भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने आज प्रदेश मुख्यालय में एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए हेमंत सरकार पार्ट 2 में भी लगातार टेंडर घोटाले और भ्रष्टाचार के जारी रहने का आरोप लगाया। प्रतुल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के द्वारा निकाले गए टेंडर पर बड़ा प्रश्न चिन्ह करते हुए इसे 50 करोड़ का घोटाला करार दिया।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि सिविल सर्जन सह सीएमओ रांची के कार्यालय के द्वारा नर्सिंग, पैरामेडिकल एवं अन्य तकनीकी स्टाफ के लिए ई टेंडर संख्या 4374, दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 2025 को निकाला गया। इस टेंडर में ऐसी शर्तों को डाला गया जिससे झारखंड की कोई स्थानीय कंपनी हिस्सा ही नहीं ले पाएगी।प्रतुल ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी आदिवासी मूलवासी और झारखंडियत की बात करते हैं। लेकिन इस टेंडर के जरिए बिहार की ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को काम देने का षड्यंत्र किया जा रहा है।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इस से पूर्व जब इसी सिविल सर्जन के कार्यालय ने 2022 में जब टेंडर निकला था तो उस समय की अर्हता और अभी की अर्हता में लगभग 5 गुण का इजाफा कर दिया गया है। यह सिर्फ बिहार की एक विशेष ब्लैक लिस्टेड कंपनी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए किया गया।प्रतुल ने कहा कि  इसी टेंडर में 2022 में सिक्योरिटी मनी (ईएमडी) चार लाख रुपए रखा गया था। इस वर्ष उसे 15 लाख कर दिया गया। 2022 में टेंडर की अर्हता में सिंगल वर्क आर्डर का वैल्यू 3 करोड़ था। 3 वर्षों में इस बार इसे 15 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। ईसीआर की कॉपी 300 लोगों की आवश्यकता थी। इस वर्ष इसे 1500 कर दिया गया है। 2022 में निकाले गए टेंडर में पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्ष का कंपनी का एवरेज टर्नओवर 5 करोड़ होने की आवश्यकता थी। इस बार इसे 5 गुना बढ़कर 25 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। जिस कंपनी को ये टेंडर देने की कोशिश की जा रही है ,उसे झारखंड के प्रतिष्ठित यूनिवर्सिटी ने डिबार किया है। लेकिन टेंडर में ब्लैकलिस्टेड कॉलम में सिर्फ यह लिखकर डाल दिया गया है कि जिस कंपनी को ब्लैक लिस्ट किया गया है वह एक अंडरटेकिंग देगी।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इन सारी चीजों से स्पष्ट है कि टेंडर को इस रूप में बनाया गया है कि झारखंड की किसी स्थानीय कंपनी को कोई लाभ न हो।लाभ होना तो दूर की बात है, झारखंड की कोई कंपनी इसमें हिस्सा भी नहीं ले पाएगी। बिहार की एक विवादास्पद ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को टेंडर देने के लिए अर्हता को बदल गया है क्योंकि यही इन सारी अहर्ताओं को पूरा करती है। अब वह कंपनी मनमाने रेट पर टेंडर डालेगी और कमीशन ऊपर से नीचे तक सब जगह बटेगा। प्रतुल ने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी इस पूरे मुद्दे को सरकार और एसीबी के सामने भी ले जाएगी।

₹50 Crore Scam Planned in Health Department’s Manpower Supply Tender – Pratul Shah Deo

BJP State Spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo today addressed a press conference at the party’s state headquarters, alleging that large-scale tender scams and corruption continue unabated in the Hemant Soren Government Part 2. Pratul raised serious questions over a recent tender issued by the Health Department, calling it a ₹50 crore scam in the making.

Pratul said that the Office of the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Ranchi, issued an e-tender (No. 4374 dated September 20, 2025) for the supply of nursing, paramedical, and other technical staff. Pratul alleged that the tender conditions have been deliberately framed in such a way that no local company from Jharkhand can participate.

Pratul remarked, “The Chief Minister and Health Minister often talk about Adivasi, Moolvasi, and 'Jharkhandiyat', but through this tender, a conspiracy is being hatched to award the work to a blacklisted company from Bihar.”

He pointed out that in 2022, when a similar tender was issued by the same office, the eligibility criteria were much more reasonable. However, in the 2025 tender, the qualifications have been raised nearly fivefold, seemingly to benefit a specific blacklisted Bihar-based company.

He detailed the differences:

In 2022, the security deposit (EMD) was ₹4 lakh; this time, it has been raised to ₹15 lakh.

The minimum value of a single work order required earlier was ₹3 crore; now, it has been increased to ₹15 crore.

