्रयास के रूप में देखा जा रहा है। दोनों देशों में 2008 में तत्कालीन पीएम मनमोहन सिंह और अमेरिका के तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति जॉर्ज डब्ल्यू बुश के कार्यकाल के दौरान समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।

चीन पर गिराई गाज
जहां अमेरिका ने भारत के लिए ये रियायतें दी हैं, वहीं चीन के 11 संगठनों को 'एंटिटी लिस्ट' में जोड़ा गया है. यह कदम अमेरिका की उस नीति का हिस्सा है, जो चीन और अन्य विरोधियों की एडवांस सेमीकंडक्टर और AI तकनीकों तक पहुंच को सीमित करना चाहती है

आंध्र प्रदेश में घटती युवा आबादी पर मुख्यमंत्री एन चंद्रबाबू नायडू चिंतित हैं। हाल ही में उन्होंने दो से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने की वकालत की थी। उन्होंने अब नया प्रस्ताव लाने की बात कही है। इसके अनुसार अब लोकल चुनाव लड़ने के लिए 2 से ज्यादा बच्चे होना जरूरी होगा। इसके साथ ही 3 बच्चे वाले परिवारों को अलग लाभ दिए जाएंगे। नायडू का यह बयान तीन दशक पुराने कानून को निरस्त करने के कुछ ही महीनों बाद सामने आया है। जिसमें दो से अधिक बच्चों वाले व्यक्तियों को स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ने से रोक दिया गया था।

मकर संक्रांति पर अपने पैतृक गांव नरवरिपल्ली पहुंचे चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने कहा कि लगातार कम हो रहा फर्टिलिटी रेट यानी प्रजनन दर कई देशों के लिए चिंता का विषय बन गया है। जापान, कोरिया समेत कई यूरोप देश प्रजनन दर कम होने और बढ़ती उम्र की आबादी की समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। यह भारत के लिए चेतावनी है क्योंकि हम दो बच्चों पैदा करने के लिए लोगों को मजबूर कर रहे हैं। अगर परिवार नियोजन की पॉलिसी नहीं बदली तो कुछ वर्षों में भारत को बढ़ती उम्र की समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ेगा। 

चंद्राबाबू नायडू ने कहा कि पहले दो से अधिक बच्चों को पंचायत चुनाव लड़ने से रोक दिया जाता था। अब कम बच्चों वालों को चुनाव लड़ने से रोकने के लिए नियम बनाने होंगे। नायडू ने कहा कि वे ज्यादा बच्चों वाले परिवारों को पंचायत और नगरपालिका चुनावों में चुनाव लड़ने की अनुमति देने सहित उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करने जा रहे हैं, उन्होंने कहा कि वे ज्यादा बच्चों वाले परिवारों को ज्यादा सब्सिडी वाले चावल मुहैया कराने के प्रस्ताव पर भी काम कर रहे हैं। वर्तमान में हर परिवार को 25 किलोग्राम सब्सिडी वाले चावल दिए जाते हैं, जिसमें हर एक सदस्य को 5 किलोग्राम चावल मिलता है।

पहले ही इस नियम को रद्द कर चुकी है नायडू सरकार
बता दें कि 2024 में सत्ता में आने के बाद टीडीपी सरकार आंध्र प्रदेश में दो से अधिक बच्चों वाले लोगों को पंचायत और स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ने से रोकने वाले नियम को रद्द कर चुकी है।

जनसंख्या में बड़ी गिरावट के संकेत
70 के दशक में देश के सभी सरकारों ने पॉपुलेशन कंट्रोल के लिए परिवार नियोजन अभियान चलाया। 'हम दो हमारे दो' और 'बच्चे दो ही अच्छे' के नारों से शहर से लेकर गांव कस्बे की दीवारें रंग दी गई। परिवार नियोजन के अन्य तौर-तरीकों का जमकर प्रचार हुआ। इसका असर पूरे देश में हुआ, मगर दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों ने इस पॉलिसी को दशकों पहले हासिल कर लिया। 1988 में केरल में फर्टिलिटी रेट दो के करीब पहुंच गया। 1993 में तमिलनाडु, 2001 में आंध्रप्रदेश और 2005 में कर्नाटक भी इस लिस्ट में शामिल हो गया। राष्ट्रीय परिवार स्वास्थ्य सर्वेक्षण (एनएफएचएस-5) के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, अभी पूरे देश में टोटल फर्टिलिटी रेट (TFR) 2.1 है, मगर दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों में यह राष्ट्रीय औसत से भी नीचे 1.75 पर पहुंच गया है। एक्सपर्ट भी मानते हैं कि अगर ऐसा ट्रेंड बना रहा तो जनसंख्या में तेजी से गिरावट आ सकती है।

The electrifying encounter saw the team overturn a two-goal deficit, earning a crucial point in the ISL standings.  

