गौतम अडानी पर लगे आरोपों पर आया व्हाइट हाउस का बयान, भारत से संबंधों पर कही ये बात

भारत के दूसरे सबसे अमीर शख्स गौतम अदानी पर अमेरिका के जस्टिस डिपार्टमेंट ने रिश्वत और धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज किया है।अडानी और उनके सात सहयोगियों के ख़िलाफ न्यूयॉर्क की अदालत में आरोप पत्र दाखिल किए गए हैं। उनके खिलाफ अरेस्ट वारंट भी जारी किया गया है। अडानी इस मामले में चौतरफा घिर गए हैं। इस बीच पूरे मामले में अब व्हाइट हाउस का बयान आया है।

व्हाइट हाउस की प्रेस सचिव कैरीन जीन-पियरेने कहा है, हम इन आरोपों से वाकिफ हैं। इन आरोपों पर अमेरिका के सिक्योरिटीज़ एंड एक्सचेंज कमिशन (एसईसी) और न्याय विभाग (डीओजी) ही अधिक जानकारी दे पाएंगे। प्रवक्ता से पूछा गया कि गौतम अदानी पर लगे आरोपों के कारण क्या दोनों देशों के बीच संबंधों को नुकसान होगा। इसके जवाब में प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि भारत और अमेरिका के बीच रिश्ते काफी मज़बूत नींव पर टिके हैं। मुझे यकीन है कि यह संबंध आगे भी बने रहेंगे।

अडानी समूह पर क्या आरोप हैं?
अडानी समूह पर आरोप हैं कि उसने कथित तौर पर सौर उर्जा अनुबंधों के लिए 250 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर (करीब 2,100 करोड़ रुपये) रिश्वत दी थी, जिसके बाद के बाद अमेरिकी अभियोजकों ने जांच शुरू की है। न्यूयॉर्क की फेडरल कोर्ट में हुई सुनवाई में गौतम अडानी समेत 8 लोगों पर अरबों की धोखाधड़ी और रिश्वत के आरोप लगे हैं। यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स अटॉर्नी ऑफिस का कहना है कि अडानी ने भारत में सोलर एनर्जी से जुड़ा कॉन्ट्रैक्ट हासिल करने के लिए भारतीय अधिकारियों को 265 मिलियन डॉलर (करीब 2200 करोड़ रुपए) की रिश्वत दी।

क्या है मामला?
पूरा मामला अडानी ग्रुप की कंपनी अडानी ग्रीन एनर्जी लिमिटेड और एक अन्य फर्म से जुड़ा हुआ है। 24 अक्टूबर 2024 को यह मामला अमेरिकी कोर्ट में दर्ज किया गया, जिसकी सुनवाई बुधवार को हुई. अडानी के अलावा शामिल सात अन्य लोग सागर अडानी, विनीत एस जैन, रंजीत गुप्ता, साइरिल कैबेनिस, सौरभ अग्रवाल, दीपक मल्होत्रा और रूपेश अग्रवाल हैं। अडानी पर आरोप है कि रिश्वत के इन पैसों को जुटाने के लिए अमेरिकी, विदेशी निवेशकों और बैंकों से झूठ बोला। सागर और विनीत अडानी ग्रीन एनर्जी लिमिटेड के अधिकारी हैं। सागर, गौतम अडानी के भतीजे हैं. गौतम अडानी और सागर के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया गया।

అదానీ గ్రూపు సంస్థ ఓన‌ర్ గౌతం అదానీ( Gautam Adani)కి.. అమెరికాలో అరెస్టు వారెంట్ జారీ అయ్యింది. 265 మిలియ‌న్ల డాల‌ర్ల లంచం కేసులో న్యూయార్క్ కోర్టు ఆ ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది. 20 ఏళ్ల‌లో దాదాపు రెండు బిలియ‌న్ల డాల‌ర్ల లాభం వ‌చ్చే సోలార్ ప‌వ‌ర్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రాజెక్టును సొంతం చేసుకునేందుకు భార‌తీయ ప్ర‌భుత్వ అధికారుల‌కు గౌతం అదానీతో పాటు మ‌రో ఏడు మంది ముడుపులు ఇవ్వ‌చూపిన‌ట్లు తేలింది. ఈ కేసులో గౌతం అదానీ బంధువు సాగ‌ర్ అదానీ కూడా ఉన్నారు. గౌతం, సాగ‌ర్ అదానీ అరెస్టు వారెంట్‌ను జ‌డ్జి జారీ చేశారు. ప్రాసిక్యూట‌ర్లు ఆ వారెంట్‌ను .. విదేశీ న్యాయ‌శాఖ‌కు అంద‌జేయ‌నున్నారు.