The ECR copy requirement for 300 personnel has now been raised to 1,500.

The average annual turnover required over the past three financial years was ₹5 crore; this year, it has been increased 500% to ₹25 crore.



Pratul further revealed that the company being favoured has been debarred by a reputed university in Jharkhand, yet the tender document conveniently allows blacklisted firms to participate if they merely provide an undertaking.

He added, “It is now absolutely clear that this tender has been structured to exclude local Jharkhand-based companies and favour one specific Bihar-based blacklisted company. Once awarded, this company will quote arbitrary rates, and the commission will flow from top to bottom.”

Pratul Shah Deo said that the Bharatiya Janata Party will take up this issue not only with the state government but also before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for a full investigation.

झारखंड में 285 लोग प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े, एटीएस की खुफिया रिपोर्ट में हुआ खुलासा
रांची: झारखंड में चौंकाने वाली खबर सामने आई है। एंटी-टेररिस्ट स्क्वॉयड (एटीएस) की एक खुफिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, राज्य के 285 लोग देश और विदेश में सक्रिय प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं। इस रिपोर्ट में उन लोगों के नाम शामिल हैं, जो पहले किसी आतंकी गतिविधि में शामिल रहे हैं, जेल जा चुके हैं या जमानत पर बाहर आ चुके हैं।

  


किन संगठनों से है संबंध?
एटीएस की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि इन लोगों का संबंध कई बड़े आतंकी संगठनों से है, जिनमें इंडियन मुजाहिद्दीन, सिम्मी, लश्कर-ए-तैयबा, एक्यूआईएस, आईएसआईएस और अन्य संगठन शामिल हैं। यह रिपोर्ट विभिन्न गिरफ्तारियों और पूछताछ के दौरान सामने आए संदिग्धों के नाम और पतों के आधार पर तैयार की गई है। एटीएस इन सभी संदिग्धों की गतिविधियों पर लगातार नजर रख रही है।

जिलों के अनुसार संदिग्धों की संख्या
राज्य के 285 संदिग्धों में से सबसे अधिक लोग पाकुड़ जिले से हैं, जहां इनकी संख्या 113 है। वहीं, राजधानी रांची से 49 लोग आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं। इसके अलावा, बोकारो, खूंटी, लातेहार, चतरा और गोड्डा जैसे जिलों में सबसे कम यानी 1-1 संदिग्ध होने की जानकारी मिली है।

इन जिलों में फैला है आतंकी संगठनों का जाल
एटीएस की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, विभिन्न आतंकी संगठन झारखंड के अलग-अलग जिलों में अपनी जड़ें जमा चुके हैं:

पीएफई (PFI): इसका सबसे ज्यादा जाल पाकुड़ और साहेबगंज में फैला हुआ है।

एक्यूआईएस (AQIS): यह संगठन रांची, हजारीबाग, लोहरदगा और जमशेदपुर में सक्रिय है।

सिम्मी (SIMI): इससे जुड़े सर्वाधिक संदिग्ध रांची, हजारीबाग, लोहरदगा और जमशेदपुर में पाए गए हैं।

आईएसआईएस (ISIS): इसका जाल हजारीबाग, लोहरदगा, गढ़वा, गोड्डा और जमशेदपुर में फैला है।

लश्कर-ए-तैयबा: यह संगठन हजारीबाग और जमशेदपुर में अपनी गतिविधियां बढ़ाने की कोशिश कर रहा है।

आईवाईएफ (IYF): यह संगठन हजारीबाग और रामगढ़ में युवाओं को बरगलाने का काम कर रहा है।

हिज्ब-उत-तहरीर: इस संगठन की मौजूदगी खूंटी और धनबाद में देखी गई है।

एटीएस द्वारा तैयार यह रिपोर्ट राज्य की सुरक्षा के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती है और इन संगठनों की गतिविधियों पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जा रही है।

मालेगांव ब्लास्ट केस में भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने का मिला था आदेश? एटीएस के पूर्व अधिकारी का दावा

मालेगांव में हुए धमाके को लेकर मुंबई की एक विशेष अदालत ने गुरुवार को इस मामले के सभी सात आरोपियों को बरी करने का आदेश जारी किया है। मालेगांव धमाके में बीजेपी की पूर्व सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर भी इस मामले में एक मुख्य आरोपी थीं। कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि इन सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ जो भी सबूत पेश किए हैं वो इतने काफी नहीं हैं, जिन्हें आधार मानकर आरोपियों को सजा दी जा सके। कोर्ट का यह फैसला 17 साल के लंबे इंतजार के बाद आया। अब इस मामले में एक बड़ा चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। ब्लास्ट की जांच में शामिल एक पूर्व अधिकारी ने दावा किया है कि उन्हें इस केस में आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने का आदेश मिला था।

