16 अगस्त को दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम है। शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्धकर्म को लेकर रामगढ़ के नेमरा में 16 अगस्त को लाखों लोगों के जुटने की संभावना है। भीड़ प्रबंधन और सुरक्षा के मद्देनज़र रांची जिला प्रशासन ने ट्रैफिक में बदलाव की योजना तैयार कर ली है। 16 अगस्त से 17 अगस्त की सुबह तक रांची-रामगढ़ रूट पर बड़े वाहनों का प्रवेश पूरी तरह बंद रहेगा।

  


बड़े वाहनों की नो एंट्री
शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम के मद्देनजर ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था में बड़ा बदलाव किया गया है। रांची से रामगढ़ जाने वाले रूट खासतौर पर प्रभावित होंगे। 16 अगस्त की सुबह आठ बजे से 17 अगस्त की सुबह आठ बजे तक रांची से रामगढ़ जाने वाले सभी बड़े वाहनों की एंट्री बैन रहेगी। जानकारी के मुताबिक, सिकिदरी, रामगढ़ और पेटरवार के पास ही बड़े वाहनों को रोकने की तैयारी है। पार्किंग की सही व्यवस्था, कार्यक्रम स्थल में कानून-व्यवस्था बिगड़े नहीं, इसके लिए बड़े पैमाने पर पुलिस के जवानों की तैनाती की जाएगी।

दो किलोमीटर पहले ही पार्किंग की व्यवस्था
छोटे वाहनों के परिचालन पर रोक नहीं होगी, लेकिन भीड़ के कारण जाम की स्थिति बनी रहने की संभावना है। कार्यक्रम स्थल से दो किलोमीटर पहले ही निजी वाहनों को रोककर छह स्थानों पर पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। वहां से आगंतुकों को ई-रिक्शा और इलेक्ट्रिक ऑटो के जरिए कार्यक्रम स्थल तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। इसके लिए 50 चार्जिंग प्वाइंट भी तैयार किए जा रहे हैं।

तीन हेलीपैड बनाए गए
श्राद्धकर्म के लिए अब तक पांच बड़े पंडाल तैयार हो चुके हैं, जबकि तीन-चार और पंडाल बनाए जाएंगे। सभी पंडालों के पास खाना बनाने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। वहीं, गुरुजी के घर के 100 मीटर के दायरे में एक हेलीपैड सहित कुल तीन हेलीपैड बनाए गए हैं। अतिविशिष्ट मेहमानों के लिए पैतृक आवास के निकट विशेष बैठने और खाने की व्यवस्था भी की गई है।

सड़कों पर लगी स्ट्रीट लाइट
गोला से नेमरा तक सड़कों पर स्ट्रीट लाइट लगायी गयी है। नेमरा में 10 एलइडी स्क्रीन भी लगायी गयी है, जहां गुरुजी की जीवनी को लोग देख सकेंगे। बरलांगा चौक से नेमरा गांव जाने वाले रास्ते में सड़क में डिवाइडर बनाया गया है। वहीं, लुकायाटांड़ हेलीपैड के पास कंट्रोल रूम बनाया गया है। सुथरपुर चौक के पास पुलिस पिकेट भी बनाया गया और बैरिकेडिंग की गयी है।

झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शिबू सोरेन का 81 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया। उन्होंने दिल्ली के सर गंगाराम अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली। शिबू सोरेन का अंतिम संस्कार आज उनके पैतृक गांव नेमरा (रामगढ़ जिला) में होगा। उनके छोटे बेटे बसंत सोरेन मुखाग्नि देंगे। बता दें कि पारंपरिक संथाल रीति-रिवाजों के साथ उनका अंतिम संस्कार बड़का नाला के पास होगा।

अंतिम संस्कार से पहले झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन का पार्थिव शरीर अंतिम दर्शन के लिए विधानसभा परिसर में लाया जाएगा। पार्थिव शरीर को श्रद्धांजलि के लिए कुछ देर बाद विधानसभा परिसर में रखा जाएगा, जहां नेता और आम लोग उन्हें अंतिम विदाई देंगे।