The match began with Chennaiyin FC taking a commanding 2-0 lead, leaving Mohammedan facing an uphill battle. However, the home team refused to bow down in front of their passionate supporters. In the dying moments of the second half, jersey number 15, Manvir gave the team a glimmer of hope by finding the back of the net during added time.  

The defining moment of the match came when jersey number 29, Remsanga, demonstrating nerves of steel, converted a penalty kick in the final moments, ensuring the scoreline read 2-2 at the final whistle. 

The crowd erupted in celebration as Mohammedan Sporting Club completed their heroic comeback.  

With this result, Mohammedan Sporting Club now holds 11 points from 16 games in the ISL. Although the season has been challenging, the team’s determination and never-say-die attitude were on full display tonight, providing a much-needed morale boost for the squad and the fanbase.

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 

"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 

Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."

Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.

The opening day will be a double-header clash with South Point High School taking on The Heritage School at the Rajasthan Ground, while Purwanchal Vidyamandir will face Rabindra Path Bhavan Academy at AIS Alampur Ground. 

The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.

In the first match, Rohan Saha (6-41) and Deb Sur (3-34) helped North 24-PGS DSA beat Uttar Dinajpur DSA by 143 runs. Archish Biswas (55), Akshit Pandey (53) helped North 24-PGS DSA post 272. In reply, Uttar Dinajpur DSA scored 130. 

In other matches, Sk Rehan Ali (5-47) and Ramij Raja (4-73) helped South 24-PGS beat Murshidabad DSA by 32 runs. South 24-PGS scored 192. In reply, Murshidabad DSA scored 160.

Ankush Ghatak (3-30), Biru Hela (3-35), Rithik Patra (116) and Aditya Sarkar (111, 1-22) helped Chandernagore SA beat Bankura DSA by 244 runs. Chandernagore SA posted 376/9. In reply, Bankura DSA scored 132.

The State Government - in its limited financial capacity - has spent from its own treasury to hand over the first installment of Rs 60,000 to 12 lakh eligible beneficiaries under the 'Banglar Bari' [graamen] scheme across the 21 districts. The money will be directly transferred to their bank/post accounts and the same has already begun. I will hand over the authorisation letters to a few beneficiaries who have come here today. I congratulate all of them . A total of Rs 1.20 lakh will be given to each of the beneficiaries in two phases, i.e., Rs 60,000 in each phase. For this, we are spending a total amount of Rs 14,773 crore. The sole motive of the 'Banglar Bari' scheme is to provide shelter to the poor people.

दिल्ली विधानसभा में अब पक्ष और विपक्ष की ओर से दो महिलाएं आमने-सामने होंगी। एक ओर भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने जहां शालीमार बाग से विधायक रेखा गुप्ता को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया है। वहीं, आम आदमी पार्टी की विधायक दल की बैठक में नेता विपक्ष के लिए पूर्व सीएम आतिशी के नाम पर मुहर लग गई।यह पहली बार है कि एक साथ नेता सदन और नेता प्रतिपक्ष दोनों पदों पर महिलाएं ही होंगी।

दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद रविवार को आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायकों की बैठक हुई। बैठक में पूर्व सीएम आतिशी को नेता प्रतिपक्ष बनाने को लेकर आम राय बनी। आतिशी ने इस बार कालकाजी सीट से पूर्व सांसद और बीजेपी नेता रमेश बिधूड़ी को हराया था।

पार्टी की तरफ से सदन में नेता चुने को लेकर आतिशी ने जाने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक दल की नेता की जिम्मेदारी सौंपने के लिए 'आप' के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल और विधायक दल का आभार। उन्होंने एक्स पर ट्वीट में लिखा, दिल्ली की जनता ने हमें विपक्ष की भूमिका सौंपी है, और हम एक मजबूत विपक्ष के रूप में यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि भाजपा सरकार दिल्लीवालों से किए अपने सभी वादे पूरे करें।

इससे पहले केवल मुख्यमंत्री पद पर महिला रही थी, लेकिन नेता प्रतिपक्ष पर पहली बार महिला की नियुक्ति हुई है। विधानसभा में वर्ष 1993 से 1998 तक भाजपा ने मदनलाल खुराना, साहिब सिंह और चुनाव से कुछ माह पहले सुषमा स्वराज को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया था। सुषमा स्वराज दिल्ली की पहली महिला मुख्यमंत्री बनी थी। इस दौरान नेता प्रतिपक्ष कांग्रेस विधायक जगप्रवेश चंद्र रहे थे। 