  


क्यों दिया गया मोहन भागवत की गिरफ्तारी का आदेश?
आतंकवाद निरोधी दस्ते यानी एटीएस के एक पूर्व अधिकारी महबूब मुजावर ने यह सनसनीखेज दावा किया है। महबूब मुजावर ने कहा कि उन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) के प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए कहा गया था।मालेगांव ब्लास्ट केस में फैसला आने के बाद इस पर रिएक्शन देते पूर्व इंस्पेक्टर महबूब मुजावर ने बताया है कि उन्हें संघ के प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए कहा गया था। मुजावर के मुताबिक, भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने के ऑर्डर का मकसद 'भगवा आतंकवाद' की थ्योरी का स्थापित करना था।

 “सीधे तौर मोहन भागवत को फंसाने के निर्देश दिए गए”
पूर्व अधिकारी महबूब मुजावर ने कहा, मुझे इस केस में इसलिए शामिल किया गया था ताकि ‘भगवा आतंकवाद’ को साबित किया जा सके। मुझे सीधे तौर पर आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को फंसाने के निर्देश दिए गए थे, और ये आदेश तत्कालीन मालेगांव धमाके के प्रमुख जांच अधिकारी परमबीर सिंह और उनके उपर के अधिकारियों ने दिए थे। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि, सरकार और एजेंसियों का मकसद यह था कि मोहन भागवत और अन्य निर्दोष लोगों को इस मामले में फंसाया जाए। भगवा आतंकवाद की पूरी संकल्पना एक झूठ थी।

“भगवा आतंकवाद की थ्योरी पूरी तरह से झूठी थी”
मुजावर ने दावा किया भगवा आतंकवाद की जो थ्योरी थी वो पूरी तरह से झूठी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि इस मामले में मेरे ऊपर कई फर्जी केस भी लगाए। लेकिन बाद में कोर्ट से मैं निर्दोष साबित हुआ। मुजावर ने कहा कि मैं ये नहीं कह सकता कि एटीएस ने उस समय क्या जांच की और क्यों। लेकिन मुझे राम कलसांगरा, संदीप डांगे, दिलीप पाटीदार और आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत जैसे लोगों के बारे में कुछ गोपनीय आदेश दिए गए थे। ये सभी आदेश ऐसे नहीं थे कि उनका पालन किया जा सके। मोहन भागवत जैसी बड़ी हस्ती को पकड़ना मेरी क्षमता से परे था। चूंकि मैंने इन आदेशों का पाल नहीं किया इसलिए मेरे खिलाफ झूठा मामला दर्ज किया गया और इसने मेरे 40 साल के करियर को बर्बाद कर दिया।

पूर्व गृह मंत्री सुशील कुमार शिंदे से किया सवाल
मुजावर ने यह भी दावा किया कि जिन संदिग्धों संदीप डांगे और रामजी कलसंगरा की हत्या हो चुकी थी, उन्हें जानबूझकर चार्जशीट में जिंदा दिखाया गया। मुझे आदेश दिया गया कि उनकी लोकेशन ट्रेस करो, जबकि वो मर चुके थे। मेहबूब मुजावर ने यह भी बताया कि जब उन्होंने इन बातों का विरोध किया और गलत काम करने से इनकार किया, तो उन पर झूठे केस थोपे गए। मुझ पर झूठे मुकदमे डाले गए, लेकिन मैं निर्दोष साबित हुआ। मुजावर ने पूर्व गृह मंत्री सुशील कुमार शिंदे को भी निशाने पर लेते हुए कहा कि उन्हें अब सामने आकर बताना चाहिए कि “क्या हिंदू आतंकवाद जैसी कोई थ्योरी वास्तव में थी?

ISL 2024-25 Media Day: “Trophies in the past don’t matter; you are only as good as your last game”, says NorthEast United FC head coach Juan Pedro Benali





KKNB: The Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 Media Day began in Kolkata with representatives from seven clubs, i.e. Mohun Bagan Super Giant, East Bengal FC, Mohammedan SC, Odisha FC, Jamshedpur FC, Punjab FC and NorthEast United FC previewing the upcoming season.

The event saw a blend of new and familiar faces, with Mohun Bagan's Jose Molina and Punjab FC's Panagiotis Dilmperis making their ISL debuts as head coaches, while veterans like Sergio Lobera, Khalid Jamil, Juan Pedro Benali, and Carles Cuadrat discussed their strategies for the campaign.

The discussions, however, began with the newly-promoted Mohammedan SC head coach Andrey Chernyshov expressing his pleasure at joining the ISL, with his captain Samad Ali Mallick underlining their ambitions to challenge for the playoffs straightaway.