खरगे और राहुल अंतिम संस्कार में होंगे शामिल
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने नई दिल्ली में कहा है कि वे झारखंड जाएंगे और शिबू सोरेन के अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल होंगे। उनके साथ राहुल गांधी भी होंगे।

रांची उपायुक्त के जनता दरबार में उमड़ी भीड़, शिक्षा, पेंशन और भूमि विवादों का त्वरित समाधान
रांची, 21 जुलाई 2025: उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री के जनता दरबार में आज एक बार फिर शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से बड़ी संख्या में फरियादी अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर पहुंचे। लोगों ने शिक्षा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, भूमि विवाद, दाखिल-खारिज, पेंशन और अन्य मुद्दों पर अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं। उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक फरियादी की समस्या को गंभीरता से सुना और संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए।

  


शिक्षा का अधिकार बना आशा की किरण: दो परिवारों ने जताया आभार

दिव्यांग बच्ची की शिकायत का त्वरित समाधान
जनता दरबार में एक महिला अपनी 15 वर्षीय दिव्यांग बेटी के साथ पहुंची और सामाजिक सुरक्षा के तहत पेंशन की सुविधा नहीं मिलने की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने मौके पर ही सहायक निदेशक, सामाजिक सुरक्षा को जांच कर रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया। जांच में पाया गया कि बच्ची को विकलांग पेंशन योजना का लाभ मिल रहा था। उपायुक्त श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने निर्देश दिया कि परिवार को पेंशन की अद्यतन स्थिति की पूरी जानकारी दी जाए और भविष्य में किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई न हो, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

भू-राजस्व संबंधी शिकायतों पर सख्त निर्देश
जनता दरबार में भू-राजस्व से संबंधित कई समस्याएं सामने आईं, जिनमें जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा, लंबित दाखिल-खारिज, रजिस्टर-2 में त्रुटियाँ, सीमांकन में बाधा और रसीद अद्यतन न होना जैसी शिकायतें प्रमुख थीं। उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने प्रत्येक फरियादी की समस्याओं को ध्यानपूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी को मौके पर ही फोन के माध्यम से त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि "भूमि संबंधी मामलों में लापरवाही किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। आम जनता की जमीन सुरक्षित रहना उनका संवैधानिक अधिकार है।" उन्होंने सभी राजस्व मामलों का समाधान पारदर्शिता, तत्परता और संवेदनशीलता के साथ करने का निर्देश दिया। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को अवैध कब्जे की शिकायतों पर शीघ्र भौतिक सत्यापन करते हुए विधिसम्मत निष्पादन करने और दाखिल-खारिज के लंबित मामलों को समयबद्ध ढंग से निपटाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही कहा कि जिन मामलों में दस्तावेज़ीय त्रुटियां हैं, उनकी समीक्षा कर डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड को अद्यतन किया जाए।

रांची के लोगों को जाम से मुक्ति मिलने वाली है। कांटाटोली और सिरमटोली फ्लाईओवर के बाद अब तीन और परियोजनाओं को सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने स्वीकृति दे दी है। इन परियोजनाओं में फ्लाईओवर और एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर शामिल हैं। जिन तीन परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति दी गयी है, उनमें अरगोड़ा चौक वाया कटहल मोड़ चापू टोली एलिवेटेड फ्लाईओवर, करमटोली मोरहाबादी से साइंस सिटी तक फ्लाईओवर और सांइस सिटी से रिंगरोड फोर लेन एवं रांची रेलवे स्टेशन के पीछे से एयरपोर्ट तक एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर एवं फोरलेन शामिल हैं।

दूसरे शहरों में भी ट्रैफिक सुधारने का निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री ने पथ निर्माण विभाग की इन परियोजनाओं की प्रस्तुति देखने के बाद स्वीकृति दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने डीपीआर बनाकर इन परियोजनाओं को जल्द शुरू करने का आदेश दिया है। साथ ही, उन्होंने रांची की तरह दूसरे शहरों में भी ट्रैफिक सुधारने के उपाय करने को कहा है।