वहीं वर्ष 1998 में सत्ता परिवर्तन होने के बाद कांग्र्रेस ने शीला दीक्षित को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया और वह वर्ष 2013 तक मुख्यमंत्री रही। इस दौरान विधानसभा के तीन कार्यकाल में वर्ष 1998 से 2008 तक भाजपा के प्रो. जगदीश मुखी नेता प्रतिपक्ष रहे और वर्ष 2008 से 2013 तक भाजपा ने अपने वरिष्ठ नेता प्रो. विजय कुमार मल्होत्रा को नेता प्रतिपक्ष की जिम्मेदारी दी।
वर्ष 2013 में आम आदमी पार्टी के सत्ता में आने पर उसके नेता अरविंद केजरीवाल मुख्यमंत्री बने और वह वर्ष 2024 के मध्य तक मुख्यमंत्री रहे और आप के शासन के तीसरे कार्यकाल में आप ने आतिशी को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया। 
वहीं भाजपा ने वर्ष 2013 में डा. हर्षवर्धन, 2015 से 2020 तक विजेंद्र गुप्ता और वर्ष 2020 से 2024 तक रामवीर सिंह बिधूड़ी को नेता प्रतिपक्ष बनाया। वर्ष 2024 में उनके सांसद बनने के बाद विजेंद्र गुप्ता को नेता प्रतिपक्ष की जिम्मेदारी दी गई

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Sneha Singh shot 3-under 67, the best round of the week, to total 4-under 206 and won by eight shots over the more experienced Vani Kapoor (74), who had four bogeys and no birdies.  Sneha Singh overcame a horrific start to produce a brilliant run of seven birdies in the final round to clinch the second leg of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour at the Tollygunge Club here on Friday.

The 20-year-old from Hyderabad shot 3-under 67, the best round of the week, to total 4-under 206 and won by eight shots over the more experienced Vani Kapoor (74), who had four bogeys and no birdies.
Sneha started the final day with a one-shot lead, but both she and Vani bogeyed the first, third and fourth.
However, Sneha recovered with birdies on the fifth, seventh and eighth to turn in even par.
In contrast, Vani had only pars and from being one behind at the start of the final round, she was four behind Sneha with nine holes to go.
On the back nine, Sneha birdied three times in a row from the 11th before dropping a shot on the 14th.
She quickly made up with a final birdie on the par-4 16th for a 67.
Vani dropped a shot on the 11th and parred the rest. Vani’s 74 gave her the second-best aggregate at 4-over 214.
Jasmine Shekar, two-time winner last season, shot 1-over 71 that included three birdies on the trot from the 11th to the 13th.
Overall, Jasmine had four birdies against five bogeys. She finished third at 8-over 218.
Anvitha Narender, who played in the final group with Sneha and Vani, carded 2-over 72 that included two birdies, two bogeys and a double bogey on Par-3 eighth to finish in a tie for third with Jasmine.
Kriti Chowhan (73) and Vidhatri Urs (71) were fifth and sixth at 221 and 225.
Amandeep Drall, who had two disappointing days with 79-79, made up with a superb 2-under 68, one of the only two under-par scores of the day.
It gave Amandeep, who is planning to play a lot of events on the Ladies European Tour, a big boost. She totalled 226 and was tied seventh.
The winner of the first leg this season, Rhea Purvi Sarvanan (74) was eighth, while Durga Nittur (77) and Ravjot K Dosanjh (83) were tied ninth to complete the top 10.
Among other well-known names Shweta Mansingh (75) and Khushi Khanijau (81) were Tied-11th and Neha Tripathi (80) was T-15th.

अमेरिका की जो बाइडन सरकार ने जाते-जाते भारत पर तोहफों की बारिश की है। अमेरिका ने 3 भारतीय परमाणु संस्थाओं पर 20 साल से लगा प्रतिबंध हटाया। इसमें भाभा परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र (BARC), इंदिरा गांधी परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र (IGCAR) और इंडियन रेयर अर्थ (IRE) के नाम हैं। वहीं, अमेरिका ने राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को लेकर चाइना की 11 संस्थाओं को प्रतिबंध की लिस्ट में जोड़ा है। यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स ब्यूरो ऑफ इंडस्ट्री एंड सिक्योरिटी (बीआईएस) ने इसकी पुष्टि की है।