“It’s a nice feeling to be a part of the ISL family. We did a great job last year by winning the I-League. I am thrilled about our supporters. They had been expecting this for many years. I can’t wait to get started with the league,” Chernyshov said.

The two other Kolkata heavyweights are on their desired track ahead of the coming ISL campaign. Whilst the Mariners embark on the coveted title defence, East Bengal FC are bolstered by solid reinforcements to their squad in the summer.

“It’s a process to prepare the team for the ISL. We have been working together for a month and there are still a few things to improve upon. We are confident in our players and the way we have trained until now,” Jose Molina said.

East Bengal FC tactician Cuadrat overlooked comparisons from their sluggish start last year to insist confidently that his team will hit the ground running from their opening fixture this time around.

“It’s a different season with different players, and hence I wouldn’t like to compare to the last campaign, because every team is in a different situation as they were last time around. We have the complete squad with us and we will have to be competitive from day one,” Cuadrat said.

 Lobera eyes ISL title with Odisha FC 

Odisha FC, who finished fourth last season, are basking on their storied run across multiple competitions in 2023-24 to produce similarly impressive outings this year too.

“It’s been six years in India for me now. We had an amazing season last year, finishing at the top of the group in the AFC Cup. We were close to winning the Super Cup and we reached the ISL semi-finals for the first time in the club’s history. It was an amazing run and we want to replicate that this year to put a smile on the faces of the fans,” Lobera said.



 Challengers for the playoffs spots 

The trio of Punjab FC, NorthEast United, and Jamshedpur FC had ignited an exciting late challenge for the playoffs last season, falling short at the final hurdle. Since then, the Highlanders have gone from strength to strength, winning the club’s first trophy with the Durand Cup last month.

“We are now starting to realise with what we did in the Durand Cup! But, now, we look forward to the ISL and there’s another story that’s waiting for us in the coming season. Trophies in the past don’t make you play better. You are only as good as your last game,” Benali mentioned.

Jamshedpur FC’s Khalid Jamil praised the ISL for bringing in new rules, such as the introduction of the concussion substitute, mandating an AFC Pro License holding (or equivalent) Indian assistant coach, amongst others. Considering that he is one of the two Indian head coaches in the ISL along with Thangboi Singto of Hyderabad FC, Jamil said, “These new rules will help in the development of Indian football. We shall study it in detail and see how they could help us benefit during the course of the season as well.”

For Punjab FC, they have a new coach at helm in Greek tactician Panagiotis Dilmperis. The team has made some smart acquisitions in the transfer window and Dimperis expressed satisfaction at the same, whereas skipper Luka Majcen stressed upon the importance of a positive start.

“I am really lucky with all the players we have got in the Punjab FC roster. They are all great personalities and our aim is to achieve greater heights than we did last year,” Dimperis said.

हेमंत सरकारों पार्ट 2 में भी भ्रष्टाचार और टेंडर घोटाला जारी,स्वास्थ्य विभाग में मैनपॉवर सप्लाई में 50 करोड़ के घोटाले की तैयारी - प्रतुल 



  


भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने आज प्रदेश मुख्यालय में एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए हेमंत सरकार पार्ट 2 में भी लगातार टेंडर घोटाले और भ्रष्टाचार के जारी रहने का आरोप लगाया। प्रतुल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के द्वारा निकाले गए टेंडर पर बड़ा प्रश्न चिन्ह करते हुए इसे 50 करोड़ का घोटाला करार दिया।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि सिविल सर्जन सह सीएमओ रांची के कार्यालय के द्वारा नर्सिंग, पैरामेडिकल एवं अन्य तकनीकी स्टाफ के लिए ई टेंडर संख्या 4374, दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 2025 को निकाला गया। इस टेंडर में ऐसी शर्तों को डाला गया जिससे झारखंड की कोई स्थानीय कंपनी हिस्सा ही नहीं ले पाएगी।प्रतुल ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी आदिवासी मूलवासी और झारखंडियत की बात करते हैं। लेकिन इस टेंडर के जरिए बिहार की ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को काम देने का षड्यंत्र किया जा रहा है।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इस से पूर्व जब इसी सिविल सर्जन के कार्यालय ने 2022 में जब टेंडर निकला था तो उस समय की अर्हता और अभी की अर्हता में लगभग 5 गुण का इजाफा कर दिया गया है। यह सिर्फ बिहार की एक विशेष ब्लैक लिस्टेड कंपनी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए किया गया।प्रतुल ने कहा कि  इसी टेंडर में 2022 में सिक्योरिटी मनी (ईएमडी) चार लाख रुपए रखा गया था। इस वर्ष उसे 15 लाख कर दिया गया। 2022 में टेंडर की अर्हता में सिंगल वर्क आर्डर का वैल्यू 3 करोड़ था। 3 वर्षों में इस बार इसे 15 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। ईसीआर की कॉपी 300 लोगों की आवश्यकता थी। इस वर्ष इसे 1500 कर दिया गया है। 2022 में निकाले गए टेंडर में पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्ष का कंपनी का एवरेज टर्नओवर 5 करोड़ होने की आवश्यकता थी। इस बार इसे 5 गुना बढ़कर 25 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। जिस कंपनी को ये टेंडर देने की कोशिश की जा रही है ,उसे झारखंड के प्रतिष्ठित यूनिवर्सिटी ने डिबार किया है। लेकिन टेंडर में ब्लैकलिस्टेड कॉलम में सिर्फ यह लिखकर डाल दिया गया है कि जिस कंपनी को ब्लैक लिस्ट किया गया है वह एक अंडरटेकिंग देगी।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इन सारी चीजों से स्पष्ट है कि टेंडर को इस रूप में बनाया गया है कि झारखंड की किसी स्थानीय कंपनी को कोई लाभ न हो।लाभ होना तो दूर की बात है, झारखंड की कोई कंपनी इसमें हिस्सा भी नहीं ले पाएगी। बिहार की एक विवादास्पद ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को टेंडर देने के लिए अर्हता को बदल गया है क्योंकि यही इन सारी अहर्ताओं को पूरा करती है। अब वह कंपनी मनमाने रेट पर टेंडर डालेगी और कमीशन ऊपर से नीचे तक सब जगह बटेगा। प्रतुल ने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी इस पूरे मुद्दे को सरकार और एसीबी के सामने भी ले जाएगी।

₹50 Crore Scam Planned in Health Department’s Manpower Supply Tender – Pratul Shah Deo

BJP State Spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo today addressed a press conference at the party’s state headquarters, alleging that large-scale tender scams and corruption continue unabated in the Hemant Soren Government Part 2. Pratul raised serious questions over a recent tender issued by the Health Department, calling it a ₹50 crore scam in the making.

Pratul said that the Office of the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Ranchi, issued an e-tender (No. 4374 dated September 20, 2025) for the supply of nursing, paramedical, and other technical staff. Pratul alleged that the tender conditions have been deliberately framed in such a way that no local company from Jharkhand can participate.

Pratul remarked, “The Chief Minister and Health Minister often talk about Adivasi, Moolvasi, and 'Jharkhandiyat', but through this tender, a conspiracy is being hatched to award the work to a blacklisted company from Bihar.”

He pointed out that in 2022, when a similar tender was issued by the same office, the eligibility criteria were much more reasonable. However, in the 2025 tender, the qualifications have been raised nearly fivefold, seemingly to benefit a specific blacklisted Bihar-based company.

He detailed the differences:

In 2022, the security deposit (EMD) was ₹4 lakh; this time, it has been raised to ₹15 lakh.

The minimum value of a single work order required earlier was ₹3 crore; now, it has been increased to ₹15 crore.

The ECR copy requirement for 300 personnel has now been raised to 1,500.

The average annual turnover required over the past three financial years was ₹5 crore; this year, it has been increased 500% to ₹25 crore.



Pratul further revealed that the company being favoured has been debarred by a reputed university in Jharkhand, yet the tender document conveniently allows blacklisted firms to participate if they merely provide an undertaking.

He added, “It is now absolutely clear that this tender has been structured to exclude local Jharkhand-based companies and favour one specific Bihar-based blacklisted company. Once awarded, this company will quote arbitrary rates, and the commission will flow from top to bottom.”

Pratul Shah Deo said that the Bharatiya Janata Party will take up this issue not only with the state government but also before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for a full investigation.

रांची: झारखंड में चौंकाने वाली खबर सामने आई है। एंटी-टेररिस्ट स्क्वॉयड (एटीएस) की एक खुफिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, राज्य के 285 लोग देश और विदेश में सक्रिय प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं। इस रिपोर्ट में उन लोगों के नाम शामिल हैं, जो पहले किसी आतंकी गतिविधि में शामिल रहे हैं, जेल जा चुके हैं या जमानत पर बाहर आ चुके हैं।

  


किन संगठनों से है संबंध?
एटीएस की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि इन लोगों का संबंध कई बड़े आतंकी संगठनों से है, जिनमें इंडियन मुजाहिद्दीन, सिम्मी, लश्कर-ए-तैयबा, एक्यूआईएस, आईएसआईएस और अन्य संगठन शामिल हैं। यह रिपोर्ट विभिन्न गिरफ्तारियों और पूछताछ के दौरान सामने आए संदिग्धों के नाम और पतों के आधार पर तैयार की गई है। एटीएस इन सभी संदिग्धों की गतिविधियों पर लगातार नजर रख रही है।