परियोजनाएं इस प्रकार हैं:
1. अरगोड़ा चौक से कटहल मोड़ होते हुए चापू टोली तक एलिवेटेड फ्लाईओवर – इस फ्लाईओवर के निर्माण से रांची के व्यस्ततम क्षेत्रों में ट्रैफिक का बोझ काफी हद तक कम होगा।
2. करमटोली-मोरहाबादी से साइंस सिटी तक फ्लाईओवर और साइंस सिटी से रिंग रोड तक फोरलेन सड़क – यह मार्ग उत्तर रांची को रिंग रोड से जोड़ने में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा।
3. रांची रेलवे स्टेशन के पीछे से बिरसा मुंडा एयरपोर्ट तक एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर और फोरलेन मार्ग- इससे एयरपोर्ट की ओर यातायात सुगम होगा और यात्रियों को सहूलियत मिलेगी।

पहले ही मिला है दो फ्लाईओवरों का तोहफा
मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने रांची को दो फ्लाईओवरों को तोहफा दे दिया है। इनमें कांटाटोली फ्लाईओवर और सिरमटोली फ्लाईओवर शामिल है। अब सीएम ने तीन और प्रस्तावों को हरी झंडी दे दी है। फ्लाईओवर, एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर और फोरलेन से रांची की तस्वीर तो बदलेगी ही, इसके साथ ही ट्रैफिक जाम से लोगों को काफी हद तक राहत मिल जाएगी।

रांची: जन शिकायत निवारण हेतु 'अबुआ साथी' का तकनीकी उन्नयन, तीन दिनों तक सेवा बाधित रहेगी
रांची, 17 जुलाई 2025: रांची जिला प्रशासन द्वारा जन शिकायतों के त्वरित निवारण के लिए संचालित "अबुआ साथी" सेवा को तकनीकी रूप से और अधिक सशक्त तथा प्रभावी बनाने के उद्देश्य से इसका उन्नयन (अपग्रेडेशन) किया जा रहा है। इस प्रक्रिया के कारण, "अबुआ साथी" के तहत संचालित व्हाट्सएप नंबर 9430328080 पर सेवा गुरुवार, 17 जुलाई 2025 की रात 10:00 बजे से अगले तीन दिनों तक अस्थायी रूप से बंद रहेगी।

वैकल्पिक ईमेल व्यवस्था जारी
इस अवधि के दौरान, आम नागरिक अपनी शिकायतें जिला प्रशासन को वैकल्पिक ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से भेज सकते हैं। प्रशासन द्वारा प्राप्त शिकायतों को नियमित रूप से संकलित कर संबंधित विभागों को भेजा जाएगा और आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

उपयोगकर्ता अनुभव में होगा सुधार
उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी, रांची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने बताया कि "अबुआ साथी" को और अधिक यूज़र-फ्रेंडली, पारदर्शी और तेज़ बनाया जा रहा है ताकि शिकायत निवारण प्रक्रिया में और सुधार हो सके। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि अपग्रेडेशन के बाद सेवा पहले की तुलना में अधिक प्रभावी और सुविधाजनक होगी।
जिला प्रशासन ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे इस दौरान धैर्य बनाए रखें और वैकल्पिक ईमेल व्यवस्था का उपयोग करें। तकनीकी उन्नयन के उपरांत "अबुआ साथी" सेवा पुनः प्रारंभ होने की सूचना भी जारी की जाएगी।

रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर के आईपीएल 2025 की ट्रॉफी जीतने की खुशी में बेंगलुरु में समारोह का आयोजन किया गया था। इस दौरान भगदड़ मच गई जिसमें 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 50 से अधिक घायल हो गए थे। अब इस मामले में कर्नाटक सरकार ने हाई कोर्ट को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। चिन्नास्वामी भगदड़ के मामले में जांच की स्टेटस रिपोर्ट में सारा दोष आरसीबी प्रबंधन पर डाला गया है। सरकार ने उच्च न्यायालय को सौंपी अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि फ्रेंचाइजी ने विजय परेड का आयोजन एकतरफा और पुलिस की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना किया था। 