అమెరికా డాల‌ర్ బాండ్ల ద్వారా సుమారు 600 మిలియ‌న్ల డాల‌ర్లు స‌మ‌కూర్చాల‌ని అదానీ గ్రీన్ ఎన‌ర్జీ భావించింది. కానీ గురువారం ఆ ప్లాన్‌ను ర‌ద్దు చేసింది. అరెస్టు వారెంట్ జారీ నేప‌థ్యంలో.. అదానీ గ్రూపు ఆ ప్లాన్‌ను ర‌ద్దు చేసింది.

 అయితే దీనిపై అదానీ గ్రీన్ ఎన‌ర్జీ ఎటువంటి అధికారిక ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న చేయ‌లేదు. అమెరికా పెట్టుబ‌డీదారుల‌ను, అధికారుల‌ను మోసం చేసిన‌ట్లు గౌతం అదానీపై అభియోగాలు న‌మోదు అయ్యాయి. అమెరికాకు చెందిన సెక్యూర్టీస్ అండ్ ఎక్స్‌చేంజ్ క‌మీష‌న్ ఆ అభియోగాలు చేసింది.

भारतीय कारोबारी अडानी ग्रुप के चेयरमैन गौतम अडानी एक बार फिर विवादों में हैं। मशहूर उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी पर अमेरिका में रिश्वत और धोखाधड़ी के आरोप लगे हैं। अमेरिका में गौतम अडानी के पर 21 अरब रुपये के रिश्वत लेने के आरोप लगे हैं। अमेरिकी अदालत ने इस मामले में अडानी के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट भी जारी किया है। अमेरिका के अभियोजकों द्वारा गौतम अडानी पर लगाए गए भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों पर कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने गुरुवार को प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर गंभीर आरोप लगाए। 

आजाद कैसे घूम रहे हैं-राहुल गांधी
राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि 'अब ये साफ है कि अडानी ने भारतीय और अमेरिकी कानूनों का उल्लंघन किया है। मुझे हैरानी है कि अडानी अभी तक देश में आजाद कैसे घूम रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्रियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा रहा है। अडानी ने दो हजार करोड़ का घोटाला किया है, लेकिन वे आराम से आजाद घूम रहे हैं। 

हिंदुस्तान में अडानी का कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता-राहुल गांधी
कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने पीसी में पीएम मोदी और केंद्र सरकार पर भी निशाना साधा। राहुल गांधी ने कहा, दुनिया जानती है कि अडानी जी, मोदी जी को फुल सपोर्ट करते हैं। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी ने नारा दिया- एक हैं तो सेफ हैं। भारत में नरेंद्र मोदी और अडानी एक हैं तो सेफ़ हैं। हिंदुस्तान में अडानी का कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसके बावजूद हम अडानी जी की गिरफ्तारी की मांग करते हैं। युवा छोटा सा गलत काम करता है, तो जेल चला जाता है, वो लोग करोड़ों का खेल कर देते हैं। इन चंद लोगों ने हिंदुस्तान को हाईजैक कर लिया है।

पीएम भी अडानी के साथ भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त-राहुल गांधी
राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि हम इस मुद्दे को बार-बार उठा रहे हैं, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री अडानी को बचा रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री भी अडानी के साथ भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हैं। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि वह और उनकी पार्टी आगामी संसद सत्र में इस मुद्दे को जोर-शोर से उठाएगी। राहुल गांधी ने सेबी प्रमुख माधबी पुरी बुच को हटाने की मांग की। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि माधबी पुरी बुच अडानी को बचा रही हैं और भारत के रिटेल निवेशकों के निवेश को खतरे में डाला जा रहा है। 

सेबी प्रमुख माधबी पुरी बुच को भी घेरा
राहुल गांधी ने अपने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान उन्होंने न केवल गौतम अडानी पर बल्कि सेबी की प्रमुख माधबी पुरी बुच पर भी आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने पहले ही कहा कि वह इन घोटालों की किंगपीन हैं। माधबी बुच गौतम अडानी की शेयर प्राइस को कंट्रोल करती हैं, उनको वहां से हटाना चाहिए नहीं तो आने वाले समय में केवल बड़े इन्वेस्टर ही बच पाएंगे, रिटेल इन्वेस्टर खत्म हो जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष का नेता होने के नाते मेरा काम आपको बचाने की है और मैं वही करना चाहता हूं।