जिलों के अनुसार संदिग्धों की संख्या
राज्य के 285 संदिग्धों में से सबसे अधिक लोग पाकुड़ जिले से हैं, जहां इनकी संख्या 113 है। वहीं, राजधानी रांची से 49 लोग आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं। इसके अलावा, बोकारो, खूंटी, लातेहार, चतरा और गोड्डा जैसे जिलों में सबसे कम यानी 1-1 संदिग्ध होने की जानकारी मिली है।

इन जिलों में फैला है आतंकी संगठनों का जाल
एटीएस की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, विभिन्न आतंकी संगठन झारखंड के अलग-अलग जिलों में अपनी जड़ें जमा चुके हैं:

पीएफई (PFI): इसका सबसे ज्यादा जाल पाकुड़ और साहेबगंज में फैला हुआ है।

एक्यूआईएस (AQIS): यह संगठन रांची, हजारीबाग, लोहरदगा और जमशेदपुर में सक्रिय है।

सिम्मी (SIMI): इससे जुड़े सर्वाधिक संदिग्ध रांची, हजारीबाग, लोहरदगा और जमशेदपुर में पाए गए हैं।

आईएसआईएस (ISIS): इसका जाल हजारीबाग, लोहरदगा, गढ़वा, गोड्डा और जमशेदपुर में फैला है।

लश्कर-ए-तैयबा: यह संगठन हजारीबाग और जमशेदपुर में अपनी गतिविधियां बढ़ाने की कोशिश कर रहा है।

आईवाईएफ (IYF): यह संगठन हजारीबाग और रामगढ़ में युवाओं को बरगलाने का काम कर रहा है।

हिज्ब-उत-तहरीर: इस संगठन की मौजूदगी खूंटी और धनबाद में देखी गई है।

एटीएस द्वारा तैयार यह रिपोर्ट राज्य की सुरक्षा के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती है और इन संगठनों की गतिविधियों पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जा रही है।

मालेगांव में हुए धमाके को लेकर मुंबई की एक विशेष अदालत ने गुरुवार को इस मामले के सभी सात आरोपियों को बरी करने का आदेश जारी किया है। मालेगांव धमाके में बीजेपी की पूर्व सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर भी इस मामले में एक मुख्य आरोपी थीं। कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि इन सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ जो भी सबूत पेश किए हैं वो इतने काफी नहीं हैं, जिन्हें आधार मानकर आरोपियों को सजा दी जा सके। कोर्ट का यह फैसला 17 साल के लंबे इंतजार के बाद आया। अब इस मामले में एक बड़ा चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। ब्लास्ट की जांच में शामिल एक पूर्व अधिकारी ने दावा किया है कि उन्हें इस केस में आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने का आदेश मिला था।

  


क्यों दिया गया मोहन भागवत की गिरफ्तारी का आदेश?
आतंकवाद निरोधी दस्ते यानी एटीएस के एक पूर्व अधिकारी महबूब मुजावर ने यह सनसनीखेज दावा किया है। महबूब मुजावर ने कहा कि उन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) के प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए कहा गया था।मालेगांव ब्लास्ट केस में फैसला आने के बाद इस पर रिएक्शन देते पूर्व इंस्पेक्टर महबूब मुजावर ने बताया है कि उन्हें संघ के प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए कहा गया था। मुजावर के मुताबिक, भागवत को गिरफ्तार करने के ऑर्डर का मकसद 'भगवा आतंकवाद' की थ्योरी का स्थापित करना था।

 “सीधे तौर मोहन भागवत को फंसाने के निर्देश दिए गए”
पूर्व अधिकारी महबूब मुजावर ने कहा, मुझे इस केस में इसलिए शामिल किया गया था ताकि ‘भगवा आतंकवाद’ को साबित किया जा सके। मुझे सीधे तौर पर आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत को फंसाने के निर्देश दिए गए थे, और ये आदेश तत्कालीन मालेगांव धमाके के प्रमुख जांच अधिकारी परमबीर सिंह और उनके उपर के अधिकारियों ने दिए थे। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि, सरकार और एजेंसियों का मकसद यह था कि मोहन भागवत और अन्य निर्दोष लोगों को इस मामले में फंसाया जाए। भगवा आतंकवाद की पूरी संकल्पना एक झूठ थी।