पुलिस के इनकार के बाद आरसीबी ने इवेंट को आगे बढ़ाया
कर्नाटक सरकार की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि आरसीबी ने तीन जून को अहमदाबाद में अपनी जीत के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर सुबह 7:01 बजे एक पोस्ट के जरिए मुफ्त प्रवेश और विक्ट्री परेड की घोषणा की। यह परेड विधान सौधा से शुरू होकर चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम पर खत्म होनी थी। यह घोषणा बिना पुलिस की अनुमति के की गई थी। कर्नाटक राज्य क्रिकेट संघ ने तीन जून की शाम 6:30 बजे पुलिस से अनुमति मांगी थी, लेकिन अपेक्षित भीड़, व्यवस्था और संभावित जोखिमों की जानकारी न होने के कारण कब्बन पार्क पुलिस स्टेशन के इंस्पेक्टर ने अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया था। इसके बावजूद आरसीबी ने अपने इवेंट को आगे बढ़ाया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप भारी भीड़ जमा हुई और गेट नंबर 1, 2 और 21 पर भगदड़ मच गई।

रिपोर्ट में आरसीबी और उसके आयोजकों की ओर से कई चूकों पर प्रकाश डाला गया है, जिसमें सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट भी शामिल हैं। फ्रेंचाइजी ने 4 जून को सुबह 7:01 बजे सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से प्रशंसकों के लिए एक खुला निमंत्रण पोस्ट किया, जिसमें विजय परेड के लिए मुफ्त सार्वजनिक प्रवेश की घोषणा की गई। सुबह 8 बजे एक और पोस्ट किया गया। सुबह 8:55 बजे, आरसीबी के आधिकारिक हैंडल पर विराट कोहली का एक वीडियो पोस्ट किया गया, जिसमें प्रशंसकों को टीम के साथ जश्न मनाने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया था। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है- इसके बाद 04.06.2025 को सुबह 8:55 बजे, आरसीबी ने आरसीबी टीम के एक प्रमुख खिलाड़ी विराट कोहली का एक वीडियो क्लिप आरसीबी के आधिकारिक हैंडल पर साझा किया, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा कि टीम इस जीत का जश्न बेंगलुरु शहर के लोगों और आरसीबी प्रशंसकों के साथ 04.06.2025 को बेंगलुरु में मनाना चाहती थी।

Sports Desk:  Asia’s oldest football tournament, the IndianOil Durand Cup, will be back with its 134th Edition and for the first time in its storied history, be hosted in as many as five states with Manipur’s capital Imphal, making a comeback after a two-year gap. The Durand Cup Organising Committee also announced the dates for this year’s tournament to be between July 22- August 23, 2025.

Kokrajhar in Assam will extend their status as Durand Cup hosts for the third consecutive year while Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and Shillong in Meghalaya were added as hosts last year. The century-old tournament shifted its home base to Kolkata – the Mecca of Indian Football, and the capital of West Bengal, from Delhi back in 2019, and, will also continue to hold that status for a sixth consecutive edition.

Since its transition to the East, the Durand Cup has reinstated itself as the country’s premiere competition, growing from 16 teams to 24 teams, including participation from all the Indian Super League (ISL) teams.

Organised by the Eastern Command of the Indian Army on behalf of the three Services, the tournament is unique in the sense that it pits Services teams against India’s best football clubs and over the past couple of editions, has also seen foreign participation with Army teams from neighbouring nations.

The Indian Army’s stated vision of expanding the reach of the historic tournament throughout the East and North-East is also now fully reflected with the choice of host cities this year.