संसद में उठाएंगे मुद्दा-राहुल गांधी
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि यह हमारी जिम्मेदारी हैं और हम इस मुद्दे को संसद में उठाएंगे। राहुल ने कहा कि जिस भी राज्य सरकारों में अडानी ग्रुप के साथ समझौता हुआ है, उसकी जांच होनी चाहिए। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि इस मामले में जेपीसी की जांच होनी चाहिए। राहुल ने कहा कि अडानी के भ्रष्टाचार की बात मैं नहीं कर रहा हूं ये अमेरिकी एजेंसी ने जांच में बातें कही हैं। राहुल ने कहा कि जांच में जो भी शामिल हो उसको सजा मिलनी चाहिए।

अजित पवार के खुलासे पर शरद पवार ने भी भर दी हामी, बताई अडानी की मीटिंग की सच्चाई

अजित पवार ने एक इंटरव्यू में 2019 के महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा चुनावों के बाद बीजेपी के साथ हुए गठबंधन में उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी की भूमिका का खुलासा किया है। उन्होंने कहा, उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी 5 साल पहले बीजेपी और अविभाजित शरद पवार के नेतृत्व वाली एनसीपी के बीच बातचीत का हिस्सा थे। महाराष्ट्र में जारी चुनाव के बीच अजीत पवार के इस बयान ने हर तरफ कोहराम मचा दिया है। बीजेपी के पास फिलहाल कोई जवाब नहीं दिख रहा है। इस बीच खुद शरद पवार को आगे आना पड़ा है।शरद पवार ने पांच साल पहले गौतम अडानी के घर हुई बैठक को लेकर बड़ा खुलासा किया है।

शरद पवार ने बताया कि कैसे उनके कुछ सहयोगी बीजेपी में शामिल हो गए थे। उन्होंने दावा किया है कि उनके कुछ सहयोगियों को आश्वासन दिया गया था कि उनके खिलाफ चल रहे केंद्रीय एजेंसियों के मामले वापस ले लिए जाएंगे। एक न्यूज पोर्टल को दिए इंटरव्यू में पवार ने बताया कि उनके सहयोगियों ने उनपर बीजेपी नेताओं से मिलकर यह ऑफर खुद सुनने का दबाव डाला था। इसके बाद ही पवार अमित शाह से मिलने गौतम अडानी के घर डिनर पर गए थे। लेकिन वो इसलिए पीछे हट गए क्योंकि उन्हें ये यकीन नहीं था कि बीजेपी अपना वादा निभाएगी।

अडानी ने सिर्फ डिनर होस्ट किया, चर्चा में शामिल नहीं थे-शरद पवार
भतीजे के बयान पर शरद पवार ने कहा, बैठक जहां आयोजित की गई थी, मेन बात उस लोकेशन की थी। अडानी के दिल्ली स्थित आवास पर मुलाकात हुई थी। ऐसे में उनका नाम आया। अडानी ने रात्रिभोज की मेजबानी की लेकिन वो हमारी पूरी राजनीतिक चर्चा में भाग नहीं ले रहे थे। शरद पवार ने कहा, मैं शरद पवार खुद वहां था, अमित शाह और अजित पवार भी थे। सत्ता-बंटवारे की बातचीत अजित पवार के उप-मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में सुबह-सुबह शपथ लेने से पहले हुई थी। जिसमें देवेन्द्र फडणवीस को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया गया, ताकि सरकार बनाई जा सके। हालांकि वो सरकार बमुश्किल 80 घंटे तक ही चल सकी।

अजीत पवार ने क्या कहा
इससे पहले अजित पवार ने एक वेबसाइट को दिए एक साक्षात्कार में कहा-  हर कोई जानता है कि 2019 में महाराष्ट्र की सरकार बनवाने के लिए बैठक कहां हुई थी? सभी वहां थे। अमित शाह वहां थे, देवेंद्र फडणवीस वहां थे, गौतम अडानी वहां थे, पवार साहेब (शरद पवार) वहां थे। प्रफुल पटेल वहां थे, अजित पवार वहां थे। उस समय बीजेपी के साथ जाने का निर्णय शरद पवार की जानकारी में किया था, और एक पार्टी कार्यकर्ता के रूप में अपने सर्वोच्च नेता का मैंने अनुसरण किया था। उस एपिसोड का दोष मुझ पर आया और मैंने स्वीकार किया। मैंने दोष अपने ऊपर लिया और किसी के ऊपर कोई बात नहीं आने दी।

The win helped Bengal gather 13 points from the match while Rajasthan got 4 points. After two matches, Bengal have 17 points in their bag. 