बीआईएस के अनुसार, बार्क के अलावा इंदिरा गांधी परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र (आईजीसीएआर) और इंडियन रेयर अर्थ्स (आईआरई) पर से प्रतिबंध हटाया गया है। तीनों संस्थान भारत के परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग के अंतर्गत काम करते हैं और परमाणु ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में किए जाने वाले कार्यों पर निगरानी रखते हैं। 

बीआईएस ने कहा, इस निर्णय का उद्देश्य संयुक्त अनुसंधान और विकास तथा विज्ञान व प्रौद्योगिकी सहयोग सहित उन्नत ऊर्जा सहयोग में बाधाओं को कम करके अमेरिकी विदेश नीति के उद्देश्यों का समर्थन करना है, जो साझा ऊर्जा सुरक्षा जरूरतों और लक्ष्यों की ओर ले जाएगा। अमेरिका व भारत शांतिपूर्ण परमाणु सहयोग और संबंधित अनुसंधान और विकास गतिविधियों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं।

अमेरिका ने पहले ही दिया था संकेत
अमेरिका का ये फैसला अमेरिकी राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) जेक सुलिवन के 6 जनवरी के हुए भारत दौरे के बाद आया।सुलिवन ने दिल्ली आईआईटी में कहा था कि अमेरिका उन नियमों को हटाएगा जो भारतीय परमाणु संस्थाओं और अमेरिकी कंपनियों के बीच सहयोग में बाधा डाल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा था कि लगभग 20 साल पहले पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बुश और भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने परमाणु समझौते की एक दूरदर्शी सोच की नींव रखी थी, जिसे हमें अब पूरी तरह हकीकत बनाना है।

परमाणु समझौते का क्रियान्वयन होगा आसान
प्रतिबंध हटाने के फैसले को 16 साल पहले भारत और अमेरिका के बीच हुए नागरिक परमाणु समझौते के कार्यान्वयन को सुविधाजनक बनाने के प्रयास के रूप में देखा जा रहा है। दोनों देशों में 2008 में तत्कालीन पीएम मनमोहन सिंह और अमेरिका के तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति जॉर्ज डब्ल्यू बुश के कार्यकाल के दौरान समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।

चीन पर गिराई गाज
जहां अमेरिका ने भारत के लिए ये रियायतें दी हैं, वहीं चीन के 11 संगठनों को 'एंटिटी लिस्ट' में जोड़ा गया है. यह कदम अमेरिका की उस नीति का हिस्सा है, जो चीन और अन्य विरोधियों की एडवांस सेमीकंडक्टर और AI तकनीकों तक पहुंच को सीमित करना चाहती है

आंध्र प्रदेश में घटती युवा आबादी पर मुख्यमंत्री एन चंद्रबाबू नायडू चिंतित हैं। हाल ही में उन्होंने दो से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने की वकालत की थी। उन्होंने अब नया प्रस्ताव लाने की बात कही है। इसके अनुसार अब लोकल चुनाव लड़ने के लिए 2 से ज्यादा बच्चे होना जरूरी होगा। इसके साथ ही 3 बच्चे वाले परिवारों को अलग लाभ दिए जाएंगे। नायडू का यह बयान तीन दशक पुराने कानून को निरस्त करने के कुछ ही महीनों बाद सामने आया है। जिसमें दो से अधिक बच्चों वाले व्यक्तियों को स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ने से रोक दिया गया था।

मकर संक्रांति पर अपने पैतृक गांव नरवरिपल्ली पहुंचे चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने कहा कि लगातार कम हो रहा फर्टिलिटी रेट यानी प्रजनन दर कई देशों के लिए चिंता का विषय बन गया है। जापान, कोरिया समेत कई यूरोप देश प्रजनन दर कम होने और बढ़ती उम्र की आबादी की समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। यह भारत के लिए चेतावनी है क्योंकि हम दो बच्चों पैदा करने के लिए लोगों को मजबूर कर रहे हैं। अगर परिवार नियोजन की पॉलिसी नहीं बदली तो कुछ वर्षों में भारत को बढ़ती उम्र की समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ेगा। 