A total of six venues, two in Kolkata (Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharti Krirangan) and one each in Imphal (Khuman Lampak stadium), Ranchi (Morhabadi Stadium) or Jamshedpur (JRD Tata Sports Complex), Shillong (Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium) and Kokrajhar (SAI Stadium) have been earmarked for the 134th IndianOil Durand Cup edition.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. 16 अगस्त को दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम है। शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्धकर्म को लेकर रामगढ़ के नेमरा में 16 अगस्त को लाखों लोगों के जुटने की संभावना है। भीड़ प्रबंधन और सुरक्षा के मद्देनज़र रांची जिला प्रशासन ने ट्रैफिक में बदलाव की योजना तैयार कर ली है। 16 अगस्त से 17 अगस्त की सुबह तक रांची-रामगढ़ रूट पर बड़े वाहनों का प्रवेश पूरी तरह बंद रहेगा।

  


बड़े वाहनों की नो एंट्री
शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम के मद्देनजर ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था में बड़ा बदलाव किया गया है। रांची से रामगढ़ जाने वाले रूट खासतौर पर प्रभावित होंगे। 16 अगस्त की सुबह आठ बजे से 17 अगस्त की सुबह आठ बजे तक रांची से रामगढ़ जाने वाले सभी बड़े वाहनों की एंट्री बैन रहेगी। जानकारी के मुताबिक, सिकिदरी, रामगढ़ और पेटरवार के पास ही बड़े वाहनों को रोकने की तैयारी है। पार्किंग की सही व्यवस्था, कार्यक्रम स्थल में कानून-व्यवस्था बिगड़े नहीं, इसके लिए बड़े पैमाने पर पुलिस के जवानों की तैनाती की जाएगी।

दो किलोमीटर पहले ही पार्किंग की व्यवस्था
छोटे वाहनों के परिचालन पर रोक नहीं होगी, लेकिन भीड़ के कारण जाम की स्थिति बनी रहने की संभावना है। कार्यक्रम स्थल से दो किलोमीटर पहले ही निजी वाहनों को रोककर छह स्थानों पर पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। वहां से आगंतुकों को ई-रिक्शा और इलेक्ट्रिक ऑटो के जरिए कार्यक्रम स्थल तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। इसके लिए 50 चार्जिंग प्वाइंट भी तैयार किए जा रहे हैं।

तीन हेलीपैड बनाए गए
श्राद्धकर्म के लिए अब तक पांच बड़े पंडाल तैयार हो चुके हैं, जबकि तीन-चार और पंडाल बनाए जाएंगे। सभी पंडालों के पास खाना बनाने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। वहीं, गुरुजी के घर के 100 मीटर के दायरे में एक हेलीपैड सहित कुल तीन हेलीपैड बनाए गए हैं। अतिविशिष्ट मेहमानों के लिए पैतृक आवास के निकट विशेष बैठने और खाने की व्यवस्था भी की गई है।

सड़कों पर लगी स्ट्रीट लाइट
गोला से नेमरा तक सड़कों पर स्ट्रीट लाइट लगायी गयी है। नेमरा में 10 एलइडी स्क्रीन भी लगायी गयी है, जहां गुरुजी की जीवनी को लोग देख सकेंगे। बरलांगा चौक से नेमरा गांव जाने वाले रास्ते में सड़क में डिवाइडर बनाया गया है। वहीं, लुकायाटांड़ हेलीपैड के पास कंट्रोल रूम बनाया गया है। सुथरपुर चौक के पास पुलिस पिकेट भी बनाया गया और बैरिकेडिंग की गयी है।

झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शिबू सोरेन का 81 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया। उन्होंने दिल्ली के सर गंगाराम अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली। शिबू सोरेन का अंतिम संस्कार आज उनके पैतृक गांव नेमरा (रामगढ़ जिला) में होगा। उनके छोटे बेटे बसंत सोरेन मुखाग्नि देंगे। बता दें कि पारंपरिक संथाल रीति-रिवाजों के साथ उनका अंतिम संस्कार बड़का नाला के पास होगा।

अंतिम संस्कार से पहले झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन का पार्थिव शरीर अंतिम दर्शन के लिए विधानसभा परिसर में लाया जाएगा। पार्थिव शरीर को श्रद्धांजलि के लिए कुछ देर बाद विधानसभा परिसर में रखा जाएगा, जहां नेता और आम लोग उन्हें अंतिम विदाई देंगे।

खरगे और राहुल अंतिम संस्कार में होंगे शामिल
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने नई दिल्ली में कहा है कि वे झारखंड जाएंगे और शिबू सोरेन के अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल होंगे। उनके साथ राहुल गांधी भी होंगे।