“भगवा आतंकवाद की थ्योरी पूरी तरह से झूठी थी”
मुजावर ने दावा किया भगवा आतंकवाद की जो थ्योरी थी वो पूरी तरह से झूठी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि इस मामले में मेरे ऊपर कई फर्जी केस भी लगाए। लेकिन बाद में कोर्ट से मैं निर्दोष साबित हुआ। मुजावर ने कहा कि मैं ये नहीं कह सकता कि एटीएस ने उस समय क्या जांच की और क्यों। लेकिन मुझे राम कलसांगरा, संदीप डांगे, दिलीप पाटीदार और आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत जैसे लोगों के बारे में कुछ गोपनीय आदेश दिए गए थे। ये सभी आदेश ऐसे नहीं थे कि उनका पालन किया जा सके। मोहन भागवत जैसी बड़ी हस्ती को पकड़ना मेरी क्षमता से परे था। चूंकि मैंने इन आदेशों का पाल नहीं किया इसलिए मेरे खिलाफ झूठा मामला दर्ज किया गया और इसने मेरे 40 साल के करियर को बर्बाद कर दिया।

पूर्व गृह मंत्री सुशील कुमार शिंदे से किया सवाल
मुजावर ने यह भी दावा किया कि जिन संदिग्धों संदीप डांगे और रामजी कलसंगरा की हत्या हो चुकी थी, उन्हें जानबूझकर चार्जशीट में जिंदा दिखाया गया। मुझे आदेश दिया गया कि उनकी लोकेशन ट्रेस करो, जबकि वो मर चुके थे। मेहबूब मुजावर ने यह भी बताया कि जब उन्होंने इन बातों का विरोध किया और गलत काम करने से इनकार किया, तो उन पर झूठे केस थोपे गए। मुझ पर झूठे मुकदमे डाले गए, लेकिन मैं निर्दोष साबित हुआ। मुजावर ने पूर्व गृह मंत्री सुशील कुमार शिंदे को भी निशाने पर लेते हुए कहा कि उन्हें अब सामने आकर बताना चाहिए कि “क्या हिंदू आतंकवाद जैसी कोई थ्योरी वास्तव में थी?

बता दें कि 29 सितंबर 2008 को महाराष्ट्र के उत्तर में स्थित मालेगांव शहर में एक जबरदस्त धमाका हुआ। शुरू में एटीएस को शक था कि इसमें स्टूडेंट्स इस्लामिक मूवमेंट ऑफ इंडिया (SIMI) जैसे प्रतिबंधित मुस्लिम संगठनों का हाथ हो सकता है, क्योंकि पहले हुए धमाकों में पाकिस्तान समर्थित और देशी मुस्लिम आतंकी संगठनों की भूमिका सामने आ चुकी थी। लेकिन एटीएस के तत्कालीन प्रमुख, दिवंगत आईपीएस अधिकारी हेमंत करकरे के नेतृत्व में हुई जांच ने देश को चौंका दिया। बाद में जांच में सामने आया कि मालेगांव ब्लास्ट में शामिल सभी आरोपी हिंदू थे और इसे "भगवा आतंकवाद" का मामला बताया गया।

गुरुवार की सुबह एक्स (पूर्व में ट्विटर) पर सिमी ने अपने शो रेंडेज़वस विद सिमी ग्रेवाल में दिवंगत रतन टाटा और खुद की तस्वीरों का एक कोलाज पोस्ट किया। इसके साथ उन्होंने लिखा, "वे कहते हैं कि तुम चले गए। तुम्हारा जाना बहुत मुश्किल है..बहुत मुश्किल.. अलविदा मेरे दोस्त.. #रतन टाटा।"

सालों पहले, सिमी ने कुछ समय के लिए रतन टाटा को डेट करने की बात कही थी, जब वह बॉलीवुड में सक्रिय थीं। अभिनेता ने कहा कि वे अलग हो गए, लेकिन बहुत करीबी दोस्त बने रहे। 2011 में टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया के साथ एक साक्षात्कार में, सिमी ने कहा था, "रतन और मेरा एक लंबा रिश्ता है। वह परिपूर्ण हैं, उनमें हास्य की भावना है, वह विनम्र हैं और एक आदर्श सज्जन व्यक्ति हैं। पैसा कभी भी उनकी प्रेरणा शक्ति नहीं रहा। वह भारत में उतने सहज नहीं हैं, जितने विदेश में हैं।" 



अपने टॉक शो के दौरान ली गयी उनकी तस्वीरों का एक कोलाज बनाकर उन्होंने अपने ट्विटर पर साझा किया, फैंस इसे देखकर और ग़मगीन हो गए है। लोगों का कहना है की सिमी से अलग होने बाद रतन टाटा ने कभी शादी नहीं करने का फैसला लिया था।

