पाकिस्तान के इस्लामाबाद में भीषण ब्लास्ट, आत्मघाती हमले में 31 की मौत

पाकिस्तान की राजधानी इस्लामाबाद में एक बम धमाका हुआ है। जुमे की नमाज के दौरान इस्लामाबाद की शिया मस्जिद कस्र ए खदीजतुल कुब्रा में सुसाइड ब्लास्ट किया गया, जिसमें कम से कम 31 लोगों की हुई, जबकि 170 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हैं। मौत का आंकड़ा और बढ़ सकता है। 


					

						

						

					

					

धमाके के बाद इस्लामाबाद में इमरजेंसी लागू कर दी गई है। धमाके वाली जगह को सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने पूरी तरह से सील कर दिया है। धमाके के बाद पुलिस और रेस्क्यू 1122 के जवान घटना वाली जगह पर पहुंच गए हैं। यहां कर्मचारी बचाव अभियान चला रहे हैं। मलबे को हटाकर लोगों को निकाला जा रहा है।

शहबाज शरीफ का आया बयान
पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ धमाके की निंदा करते हुए मौतों पर गहरा दुख जताया है। शरीफ ने गृहमंत्री मोहसिन नकवी से घटना की पूरी जांच कराने और दोषियों की तुरंत पहचान करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। शरीफ ने कहा कि इसके जिम्मेदार लोगों की पहचान कर उन्हें कड़ी सजा दिलाई जाएगी।

आठ साल बाद शिया मस्जिद में हमला
इस्लामाबाद में शियाओं की किसी मस्जिद पर हमला तकरीबन 9 साल बाद हुआ है। इस्लामाबाद में शिया मस्जिद को निशाना बनाने की आखिरी घटना नवंबर 2017 में हुई थी। इसके बाद शुक्रवार, 6 फरवरी को शिया मस्जिद में खून बहाया गया है। इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी अभी किसी गुट ने नहीं ली है। इसका शक इस्लामिक स्टेट जैसे गुटों पर है। ये गुट कट्टर सुन्नी विचारधारा को मानते हैं और शियाओं को निशाना बनाते हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ में मंगलवार को वक्फ संशोधन अधिनियम 2024 को लेकर जेपीसी की बैठक संपन्न गई है। जिसमें जेपीसी के अध्यक्ष जगदंबिका पाल, जेपीसी के सदस्य असदुद्दीन ओवैसी समेत 11 सदस्य शामिल हुए। बैठक में शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के पदाधिकारी और दीगर मुस्लिम संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि तथा सरकार के नुमाइंदे शामिल हुए। जेपीसी बिल पर मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं और संगठनों से सुझाव और आपत्तियां ली गईं। इस दौरान शिया वक्फ बोर्ड ने 'वक्फ बिल इस्तेमाल' संपत्तियों के भविष्य को लेकर चिंता जताई। शिया वक्फ बोर्ड ने कई कानूनी पहलू भी जेपीसी के सामने रखे।
  

  
उत्तर प्रदेश शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष अली जैदी ने कहा, मसौदे में ‘वक्फ बिल इस्तेमाल’ संपत्तियों को वक्फ की श्रेणी से बाहर करने की बात है। ऐसे में सवाल यह है, अगर ऐसा किया गया तो उन संपत्तियों का क्या होगा, उनका प्रबंधन कौन करेगा। उन्होंने जेपीसी को बताया कि इमामबाड़े, दरगाहें, खानकाहें, कर्बलाएं और कब्रिस्तान ऐसी सम्पत्तियां हैं जो इस्तेमाल में आती हैं। मगर, वक्फ के रूप में लिखित रूप से दर्ज नहीं हैं। इनका प्रबंधन वक्फ अधिनियम के जरिए ही होता है।
  

  
बैठक में शामिल उत्तर प्रदेश के अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्री ओमप्रकाश राजभर ने बताया कि बैठक में जेपीसी सदस्यों के सामने वक्फ संपत्तियों से जुड़े पक्षकारों ने अपनी-अपनी बात रखी। राजभर के मुताबिक सरकार की मंशा बिल्कुल साफ है। वह वक्फ संपत्तियों का लाभ गरीब मुसलमानों को भी देना चाहती है। उन्होंने किसी का नाम लिए बगैर कहा, जिन लोगों ने वक्फ की जमीनों पर अवैध कब्जा किया है, वे ही वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक का विरोध कर रहे हैं।
  

  
बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार ने बीते अगस्त में संसद में वक्फ विधेयक-2024 पेश किया था। इसके जरिए साल 1995 में तत्कालीन सरकार द्वारा पेश किए गए संशोधन में बदलाव करने का प्रस्ताव है। लोकसभा में पेश होने के बाद इसे लेकर काफी हंगामा हुआ था। लगभग सभी विपक्षी दलों ने इसका विरोध किया था। इसके बाद इसे संयुक्त संसदीय कमेटी गठित कर उसके सुपुर्द दिया गया था। यह जेपीसी सांसद जगदंबिका पाल की अध्यक्षता में गठित हुई है।

गया: कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र के नई गोदाम अड्डा के समीप सोनार गली में अज्ञात अपराधियों ने 50 वर्षीय महिला की गला रेतकर निर्मम हत्या कर दिया, घटना के समय महिला घर में अकेली थी, वही घटना की सूचना मिलते ही स्थानीय कोतवाली थाना की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और छानबीन में जुट गई है, वही जांच के लिए एफएसएल की टीम भी मौके पर पहुंचकर जांच कर रही है।