रांची उपायुक्त के जनता दरबार में उमड़ी भीड़, शिक्षा, पेंशन और भूमि विवादों का त्वरित समाधान
रांची, 21 जुलाई 2025: उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री के जनता दरबार में आज एक बार फिर शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से बड़ी संख्या में फरियादी अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर पहुंचे। लोगों ने शिक्षा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, भूमि विवाद, दाखिल-खारिज, पेंशन और अन्य मुद्दों पर अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं। उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक फरियादी की समस्या को गंभीरता से सुना और संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए।

  


शिक्षा का अधिकार बना आशा की किरण: दो परिवारों ने जताया आभार

भू-राजस्व संबंधी शिकायतों पर सख्त निर्देश
जनता दरबार में भू-राजस्व से संबंधित कई समस्याएं सामने आईं, जिनमें जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा, लंबित दाखिल-खारिज, रजिस्टर-2 में त्रुटियाँ, सीमांकन में बाधा और रसीद अद्यतन न होना जैसी शिकायतें प्रमुख थीं। उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने प्रत्येक फरियादी की समस्याओं को ध्यानपूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी को मौके पर ही फोन के माध्यम से त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि "भूमि संबंधी मामलों में लापरवाही किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। आम जनता की जमीन सुरक्षित रहना उनका संवैधानिक अधिकार है।" उन्होंने सभी राजस्व मामलों का समाधान पारदर्शिता, तत्परता और संवेदनशीलता के साथ करने का निर्देश दिया। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को अवैध कब्जे की शिकायतों पर शीघ्र भौतिक सत्यापन करते हुए विधिसम्मत निष्पादन करने और दाखिल-खारिज के लंबित मामलों को समयबद्ध ढंग से निपटाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही कहा कि जिन मामलों में दस्तावेज़ीय त्रुटियां हैं, उनकी समीक्षा कर डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड को अद्यतन किया जाए।

रांची के लोगों को जाम से मुक्ति मिलने वाली है। कांटाटोली और सिरमटोली फ्लाईओवर के बाद अब तीन और परियोजनाओं को सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने स्वीकृति दे दी है। इन परियोजनाओं में फ्लाईओवर और एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर शामिल हैं। जिन तीन परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति दी गयी है, उनमें अरगोड़ा चौक वाया कटहल मोड़ चापू टोली एलिवेटेड फ्लाईओवर, करमटोली मोरहाबादी से साइंस सिटी तक फ्लाईओवर और सांइस सिटी से रिंगरोड फोर लेन एवं रांची रेलवे स्टेशन के पीछे से एयरपोर्ट तक एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर एवं फोरलेन शामिल हैं।

दूसरे शहरों में भी ट्रैफिक सुधारने का निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री ने पथ निर्माण विभाग की इन परियोजनाओं की प्रस्तुति देखने के बाद स्वीकृति दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने डीपीआर बनाकर इन परियोजनाओं को जल्द शुरू करने का आदेश दिया है। साथ ही, उन्होंने रांची की तरह दूसरे शहरों में भी ट्रैफिक सुधारने के उपाय करने को कहा है।

परियोजनाएं इस प्रकार हैं:
1. अरगोड़ा चौक से कटहल मोड़ होते हुए चापू टोली तक एलिवेटेड फ्लाईओवर – इस फ्लाईओवर के निर्माण से रांची के व्यस्ततम क्षेत्रों में ट्रैफिक का बोझ काफी हद तक कम होगा।
2. करमटोली-मोरहाबादी से साइंस सिटी तक फ्लाईओवर और साइंस सिटी से रिंग रोड तक फोरलेन सड़क – यह मार्ग उत्तर रांची को रिंग रोड से जोड़ने में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा।
3. रांची रेलवे स्टेशन के पीछे से बिरसा मुंडा एयरपोर्ट तक एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर और फोरलेन मार्ग- इससे एयरपोर्ट की ओर यातायात सुगम होगा और यात्रियों को सहूलियत मिलेगी।