Skipper Prayas Ray Barman (153), Rahul Prasad (101), Harsh Dev Gautam (5-31) and Ravi Kumar (4-57) were the star performers for Bengal. 

Earlier, after bowling out Rajasthan for 276, Bengal managed to score 352 to grab a vital first innings lead.

Rajasthan, in their second innings, were bundled out for just 110 on Day 4. Chasing a small target, Bengal went over the line, scoring 38 for no loss.

 Khabar kolkata News Desk: Riding on brilliant batting performances by skipper Prayas Ray Barman (153) and Rahul Prasad (101), Bengal Under-23 team were in total control against Rajasthan at the end of third day in the Col C K Nayudu Trophy in Jaipur. 

After bowling out Rajasthan for 276 in their first innings, Bengal managed to score 352 to grab a vital 76-run first innings lead on Tuesday. 

In his 247-ball knock, Prayas hit 20 boundaries while Rahul struck 11 fours and three sixes in his 241-ball innings. Ravi Kumar also chipped in with a fine unbeaten 29. 

At stumps on Day 3, Rajasthan were 48/4 in their second innings, still trailing by 28 runs. 

Bengal's Harsh Dev Gautam, who was superb with the ball bagging 3 for 7, gave Bengal hope of a win on the final day.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के तीसरे कार्यकाल का पहला बजट कल संसद के पटल पर रखा जाएगा. निर्मला सीतारमण का ये लगातार सातवां बजट होगा और इसे पेश करने के साथ ही वित्त मंत्री मोरारजी देसाई का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ देंगी, जिन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान लगातार छह बार बजट पेश किया था. पिछले एक दशक में Budget Day पर शेयर मार्केट की चाल बदली बदली रही है. छह बार सेंसेक्स ने जोरदार छलांग लगाई है, तो वहीं चार बार ये भरभराकर टूटा है. इस बीच बता दें कि साल 2021 में शेयर बाजार सबसे ज्यादा 2021 में 5 फीसदी चढ़ा था, जबकि इससे पहले 2020 में ये 2.43 फीसदी गिरा था, जो इसकी बजट वाले दिन सबसे बड़ी गिरावट थी.



बीते साल 2023 में Budget को लेकर शेयर बाजार के उत्साह पर अमेरिकी शॉर्ट सेलर कंपनी हिंडनबर्ग (Hindenburg) का असर दिखा था. भारतीय अरबपति गौतम अडानी (Gautam Adani) के अडानी ग्रुप को लेकर जारी की गई हिंडनबर्ग की रिपोर्ट का असर बजट वाले दिन शेयर बाजार पर दिखा था. हालांकि, 1 फरवरी 2023 को BSE Sensex 1223 अंक की उछाल के साथ 60,773 के स्तर तक पहुंचा था, लेकिन अंत में ये शुरुआती बढ़त को गंवाते हुए 158 अंक की बढ़त के साथ 59,708 पर बंद हुआ था. जबकि NSE Nifty 46 अंक फिसलकर 17,616.30 पर क्लोज हुआ था. 



इससे पहले साल 2022 में शेयर बाजार ने बजट वाले दिन जोरदार उड़ान भरी थी और BSE Sensex कारोबार के दौरान 1000 अंक से ज्यादा उछल गया था, हालांकि मार्केट क्लोज होने पर ये 848 अंक चढ़कर 58,862 के लेवल पर बंद हुआ था. वहीं NSE Nifty 237 अंक की तेजी लेकर 17,577 के स्तर पर क्लोज हुआ था. बात 2021 की करें, तो ये साल बजट-डे पर शेयर बाजार के लिए बेहतरीन साबित हुआ था. सेंसेक्स 2300 अंक या 5 फीसदी की ताबड़तोड़ तेजी के साथ 48,600 पर, जबकि निफ्टी 647 अंक उछलकर 14,281 पर बंद हुआ था.

वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली द्वारा साल 2015 में देश का आम बजट पेश किया गया था और बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स Budget वाले दिन 0.48% बढ़कर 29,361 अंक पर बंद हुआ था. वहीं निफ्टी भी तेजी के साथ क्लोज हुआ था. इससे पहले साल 2014 में बजट पेश होने पर शेयर बाजार में कारोबार के दौरान BSE Sensex 800 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ था. ताजा हालात की बात करें तो 23 जुलाई 2024 को पेश होने वाले बजट से पहले शेयर बाजार में खासी-उथल पुथल देखने को मिल रही है. शुक्रवार को सेंसेक्स जोरदार 738.81 अंक की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ. वहीं 269 अंक फिसलकर क्लोज हुआ.

भारत के दूसरे सबसे अमीर शख्स गौतम अदानी पर अमेरिका के जस्टिस डिपार्टमेंट ने रिश्वत और धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज किया है।अडानी और उनके सात सहयोगियों के ख़िलाफ न्यूयॉर्क की अदालत में आरोप पत्र दाखिल किए गए हैं। उनके खिलाफ अरेस्ट वारंट भी जारी किया गया है। अडानी इस मामले में चौतरफा घिर गए हैं। इस बीच पूरे मामले में अब व्हाइट हाउस का बयान आया है।

व्हाइट हाउस की प्रेस सचिव कैरीन जीन-पियरेने कहा है, हम इन आरोपों से वाकिफ हैं। इन आरोपों पर अमेरिका के सिक्योरिटीज़ एंड एक्सचेंज कमिशन (एसईसी) और न्याय विभाग (डीओजी) ही अधिक जानकारी दे पाएंगे। प्रवक्ता से पूछा गया कि गौतम अदानी पर लगे आरोपों के कारण क्या दोनों देशों के बीच संबंधों को नुकसान होगा। इसके जवाब में प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि भारत और अमेरिका के बीच रिश्ते काफी मज़बूत नींव पर टिके हैं। मुझे यकीन है कि यह संबंध आगे भी बने रहेंगे।

अडानी समूह पर क्या आरोप हैं?
अडानी समूह पर आरोप हैं कि उसने कथित तौर पर सौर उर्जा अनुबंधों के लिए 250 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर (करीब 2,100 करोड़ रुपये) रिश्वत दी थी, जिसके बाद के बाद अमेरिकी अभियोजकों ने जांच शुरू की है। न्यूयॉर्क की फेडरल कोर्ट में हुई सुनवाई में गौतम अडानी समेत 8 लोगों पर अरबों की धोखाधड़ी और रिश्वत के आरोप लगे हैं। यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स अटॉर्नी ऑफिस का कहना है कि अडानी ने भारत में सोलर एनर्जी से जुड़ा कॉन्ट्रैक्ट हासिल करने के लिए भारतीय अधिकारियों को 265 मिलियन डॉलर (करीब 2200 करोड़ रुपए) की रिश्वत दी।

क्या है मामला?
पूरा मामला अडानी ग्रुप की कंपनी अडानी ग्रीन एनर्जी लिमिटेड और एक अन्य फर्म से जुड़ा हुआ है। 24 अक्टूबर 2024 को यह मामला अमेरिकी कोर्ट में दर्ज किया गया, जिसकी सुनवाई बुधवार को हुई. अडानी के अलावा शामिल सात अन्य लोग सागर अडानी, विनीत एस जैन, रंजीत गुप्ता, साइरिल कैबेनिस, सौरभ अग्रवाल, दीपक मल्होत्रा और रूपेश अग्रवाल हैं। अडानी पर आरोप है कि रिश्वत के इन पैसों को जुटाने के लिए अमेरिकी, विदेशी निवेशकों और बैंकों से झूठ बोला। सागर और विनीत अडानी ग्रीन एनर्जी लिमिटेड के अधिकारी हैं। सागर, गौतम अडानी के भतीजे हैं. गौतम अडानी और सागर के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया गया।