लुधियाना में एक सेना अधिकारी के घर जन्मी सिमी ग्रेवाल ने 1962 में एक अंग्रेजी फिल्म से अभिनय की शुरुआत की। बाद में उन्होंने बॉलीवुड और बंगाली सिनेमा में कदम रखा और दो बदन, मेरा नाम जोकर, अरण्येर दिन रात्रि, सिद्धार्थ और कर्ज जैसी प्रमुख फिल्मों में काम किया। दर्शकों की एक नई पीढ़ी ने उन्हें 90 के दशक और 2000 के दशक की शुरुआत में सिमी ग्रेवाल के साथ उनके टॉक शो रेंडेज़वस के होस्ट के रूप में देखा।



नमक से लेकर सॉफ्टवेयर बनाने वाले समूह के दो दशक से भी ज़्यादा समय तक चेयरमैन रहे रतन टाटा ने बुधवार रात 11.30 बजे दक्षिण मुंबई के ब्रीच कैंडी अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली। पद्म विभूषण से सम्मानित टाटा सोमवार से ही अस्पताल में गहन चिकित्सा कक्ष में थे।

ISL 2024-25 Media Day: “Trophies in the past don’t matter; you are only as good as your last game”, says NorthEast United FC head coach Juan Pedro Benali





KKNB: The Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 Media Day began in Kolkata with representatives from seven clubs, i.e. Mohun Bagan Super Giant, East Bengal FC, Mohammedan SC, Odisha FC, Jamshedpur FC, Punjab FC and NorthEast United FC previewing the upcoming season.

The event saw a blend of new and familiar faces, with Mohun Bagan's Jose Molina and Punjab FC's Panagiotis Dilmperis making their ISL debuts as head coaches, while veterans like Sergio Lobera, Khalid Jamil, Juan Pedro Benali, and Carles Cuadrat discussed their strategies for the campaign.

The discussions, however, began with the newly-promoted Mohammedan SC head coach Andrey Chernyshov expressing his pleasure at joining the ISL, with his captain Samad Ali Mallick underlining their ambitions to challenge for the playoffs straightaway.

“It’s a nice feeling to be a part of the ISL family. We did a great job last year by winning the I-League. I am thrilled about our supporters. They had been expecting this for many years. I can’t wait to get started with the league,” Chernyshov said.

The two other Kolkata heavyweights are on their desired track ahead of the coming ISL campaign. Whilst the Mariners embark on the coveted title defence, East Bengal FC are bolstered by solid reinforcements to their squad in the summer.

“It’s a process to prepare the team for the ISL. We have been working together for a month and there are still a few things to improve upon. We are confident in our players and the way we have trained until now,” Jose Molina said.

East Bengal FC tactician Cuadrat overlooked comparisons from their sluggish start last year to insist confidently that his team will hit the ground running from their opening fixture this time around.

“It’s a different season with different players, and hence I wouldn’t like to compare to the last campaign, because every team is in a different situation as they were last time around. We have the complete squad with us and we will have to be competitive from day one,” Cuadrat said.

 Lobera eyes ISL title with Odisha FC 

Odisha FC, who finished fourth last season, are basking on their storied run across multiple competitions in 2023-24 to produce similarly impressive outings this year too.

“It’s been six years in India for me now. We had an amazing season last year, finishing at the top of the group in the AFC Cup. We were close to winning the Super Cup and we reached the ISL semi-finals for the first time in the club’s history. It was an amazing run and we want to replicate that this year to put a smile on the faces of the fans,” Lobera said.



 Challengers for the playoffs spots 

The trio of Punjab FC, NorthEast United, and Jamshedpur FC had ignited an exciting late challenge for the playoffs last season, falling short at the final hurdle. Since then, the Highlanders have gone from strength to strength, winning the club’s first trophy with the Durand Cup last month.

“We are now starting to realise with what we did in the Durand Cup! But, now, we look forward to the ISL and there’s another story that’s waiting for us in the coming season. Trophies in the past don’t make you play better. You are only as good as your last game,” Benali mentioned.

Jamshedpur FC’s Khalid Jamil praised the ISL for bringing in new rules, such as the introduction of the concussion substitute, mandating an AFC Pro License holding (or equivalent) Indian assistant coach, amongst others. Considering that he is one of the two Indian head coaches in the ISL along with Thangboi Singto of Hyderabad FC, Jamil said, “These new rules will help in the development of Indian football. We shall study it in detail and see how they could help us benefit during the course of the season as well.”

For Punjab FC, they have a new coach at helm in Greek tactician Panagiotis Dilmperis. The team has made some smart acquisitions in the transfer window and Dimperis expressed satisfaction at the same, whereas skipper Luka Majcen stressed upon the importance of a positive start.

“I am really lucky with all the players we have got in the Punjab FC roster. They are all great personalities and our aim is to achieve greater heights than we did last year,” Dimperis said.