पहले ही मिला है दो फ्लाईओवरों का तोहफा
मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने रांची को दो फ्लाईओवरों को तोहफा दे दिया है। इनमें कांटाटोली फ्लाईओवर और सिरमटोली फ्लाईओवर शामिल है। अब सीएम ने तीन और प्रस्तावों को हरी झंडी दे दी है। फ्लाईओवर, एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर और फोरलेन से रांची की तस्वीर तो बदलेगी ही, इसके साथ ही ट्रैफिक जाम से लोगों को काफी हद तक राहत मिल जाएगी।

रांची: जन शिकायत निवारण हेतु 'अबुआ साथी' का तकनीकी उन्नयन, तीन दिनों तक सेवा बाधित रहेगी
रांची, 17 जुलाई 2025: रांची जिला प्रशासन द्वारा जन शिकायतों के त्वरित निवारण के लिए संचालित "अबुआ साथी" सेवा को तकनीकी रूप से और अधिक सशक्त तथा प्रभावी बनाने के उद्देश्य से इसका उन्नयन (अपग्रेडेशन) किया जा रहा है। इस प्रक्रिया के कारण, "अबुआ साथी" के तहत संचालित व्हाट्सएप नंबर 9430328080 पर सेवा गुरुवार, 17 जुलाई 2025 की रात 10:00 बजे से अगले तीन दिनों तक अस्थायी रूप से बंद रहेगी।

वैकल्पिक ईमेल व्यवस्था जारी
इस अवधि के दौरान, आम नागरिक अपनी शिकायतें जिला प्रशासन को वैकल्पिक ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से भेज सकते हैं। प्रशासन द्वारा प्राप्त शिकायतों को नियमित रूप से संकलित कर संबंधित विभागों को भेजा जाएगा और आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

उपयोगकर्ता अनुभव में होगा सुधार
उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी, रांची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने बताया कि "अबुआ साथी" को और अधिक यूज़र-फ्रेंडली, पारदर्शी और तेज़ बनाया जा रहा है ताकि शिकायत निवारण प्रक्रिया में और सुधार हो सके। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि अपग्रेडेशन के बाद सेवा पहले की तुलना में अधिक प्रभावी और सुविधाजनक होगी।
जिला प्रशासन ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे इस दौरान धैर्य बनाए रखें और वैकल्पिक ईमेल व्यवस्था का उपयोग करें। तकनीकी उन्नयन के उपरांत "अबुआ साथी" सेवा पुनः प्रारंभ होने की सूचना भी जारी की जाएगी।

रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर के आईपीएल 2025 की ट्रॉफी जीतने की खुशी में बेंगलुरु में समारोह का आयोजन किया गया था। इस दौरान भगदड़ मच गई जिसमें 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 50 से अधिक घायल हो गए थे। अब इस मामले में कर्नाटक सरकार ने हाई कोर्ट को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। चिन्नास्वामी भगदड़ के मामले में जांच की स्टेटस रिपोर्ट में सारा दोष आरसीबी प्रबंधन पर डाला गया है। सरकार ने उच्च न्यायालय को सौंपी अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि फ्रेंचाइजी ने विजय परेड का आयोजन एकतरफा और पुलिस की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना किया था। 

पुलिस के इनकार के बाद आरसीबी ने इवेंट को आगे बढ़ाया
कर्नाटक सरकार की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि आरसीबी ने तीन जून को अहमदाबाद में अपनी जीत के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर सुबह 7:01 बजे एक पोस्ट के जरिए मुफ्त प्रवेश और विक्ट्री परेड की घोषणा की। यह परेड विधान सौधा से शुरू होकर चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम पर खत्म होनी थी। यह घोषणा बिना पुलिस की अनुमति के की गई थी। कर्नाटक राज्य क्रिकेट संघ ने तीन जून की शाम 6:30 बजे पुलिस से अनुमति मांगी थी, लेकिन अपेक्षित भीड़, व्यवस्था और संभावित जोखिमों की जानकारी न होने के कारण कब्बन पार्क पुलिस स्टेशन के इंस्पेक्टर ने अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया था। इसके बावजूद आरसीबी ने अपने इवेंट को आगे बढ़ाया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप भारी भीड़ जमा हुई और गेट नंबर 1, 2 और 21 पर भगदड़ मच गई।

