दक्षिण भारतीय राज्यों से परिसीमन को लेकर आशंकाएं जताई जा रही है। इस बीच तमिलाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने राज्य के लोगों से अपील की है कि वे जल्द से जल्द बच्चे पैदा करें। एमके स्टालिन ने कथित तौर पर केंद्र की प्रस्तावित परिसीमन योजना पर व्यंग्यात्मक रूप से हमला किया है। स्टालिन सोमवार को नागपट्टिनम जिले के पार्टी सेक्रेटरी की वेडिंग एनिवर्सरी में शामिल होने पहुंचे थे। यहीं पर उन्होंने राज्य की जनता से ज्यादा बच्चे पैदा करने की अपील की।
दक्षिण के सभी विपक्षी दलों के नेता परिसीमन के खिलाफ हैं। विरोध के स्वर तमिलनाडु में सबसे तेज हैं। सीएम एमके स्टालिन इस मुद्दे पर लगातार केंद्र पर निशाना साध रहे हैं। सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य में सफलतापूर्वक जनसंख्या नियंत्रण करने का खामियाजा अब भुगतना पड़ सकता है। उन्होंने लोगों को चेताया कि अगर जनसंख्या के आधार पर संसदीय सीटों का परिसीमन होता है तो इसका तमिलनाडु को नुकसान हो सकता है। एमके स्टालिन ने एक शादी समारोह में परिसीमन पर मजेदार तंज कसते हुए वर-वधू को जल्दी बच्चे पैदा करने की सलाह दे डाली।
नागपट्टिनम में डीएमके के जिला सचिव के विवाह समारोह में स्टालिन ने कहा, मैं पहले नवविवाहितों से फैमिली प्लानिंग के लिए थोड़ा वक्त लेने को कहता था, लेकिन अब परिसीमन जैसी नीतियों के कारण जिसे केंद्र सरकार लागू करने की योजना बना रही है, मैं ऐसा नहीं कहूंगा। तमिलनाडु में हमने परिवार नियोजन पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया और जनसंख्या नियंत्रित करने में सफल रहे, लेकिन इस मामले में हमारी सफलता ने ही हमें मुश्किल परिस्थिति में डाल दिया है। इसलिए मैं अब नवविवाहितों से कहूंगा कि वे जल्दी-जल्दी बच्चे पैदा करें।
स्टालिन ने तमिलनाडु के भविष्य पर चर्चा करने के लिए 5 मार्च को सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है। उन्होंने सभी विपक्षी दलों से इसमें शामिल होने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि इस मुद्दे पर हमें एकजुट होकर अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा करनी होगी।
इससे पहले अपने 72वें जन्मदिवस के मौके पर तमिलनाडु सीएम ने अपनी पार्टी के कैडर से अपील करते हुए कहा कि आज तमिलनाडु दो अहम चुनौतियों से जूझ रहा है। इनमें से एक है भाषा की लड़ाई, जो हमारी जीवनरेखा है। वहीं दूसरी लड़ाई है परिसीमन की, जो हमारा अधिकार है। मैं आपसे अपील करता हूं कि इस लड़ाई के बारे में लोगों को बताया जाए। परिसीमन का सीधा असर राज्य के आत्म सम्मान, सामाजिक न्याय और लोगों की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं पर होगा। आपको इस संदेश को लोगों तक लेकर जाना होगा ताकि राज्य का हर नागरिक राज्य को बचाने के लिए एकजुट हो सके।
गौरतलब है कि साल 2026 से परिसीमन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। अगर परिसीमन जनसंख्या के आधार पर हुआ तो इससे दक्षिण के राज्यों में लोकसभा सीटें घट सकती हैं और उत्तरी राज्यों में सीटें बढ़ सकती हैं। इसका दक्षिण के राज्य विरोध कर रहे हैं।