चंद्राबाबू नायडू ने कहा कि पहले दो से अधिक बच्चों को पंचायत चुनाव लड़ने से रोक दिया जाता था। अब कम बच्चों वालों को चुनाव लड़ने से रोकने के लिए नियम बनाने होंगे। नायडू ने कहा कि वे ज्यादा बच्चों वाले परिवारों को पंचायत और नगरपालिका चुनावों में चुनाव लड़ने की अनुमति देने सहित उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करने जा रहे हैं, उन्होंने कहा कि वे ज्यादा बच्चों वाले परिवारों को ज्यादा सब्सिडी वाले चावल मुहैया कराने के प्रस्ताव पर भी काम कर रहे हैं। वर्तमान में हर परिवार को 25 किलोग्राम सब्सिडी वाले चावल दिए जाते हैं, जिसमें हर एक सदस्य को 5 किलोग्राम चावल मिलता है।

पहले ही इस नियम को रद्द कर चुकी है नायडू सरकार
बता दें कि 2024 में सत्ता में आने के बाद टीडीपी सरकार आंध्र प्रदेश में दो से अधिक बच्चों वाले लोगों को पंचायत और स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ने से रोकने वाले नियम को रद्द कर चुकी है।

जनसंख्या में बड़ी गिरावट के संकेत
70 के दशक में देश के सभी सरकारों ने पॉपुलेशन कंट्रोल के लिए परिवार नियोजन अभियान चलाया। 'हम दो हमारे दो' और 'बच्चे दो ही अच्छे' के नारों से शहर से लेकर गांव कस्बे की दीवारें रंग दी गई। परिवार नियोजन के अन्य तौर-तरीकों का जमकर प्रचार हुआ। इसका असर पूरे देश में हुआ, मगर दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों ने इस पॉलिसी को दशकों पहले हासिल कर लिया। 1988 में केरल में फर्टिलिटी रेट दो के करीब पहुंच गया। 1993 में तमिलनाडु, 2001 में आंध्रप्रदेश और 2005 में कर्नाटक भी इस लिस्ट में शामिल हो गया। राष्ट्रीय परिवार स्वास्थ्य सर्वेक्षण (एनएफएचएस-5) के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, अभी पूरे देश में टोटल फर्टिलिटी रेट (TFR) 2.1 है, मगर दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों में यह राष्ट्रीय औसत से भी नीचे 1.75 पर पहुंच गया है। एक्सपर्ट भी मानते हैं कि अगर ऐसा ट्रेंड बना रहा तो जनसंख्या में तेजी से गिरावट आ सकती है।

The electrifying encounter saw the team overturn a two-goal deficit, earning a crucial point in the ISL standings.  

The match began with Chennaiyin FC taking a commanding 2-0 lead, leaving Mohammedan facing an uphill battle. However, the home team refused to bow down in front of their passionate supporters. In the dying moments of the second half, jersey number 15, Manvir gave the team a glimmer of hope by finding the back of the net during added time.  

The defining moment of the match came when jersey number 29, Remsanga, demonstrating nerves of steel, converted a penalty kick in the final moments, ensuring the scoreline read 2-2 at the final whistle. 

The crowd erupted in celebration as Mohammedan Sporting Club completed their heroic comeback.  

With this result, Mohammedan Sporting Club now holds 11 points from 16 games in the ISL. Although the season has been challenging, the team’s determination and never-say-die attitude were on full display tonight, providing a much-needed morale boost for the squad and the fanbase.

"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 

Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."

In the first match, Rohan Saha (6-41) and Deb Sur (3-34) helped North 24-PGS DSA beat Uttar Dinajpur DSA by 143 runs. Archish Biswas (55), Akshit Pandey (53) helped North 24-PGS DSA post 272. In reply, Uttar Dinajpur DSA scored 130. 

In other matches, Sk Rehan Ali (5-47) and Ramij Raja (4-73) helped South 24-PGS beat Murshidabad DSA by 32 runs. South 24-PGS scored 192. In reply, Murshidabad DSA scored 160.

Ankush Ghatak (3-30), Biru Hela (3-35), Rithik Patra (116) and Aditya Sarkar (111, 1-22) helped Chandernagore SA beat Bankura DSA by 244 runs. Chandernagore SA posted 376/9. In reply, Bankura DSA scored 132.

News Desk: Today is a historic day. The State Government - in its limited financial capacity - has spent from its own treasury to hand over the first installment of Rs 60,000 to 12 lakh eligible beneficiaries under the 'Banglar Bari' [graamen] scheme across the 21 districts. The money will be directly transferred to their bank/post accounts and the same has already begun. I will hand over the authorisation letters to a few beneficiaries who have come here today. I congratulate all of them . A total of Rs 1.20 lakh will be given to each of the beneficiaries in two phases, i.e., Rs 60,000 in each phase. For this, we are spending a total amount of Rs 14,773 crore. The sole motive of the 'Banglar Bari' scheme is to provide shelter to the poor people.