सोशल मीडिया पर परेड की घोषणा
रिपोर्ट में आरसीबी और उसके आयोजकों की ओर से कई चूकों पर प्रकाश डाला गया है, जिसमें सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट भी शामिल हैं। फ्रेंचाइजी ने 4 जून को सुबह 7:01 बजे सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से प्रशंसकों के लिए एक खुला निमंत्रण पोस्ट किया, जिसमें विजय परेड के लिए मुफ्त सार्वजनिक प्रवेश की घोषणा की गई। सुबह 8 बजे एक और पोस्ट किया गया। सुबह 8:55 बजे, आरसीबी के आधिकारिक हैंडल पर विराट कोहली का एक वीडियो पोस्ट किया गया, जिसमें प्रशंसकों को टीम के साथ जश्न मनाने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया था। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है- इसके बाद 04.06.2025 को सुबह 8:55 बजे, आरसीबी ने आरसीबी टीम के एक प्रमुख खिलाड़ी विराट कोहली का एक वीडियो क्लिप आरसीबी के आधिकारिक हैंडल पर साझा किया, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा कि टीम इस जीत का जश्न बेंगलुरु शहर के लोगों और आरसीबी प्रशंसकों के साथ 04.06.2025 को बेंगलुरु में मनाना चाहती थी।

विराट कोहली तक पहुंचेगी जांच की आंच?
रिपोर्ट में यह भी दावा किया गया है कि बड़ी संख्या में भीड़ जमा होने के पीछे विराट कोहली का वीडियो भी एक बड़ा कारण था। बताया गया है कि विराट, जो कि बड़े खिलाड़ी हैं, ने वीडियो के माध्यम से लोगों से विक्ट्री परेड में आने के लिए अपील की थी। यही वजह है कि बड़ी संख्या में फैंस जमा हो गए।

 134th IndianOil Durand Cup 
 

Sports Desk:  Asia’s oldest football tournament, the IndianOil Durand Cup, will be back with its 134th Edition and for the first time in its storied history, be hosted in as many as five states with Manipur’s capital Imphal, making a comeback after a two-year gap. The Durand Cup Organising Committee also announced the dates for this year’s tournament to be between July 22- August 23, 2025.

Kokrajhar in Assam will extend their status as Durand Cup hosts for the third consecutive year while Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and Shillong in Meghalaya were added as hosts last year. The century-old tournament shifted its home base to Kolkata – the Mecca of Indian Football, and the capital of West Bengal, from Delhi back in 2019, and, will also continue to hold that status for a sixth consecutive edition.

Since its transition to the East, the Durand Cup has reinstated itself as the country’s premiere competition, growing from 16 teams to 24 teams, including participation from all the Indian Super League (ISL) teams.

Organised by the Eastern Command of the Indian Army on behalf of the three Services, the tournament is unique in the sense that it pits Services teams against India’s best football clubs and over the past couple of editions, has also seen foreign participation with Army teams from neighbouring nations.

The Indian Army’s stated vision of expanding the reach of the historic tournament throughout the East and North-East is also now fully reflected with the choice of host cities this year.

A total of six venues, two in Kolkata (Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharti Krirangan) and one each in Imphal (Khuman Lampak stadium), Ranchi (Morhabadi Stadium) or Jamshedpur (JRD Tata Sports Complex), Shillong (Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium) and Kokrajhar (SAI Stadium) have been earmarked for the 134th IndianOil Durand Cup edition.

North East United FC are the defending champions having overcome maximum title-holders Mohun Bagan, in a thrilling final last year to get their historic maiden title.

*Bengal Pro T20 League men’s draft featured 802 cricketers*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.  

Speaking about the draft, CAB President Mr Ganguly said: “I welcome to all the current office bearers, former office bearers, international players and all the franchises for the men’s draft of the second season of the Bengal Pro T20 League.