स्वच्छ वायु सर्वे में अब 12 वें स्थान पर पहुंचा अपना रायपुर
रायपुर- राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ वायु दिवस पर केंद्र शासन ने देश के 130 शहरों के स्वच्छ वायु सर्वेक्षण की घोषणा 7 सितंबर को राजस्थान के जयपुर में हुए कार्यक्रम में की. इनमें 10 लाख से अधिक आबादी वाले 47 शहरों में रायपुर 12वें नंबर पर आ गया. पिछले साल इसी सर्वेक्षण में रायपुर 16वें नंबर पर था. इस बार अपनी रैंकिंग सुधारकर रायपुर ने 177.5 अंक हासिल कर लिया. बता दें कि इलेक्ट्रिक गाड़ियों की लगातार बढ़ रही मांग ने भी प्रदूषण घटा है.
फैक्ट्रियां की वजह से बढ़ा प्रदूषण का स्तर
नगर निगम अधिकारियों के मुताबिक राजधानी में प्रदूषण उरला-सिलतरा की फैक्ट्रियों से निकलने वाले धुओं के कारण अधिक हो रहा है, अगर इस पर नियंत्रण हो जाए तो शहर की रैंकिंग सुधर जाएगी. इसके लिए नागरिकों को भी जागरूक होना पड़ेगा.

अप्रैल 2023 से मार्च 2024 को एक साल सर्वे का आधार बनाया गया है. इस स्वच्छ वायु सर्वेक्षण 2024 में केन्द्र सरकार के पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय द्वारा जो पैरामीटर सर्वे हेतु रखा गया, उसमें बायोमास एंड म्युनिसिपल वेस्ट बर्निंग, रोड डस्ट, सीएंडडी वेस्ट की डस्ट, वाहन प्रदूषण, औद्योगिक प्रदूषण, अन्य प्रदूषण, आईईसी गतिविधियां, जनजागरूकता, इम्प्रूवमेंट इन पीएम 10 कंसन्ट्रेशन शामिल थे.

Mettur Dam’s Water Level Rises By 30ft In Seven Days
The water level in the Stanley Reservoir at Mettur dam rose by 30 feet in a span of seven days (from July 15 to July 22), following the release of water by Karnataka from the Krishnaraja Sagar and Kabini dams.
Karnataka released water at the rate of 20,000 cusecs into the river Cauvery on July 14. Later, they increased it up to 80,000 cusecs.
Mettur dam’s water level increased steadily as the inflow level was higher than the outflow level. A water resources department official said the water level at the dam was 44.62 feet against its full capacity of 120 feet.
It crossed 75 feet on Monday. The inflow was measured at a rate of 64,033 cusecs while the discharging rate for drinking water purposes is being maintained at 1,000 cusecs” he added.
An official from the Central Water Commission said officials in Karnataka reduced the water discharging level from 80,000 cusecs to 63,101 cusecs on Monday. While water was released from the KRS dam at the rate of 35,917 cusecs, the rest was released from the Kabini dam.
“The water inflow level at Biligundlu - the entry point of Tamil Nadu for the Cauvery River in Krishnagiri district, measured at the rate of 65,000 cusecs on Monday evening,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Dharmapuri district administration continued the ban on bathing, fishing, and coracle riding at Hogenakkal for the seventh day on Monday. District collector K Santhi imposed the ban on July 15 due to the increased inflow of water in the river.

तमिलनाडु करेगा गठबंधन को हराने की शुरूआत
पीएम ने आगे कहा कि शास्त्र इस बात के गवाह हैं कि जो शक्ति को खत्म करने का विचार रखते हैं उनका विनाश जरूर होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि इंडिया गठबंधन के ऐसे आइडियाज को हराने की शुरुआत तमिलनाडु से होगी। 19 अप्रैल को सबसे पहले तमिलनाडु इन्हें हराने की शुरूआत करेगा। पीएम ने कहा कि गठबंधन का बयान पूरी तरह से हिंदू धर्म और हिंदू आस्था का अपमान है। हिंदू धर्म में ‘शक्ति’ का मतलब है मातृ शक्ति, नारी शक्ति है. लेकिन इंडिया गठबंधन इस शक्ति को खत्म कर देना चाहता है। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि मोदी, देश की नारी शक्ति की हर परेशानी के आगे मोदी ढाल बनकर खड़ा है।