అదానీ గ్రూపు సంస్థ ఓన‌ర్ గౌతం అదానీ( Gautam Adani)కి.. అమెరికాలో అరెస్టు వారెంట్ జారీ అయ్యింది. 265 మిలియ‌న్ల డాల‌ర్ల లంచం కేసులో న్యూయార్క్ కోర్టు ఆ ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది. 20 ఏళ్ల‌లో దాదాపు రెండు బిలియ‌న్ల డాల‌ర్ల లాభం వ‌చ్చే సోలార్ ప‌వ‌ర్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రాజెక్టును సొంతం చేసుకునేందుకు భార‌తీయ ప్ర‌భుత్వ అధికారుల‌కు గౌతం అదానీతో పాటు మ‌రో ఏడు మంది ముడుపులు ఇవ్వ‌చూపిన‌ట్లు తేలింది. ఈ కేసులో గౌతం అదానీ బంధువు సాగ‌ర్ అదానీ కూడా ఉన్నారు. గౌతం, సాగ‌ర్ అదానీ అరెస్టు వారెంట్‌ను జ‌డ్జి జారీ చేశారు. ప్రాసిక్యూట‌ర్లు ఆ వారెంట్‌ను .. విదేశీ న్యాయ‌శాఖ‌కు అంద‌జేయ‌నున్నారు.

అమెరికా డాల‌ర్ బాండ్ల ద్వారా సుమారు 600 మిలియ‌న్ల డాల‌ర్లు స‌మ‌కూర్చాల‌ని అదానీ గ్రీన్ ఎన‌ర్జీ భావించింది. కానీ గురువారం ఆ ప్లాన్‌ను ర‌ద్దు చేసింది. అరెస్టు వారెంట్ జారీ నేప‌థ్యంలో.. అదానీ గ్రూపు ఆ ప్లాన్‌ను ర‌ద్దు చేసింది.

 అయితే దీనిపై అదానీ గ్రీన్ ఎన‌ర్జీ ఎటువంటి అధికారిక ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న చేయ‌లేదు. అమెరికా పెట్టుబ‌డీదారుల‌ను, అధికారుల‌ను మోసం చేసిన‌ట్లు గౌతం అదానీపై అభియోగాలు న‌మోదు అయ్యాయి. అమెరికాకు చెందిన సెక్యూర్టీస్ అండ్ ఎక్స్‌చేంజ్ క‌మీష‌న్ ఆ అభియోగాలు చేసింది.

भारतीय कारोबारी अडानी ग्रुप के चेयरमैन गौतम अडानी एक बार फिर विवादों में हैं। मशहूर उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी पर अमेरिका में रिश्वत और धोखाधड़ी के आरोप लगे हैं। अमेरिका में गौतम अडानी के पर 21 अरब रुपये के रिश्वत लेने के आरोप लगे हैं। अमेरिकी अदालत ने इस मामले में अडानी के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट भी जारी किया है। अमेरिका के अभियोजकों द्वारा गौतम अडानी पर लगाए गए भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों पर कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने गुरुवार को प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर गंभीर आरोप लगाए। 

आजाद कैसे घूम रहे हैं-राहुल गांधी
राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि 'अब ये साफ है कि अडानी ने भारतीय और अमेरिकी कानूनों का उल्लंघन किया है। मुझे हैरानी है कि अडानी अभी तक देश में आजाद कैसे घूम रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्रियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा रहा है। अडानी ने दो हजार करोड़ का घोटाला किया है, लेकिन वे आराम से आजाद घूम रहे हैं। 

हिंदुस्तान में अडानी का कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता-राहुल गांधी
कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने पीसी में पीएम मोदी और केंद्र सरकार पर भी निशाना साधा। राहुल गांधी ने कहा, दुनिया जानती है कि अडानी जी, मोदी जी को फुल सपोर्ट करते हैं। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी ने नारा दिया- एक हैं तो सेफ हैं। भारत में नरेंद्र मोदी और अडानी एक हैं तो सेफ़ हैं। हिंदुस्तान में अडानी का कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसके बावजूद हम अडानी जी की गिरफ्तारी की मांग करते हैं। युवा छोटा सा गलत काम करता है, तो जेल चला जाता है, वो लोग करोड़ों का खेल कर देते हैं। इन चंद लोगों ने हिंदुस्तान को हाईजैक कर लिया है।

पीएम भी अडानी के साथ भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त-राहुल गांधी
राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि हम इस मुद्दे को बार-बार उठा रहे हैं, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री अडानी को बचा रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री भी अडानी के साथ भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हैं। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि वह और उनकी पार्टी आगामी संसद सत्र में इस मुद्दे को जोर-शोर से उठाएगी। राहुल गांधी ने सेबी प्रमुख माधबी पुरी बुच को हटाने की मांग की। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि माधबी पुरी बुच अडानी को बचा रही हैं और भारत के रिटेल निवेशकों के निवेश को खतरे में डाला जा रहा है। 

