अमेरिकी संसद में एक कांग्रेसी सांसद ने ही मोदी-पुतिन की सेल्फी फोटो लहराई है। अमेरिकी संसद में कांग्रेस वुमन सिडनी कामलेवगर डोव ने मोदी-पुतिन की सेल्फी वाला पोस्टर दिखाकर डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को कोसा। उन्होंने इस फोटो के जरिए अमेरिका की विदेश नीति की खूब आलोचना की है। सिडनी कामलेगर डोव ने इस तस्वीर को दिखाकर अमेरिका को चेताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वॉशिंगटन भारत को मॉस्को के करीब धकेल रहा है। उन्होंने साफ आरोप लगाया कि नई दिल्ली नहीं, अमेरिका ही भारत-यूएस पार्टनरशिप को कमजोर कर रहा है।

ट्रंप पर अमेरिका-भारत के रिश्ते को नुकसान पहुंचाने का आरोप
सांसद सिडनी कामलेगर-डोव ने कहा कि जिस तरह से पुतिन का स्वागत हुआ और पीएम मोदी के साथ उनकी गर्मजोशी दिखी, वो दिखाता है कि ट्रंप ने किस तरह का नुकसान अमेरिका-भारत के रिश्ते को पहुंचा दिया है।

डोव ने अपने बयान में कहा, नरेंद्र मोदी और व्लादिमीर पुतिन की साथ में आई तस्वीरें हमें बहुत कुछ दिखा रही हैं। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को समझना चाहिए कि तस्वीरें झूठ नहीं बोलती हैं। ट्रंप-पुतिन की सेल्फी और गले मिलते हुए तस्वीरें ट्रंप की नाकाम विदेश नीति का सीधा सबूत हैं।

भारत पर टैरिफ गलत
विपक्षी पार्टी की नेता डोव ने डोनाल्ड ट्रंप प्रशासन के रूस से तेल खरीदने के लिए भारत पर टैरिफ लगाने के फैसले की भी आलोचना की है। उन्होंने कहा कि अमेरिका का भारत पर टैरिफ लगाना बेवजह लगता है क्योंकि डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के विशेष दूत स्टीव विटकॉफ बिजनेस डील के लिए पुतिन के सलाहकारों के साथ मिलकर यूक्रेन को बेच रहे हैं।

सांसद प्रमिला जयापल ने भी जताई चिंता
इस दौरान सांसद प्रमिला जयापल ने व्यापार और आव्रजन (इमिग्रेशन) नीतियों के कारण भारत-अमेरिका आर्थिक और लोगों के बीच संबंधों पर पड़ रहे असर को लेकर चिंता जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि दोनों देशों में लगे टैरिफ कारोबार और उपभोक्ताओं को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं। सांसद जयापल की यह टिप्पणी ट्रंप के हालिया बयान के बाद आई है, जिसमें उन्होंने भारत से चावल के आयात पर नए टैरिफ लगाने की चेतावनी दी थी। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि भारत अमेरिकी किसानों को नुकसान पहुंचाते हुए सस्ते चावल निर्यात कर रहा है। इस दौरान ट्रंप ने अमेरिकी कृषि उत्पादकों के लिए 12 अरब डॉलर की मदद पैकेज की घोषणा भी की।

एक पाकिस्तानी महिला ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से अपने पति को वापस कराची भेजने की अपील की है। कराची की रहने वाली महिला निकिता नागदेव का आरोप है कि उसके पति विक्रम नागदेव ने उसे कराची में छोड़ दिया है और दिल्ली में चुपके से दूसरी शादी करने की तैयारी कर रहा है। महिला ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से न्याय की मांग करते हुए एक वीडियो अपील जारी की है।

निकिता, जो कराची की रहने वाली हैं, उनका आरोप है कि उन्होंने 26 जनवरी 2020 को कराची में हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों के अनुसार विक्रम नागदेव से शादी की थी। विक्रम एक पाकिस्तानी मूल के व्यक्ति हैं, जो इंदौर में लंबे समय के वीजा पर रह रहे थे। शादी के एक महीने बाद, 26 फरवरी को विक्रम उन्हें भारत लेकर आए। लेकिन, कुछ ही महीनों में, निकिता के अनुसार, उनकी जिंदगी पूरी तरह बदल गई।

जबरदस्ती पाकिस्तान वापस भेजने का आरोप
निकिता ने बताया कि 9 जुलाई 2020 को उन्हें वीजा तकनीकी समस्या का बहाना बनाकर अटारी बॉर्डर पर छोड़ दिया गया और जबरदस्ती पाकिस्तान वापस भेज दिया गया। जबरदस्ती पाकिस्तान भेजने के बाद पति ने कभी दोबारा उन्हें भारत वापस लाने की कोशिश नहीं की। अपने भावुक वीडियो मैसेज में उन्होंने कहा, मैं लगातार उनसे मुझे भारत बुलाने की गुजारिश करती रही, लेकिन उन्होंने हर बार मना कर दिया। 

निकिता की भावुक अपील
अपने वीडियो मैसेज में न्याय की मांग करते हुए निकिता ने कहा कि मैं यहां कराची में अपने माता-पिता के घर पर हूं और वहां विक्रम दूसरी शादी करने की तैयारी में हैं। अगर मुझे इंसाफ नहीं मिलता है तो महिलाओं का न्याय पर से विश्वास उठ जाएगा। कई लड़कियां अपनी ससुराल में शारीरिक और मानसिक प्रताड़ना झेलती हैं। मैं सभी से आग्रह करती हूं कि मेरे साथ खड़े हों।

इससे पहले प्रियंका गांधी ने अपने आधिकारिक 'एक्स' हैंडल के जरिए पीएम मोदी को टैग करते हुए पोस्ट में लिखा, 'प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, कृपया यह स्पष्ट करें कि तालिबान के प्रतिनिधि की भारत यात्रा के दौरान उनकी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस से महिला पत्रकारों को हटाने को लेकर आपकी क्या स्थिति है?' उन्होंने आगे लिखा, 'अगर महिलाओं के अधिकारों को लेकर आपकी मान्यता सिर्फ एक चुनाव से दूसरे चुनाव तक सीमित दिखावा नहीं है, तो फिर हमारे देश में, जहां महिलाएं हमारी रीढ़ हैं, हमारी शान हैं, इतनी योग्य महिला पत्रकारों का यह अपमान कैसे होने दिया गया?