नागपट्टिनम में डीएमके के जिला सचिव के विवाह समारोह में स्टालिन ने कहा, मैं पहले नवविवाहितों से फैमिली प्लानिंग के लिए थोड़ा वक्त लेने को कहता था, लेकिन अब परिसीमन जैसी नीतियों के कारण जिसे केंद्र सरकार लागू करने की योजना बना रही है, मैं ऐसा नहीं कहूंगा। तमिलनाडु में हमने परिवार नियोजन पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया और जनसंख्या नियंत्रित करने में सफल रहे, लेकिन इस मामले में हमारी सफलता ने ही हमें मुश्किल परिस्थिति में डाल दिया है। इसलिए मैं अब नवविवाहितों से कहूंगा कि वे जल्दी-जल्दी बच्चे पैदा करें।
स्टालिन ने तमिलनाडु के भविष्य पर चर्चा करने के लिए 5 मार्च को सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है। उन्होंने सभी विपक्षी दलों से इसमें शामिल होने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि इस मुद्दे पर हमें एकजुट होकर अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा करनी होगी।
इससे पहले अपने 72वें जन्मदिवस के मौके पर तमिलनाडु सीएम ने अपनी पार्टी के कैडर से अपील करते हुए कहा कि आज तमिलनाडु दो अहम चुनौतियों से जूझ रहा है। इनमें से एक है भाषा की लड़ाई, जो हमारी जीवनरेखा है। वहीं दूसरी लड़ाई है परिसीमन की, जो हमारा अधिकार है। मैं आपसे अपील करता हूं कि इस लड़ाई के बारे में लोगों को बताया जाए। परिसीमन का सीधा असर राज्य के आत्म सम्मान, सामाजिक न्याय और लोगों की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं पर होगा। आपको इस संदेश को लोगों तक लेकर जाना होगा ताकि राज्य का हर नागरिक राज्य को बचाने के लिए एकजुट हो सके।
गौरतलब है कि साल 2026 से परिसीमन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। अगर परिसीमन जनसंख्या के आधार पर हुआ तो इससे दक्षिण के राज्यों में लोकसभा सीटें घट सकती हैं और उत्तरी राज्यों में सीटें बढ़ सकती हैं। इसका दक्षिण के राज्य विरोध कर रहे हैं।

स्वच्छ वायु सर्वे में अब 12 वें स्थान पर पहुंचा अपना रायपुर
रायपुर- राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ वायु दिवस पर केंद्र शासन ने देश के 130 शहरों के स्वच्छ वायु सर्वेक्षण की घोषणा 7 सितंबर को राजस्थान के जयपुर में हुए कार्यक्रम में की. इनमें 10 लाख से अधिक आबादी वाले 47 शहरों में रायपुर 12वें नंबर पर आ गया. पिछले साल इसी सर्वेक्षण में रायपुर 16वें नंबर पर था. इस बार अपनी रैंकिंग सुधारकर रायपुर ने 177.5 अंक हासिल कर लिया. बता दें कि इलेक्ट्रिक गाड़ियों की लगातार बढ़ रही मांग ने भी प्रदूषण घटा है.
फैक्ट्रियां की वजह से बढ़ा प्रदूषण का स्तर
नगर निगम अधिकारियों के मुताबिक राजधानी में प्रदूषण उरला-सिलतरा की फैक्ट्रियों से निकलने वाले धुओं के कारण अधिक हो रहा है, अगर इस पर नियंत्रण हो जाए तो शहर की रैंकिंग सुधर जाएगी. इसके लिए नागरिकों को भी जागरूक होना पड़ेगा.

Mettur Dam’s Water Level Rises By 30ft In Seven Days
The water level in the Stanley Reservoir at Mettur dam rose by 30 feet in a span of seven days (from July 15 to July 22), following the release of water by Karnataka from the Krishnaraja Sagar and Kabini dams.
Karnataka released water at the rate of 20,000 cusecs into the river Cauvery on July 14. Later, they increased it up to 80,000 cusecs.
Mettur dam’s water level increased steadily as the inflow level was higher than the outflow level. A water resources department official said the water level at the dam was 44.62 feet against its full capacity of 120 feet.
It crossed 75 feet on Monday. The inflow was measured at a rate of 64,033 cusecs while the discharging rate for drinking water purposes is being maintained at 1,000 cusecs” he added.
An official from the Central Water Commission said officials in Karnataka reduced the water discharging level from 80,000 cusecs to 63,101 cusecs on Monday. While water was released from the KRS dam at the rate of 35,917 cusecs, the rest was released from the Kabini dam.
“The water inflow level at Biligundlu - the entry point of Tamil Nadu for the Cauvery River in Krishnagiri district, measured at the rate of 65,000 cusecs on Monday evening,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Dharmapuri district administration continued the ban on bathing, fishing, and coracle riding at Hogenakkal for the seventh day on Monday. District collector K Santhi imposed the ban on July 15 due to the increased inflow of water in the river.