सेबी प्रमुख माधबी पुरी बुच को भी घेरा
राहुल गांधी ने अपने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान उन्होंने न केवल गौतम अडानी पर बल्कि सेबी की प्रमुख माधबी पुरी बुच पर भी आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने पहले ही कहा कि वह इन घोटालों की किंगपीन हैं। माधबी बुच गौतम अडानी की शेयर प्राइस को कंट्रोल करती हैं, उनको वहां से हटाना चाहिए नहीं तो आने वाले समय में केवल बड़े इन्वेस्टर ही बच पाएंगे, रिटेल इन्वेस्टर खत्म हो जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष का नेता होने के नाते मेरा काम आपको बचाने की है और मैं वही करना चाहता हूं।

संसद में उठाएंगे मुद्दा-राहुल गांधी
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि यह हमारी जिम्मेदारी हैं और हम इस मुद्दे को संसद में उठाएंगे। राहुल ने कहा कि जिस भी राज्य सरकारों में अडानी ग्रुप के साथ समझौता हुआ है, उसकी जांच होनी चाहिए। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि इस मामले में जेपीसी की जांच होनी चाहिए। राहुल ने कहा कि अडानी के भ्रष्टाचार की बात मैं नहीं कर रहा हूं ये अमेरिकी एजेंसी ने जांच में बातें कही हैं। राहुल ने कहा कि जांच में जो भी शामिल हो उसको सजा मिलनी चाहिए।

अजित पवार के खुलासे पर शरद पवार ने भी भर दी हामी, बताई अडानी की मीटिंग की सच्चाई

अजित पवार ने एक इंटरव्यू में 2019 के महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा चुनावों के बाद बीजेपी के साथ हुए गठबंधन में उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी की भूमिका का खुलासा किया है। उन्होंने कहा, उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी 5 साल पहले बीजेपी और अविभाजित शरद पवार के नेतृत्व वाली एनसीपी के बीच बातचीत का हिस्सा थे। महाराष्ट्र में जारी चुनाव के बीच अजीत पवार के इस बयान ने हर तरफ कोहराम मचा दिया है। बीजेपी के पास फिलहाल कोई जवाब नहीं दिख रहा है। इस बीच खुद शरद पवार को आगे आना पड़ा है।शरद पवार ने पांच साल पहले गौतम अडानी के घर हुई बैठक को लेकर बड़ा खुलासा किया है।

शरद पवार ने बताया कि कैसे उनके कुछ सहयोगी बीजेपी में शामिल हो गए थे। उन्होंने दावा किया है कि उनके कुछ सहयोगियों को आश्वासन दिया गया था कि उनके खिलाफ चल रहे केंद्रीय एजेंसियों के मामले वापस ले लिए जाएंगे। एक न्यूज पोर्टल को दिए इंटरव्यू में पवार ने बताया कि उनके सहयोगियों ने उनपर बीजेपी नेताओं से मिलकर यह ऑफर खुद सुनने का दबाव डाला था। इसके बाद ही पवार अमित शाह से मिलने गौतम अडानी के घर डिनर पर गए थे। लेकिन वो इसलिए पीछे हट गए क्योंकि उन्हें ये यकीन नहीं था कि बीजेपी अपना वादा निभाएगी।

अडानी ने सिर्फ डिनर होस्ट किया, चर्चा में शामिल नहीं थे-शरद पवार
भतीजे के बयान पर शरद पवार ने कहा, बैठक जहां आयोजित की गई थी, मेन बात उस लोकेशन की थी। अडानी के दिल्ली स्थित आवास पर मुलाकात हुई थी। ऐसे में उनका नाम आया। अडानी ने रात्रिभोज की मेजबानी की लेकिन वो हमारी पूरी राजनीतिक चर्चा में भाग नहीं ले रहे थे। शरद पवार ने कहा, मैं शरद पवार खुद वहां था, अमित शाह और अजित पवार भी थे। सत्ता-बंटवारे की बातचीत अजित पवार के उप-मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में सुबह-सुबह शपथ लेने से पहले हुई थी। जिसमें देवेन्द्र फडणवीस को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया गया, ताकि सरकार बनाई जा सके। हालांकि वो सरकार बमुश्किल 80 घंटे तक ही चल सकी।