इस बार के लोकसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दक्षिण बारतीय राज्यों पर ज्यादा फोकस किया है। बीजेपीने साउथ के प्रमुख राज्य तमिलनाडु पर काफी फोकस कर रखा है। कन्याकुमारी में मोदी की हाल ही में हुई रैली और तमिलनाडु में हाल फिलहाल में उनकी लगातार यात्राओं से पता चलता है कि बीजेपी यहां ज्यादा से ज्यादा सीटें जीतकर अपने 400 पार के लक्ष्य को मजबूत करना चाहती है। बीजेपी ने 400 पार के लक्ष्य को साधने के लिए तमिलनाडु में पीएमके यानी पट्टाली मक्कल काची पार्टी के साथ गठबंधन भी किया है। इसी क्रम में पीएम मोदी आज एक बार फिर तमिलनाडु पहुंचे। पीएम मोदी ने यहां सेलम में एक चुनावी रैली को संबोधित किया। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि तमिलनाडु कह रहा अबकी बार 400 पार।
सेलम में जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम ने कहा कि लोगों से मिल रहे जनसमर्थन ने डीएमके सरकार की नींद उड़ा दी है। तमिलनाडु ने फैसला कर लिया है कि एक-एक वोट बीजेपी-एनडीए को जाएगा। तमिलनाडु निर्णय कर चुका है कि अबकी बार 400 पार। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने विपक्षी गठबंधन पर जमकर निशाना साधा। पीएम ने कहा कि तमिलनाडु से मिल रहे समर्थन को देखकर इंडिया गठबंधन के लोगों को काफी दिक्कत हो रही है। पीएम ने कहा कहा कि पूरा देश देख रहा है कि कैसे बीजेपी को इस राज्य में प्यार मिल रहा है।
हिंदू धर्म को बनाया जा रहा निशाना-पीएम मोदी
प्रधानमंत्री ने विपक्ष पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा, अभी तो चुनाव अभियान की शुरुआत हुई है, लेकिन विपक्षी गठबंधन की योजना मुंबई में हुई उनकी पहली रैली में ही खुलकर सामने आ गई है। ये कह रहे हैं कि हिंदू धर्म की जिस शक्ति में आस्था होती है, उन्हें इस शक्ति का विनाश करना है। हिंदू धर्म में शक्ति किसे कहते हैं, ये तमिलनाडु का हर व्यक्ति जानता है। इंडि अलायंस के लोग बार-बार जानबूझकर हिंदू धर्म का अपमान कर रहे हैं।
तमिलनाडु करेगा गठबंधन को हराने की शुरूआत
पीएम ने आगे कहा कि शास्त्र इस बात के गवाह हैं कि जो शक्ति को खत्म करने का विचार रखते हैं उनका विनाश जरूर होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि इंडिया गठबंधन के ऐसे आइडियाज को हराने की शुरुआत तमिलनाडु से होगी। 19 अप्रैल को सबसे पहले तमिलनाडु इन्हें हराने की शुरूआत करेगा। पीएम ने कहा कि गठबंधन का बयान पूरी तरह से हिंदू धर्म और हिंदू आस्था का अपमान है। हिंदू धर्म में ‘शक्ति’ का मतलब है मातृ शक्ति, नारी शक्ति है. लेकिन इंडिया गठबंधन इस शक्ति को खत्म कर देना चाहता है। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि मोदी, देश की नारी शक्ति की हर परेशानी के आगे मोदी ढाल बनकर खड़ा है।

रायपुर- राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ वायु दिवस पर केंद्र शासन ने देश के 130 शहरों के स्वच्छ वायु सर्वेक्षण की घोषणा 7 सितंबर को राजस्थान के जयपुर में हुए कार्यक्रम में की. इनमें 10 लाख से अधिक आबादी वाले 47 शहरों में रायपुर 12वें नंबर पर आ गया. पिछले साल इसी सर्वेक्षण में रायपुर 16वें नंबर पर था. इस बार अपनी रैंकिंग सुधारकर रायपुर ने 177.5 अंक हासिल कर लिया. बता दें कि इलेक्ट्रिक गाड़ियों की लगातार बढ़ रही मांग ने भी प्रदूषण घटा है.