अजीत पवार ने क्या कहा
इससे पहले अजित पवार ने एक वेबसाइट को दिए एक साक्षात्कार में कहा-  हर कोई जानता है कि 2019 में महाराष्ट्र की सरकार बनवाने के लिए बैठक कहां हुई थी? सभी वहां थे। अमित शाह वहां थे, देवेंद्र फडणवीस वहां थे, गौतम अडानी वहां थे, पवार साहेब (शरद पवार) वहां थे। प्रफुल पटेल वहां थे, अजित पवार वहां थे। उस समय बीजेपी के साथ जाने का निर्णय शरद पवार की जानकारी में किया था, और एक पार्टी कार्यकर्ता के रूप में अपने सर्वोच्च नेता का मैंने अनुसरण किया था। उस एपिसोड का दोष मुझ पर आया और मैंने स्वीकार किया। मैंने दोष अपने ऊपर लिया और किसी के ऊपर कोई बात नहीं आने दी।

Rajasthan, in their second innings, were bundled out for just 110 on Day 4. Chasing a small target, Bengal went over the line, scoring 38 for no loss.

After bowling out Rajasthan for 276 in their first innings, Bengal managed to score 352 to grab a vital 76-run first innings lead on Tuesday. 

In his 247-ball knock, Prayas hit 20 boundaries while Rahul struck 11 fours and three sixes in his 241-ball innings. Ravi Kumar also chipped in with a fine unbeaten 29. 

At stumps on Day 3, Rajasthan were 48/4 in their second innings, still trailing by 28 runs. 

Bengal's Harsh Dev Gautam, who was superb with the ball bagging 3 for 7, gave Bengal hope of a win on the final day.

देश का आम बजट आने वाला है और वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण कल 23 जुलाई 2024 को संसद में इसे पेश करेंगी. बजट पेश होने से पहले शेयर बाजार में हमेशा की तरह खासी उथल-पुथल देखने को मिल रही है. ऐसे में बजट वाले दिन Stock Market कैसा कैसा परफॉर्मेंस करेगा, ये कहना अभी जल्दबाजी होगी. लेकिन बजट वाले दिन शेयर मार्केट के इतिहास पर नजर करें, तो बीते 10 साल में ये 6 बार चढ़ा है, जबकि चार बार धराशायी हुआ है. 

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के तीसरे कार्यकाल का पहला बजट कल संसद के पटल पर रखा जाएगा. निर्मला सीतारमण का ये लगातार सातवां बजट होगा और इसे पेश करने के साथ ही वित्त मंत्री मोरारजी देसाई का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ देंगी, जिन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान लगातार छह बार बजट पेश किया था. पिछले एक दशक में Budget Day पर शेयर मार्केट की चाल बदली बदली रही है. छह बार सेंसेक्स ने जोरदार छलांग लगाई है, तो वहीं चार बार ये भरभराकर टूटा है. इस बीच बता दें कि साल 2021 में शेयर बाजार सबसे ज्यादा 2021 में 5 फीसदी चढ़ा था, जबकि इससे पहले 2020 में ये 2.43 फीसदी गिरा था, जो इसकी बजट वाले दिन सबसे बड़ी गिरावट थी.



बीते साल 2023 में Budget को लेकर शेयर बाजार के उत्साह पर अमेरिकी शॉर्ट सेलर कंपनी हिंडनबर्ग (Hindenburg) का असर दिखा था. भारतीय अरबपति गौतम अडानी (Gautam Adani) के अडानी ग्रुप को लेकर जारी की गई हिंडनबर्ग की रिपोर्ट का असर बजट वाले दिन शेयर बाजार पर दिखा था. हालांकि, 1 फरवरी 2023 को BSE Sensex 1223 अंक की उछाल के साथ 60,773 के स्तर तक पहुंचा था, लेकिन अंत में ये शुरुआती बढ़त को गंवाते हुए 158 अंक की बढ़त के साथ 59,708 पर बंद हुआ था. जबकि NSE Nifty 46 अंक फिसलकर 17,616.30 पर क्लोज हुआ था. 



इससे पहले साल 2022 में शेयर बाजार ने बजट वाले दिन जोरदार उड़ान भरी थी और BSE Sensex कारोबार के दौरान 1000 अंक से ज्यादा उछल गया था, हालांकि मार्केट क्लोज होने पर ये 848 अंक चढ़कर 58,862 के लेवल पर बंद हुआ था. वहीं NSE Nifty 237 अंक की तेजी लेकर 17,577 के स्तर पर क्लोज हुआ था. बात 2021 की करें, तो ये साल बजट-डे पर शेयर बाजार के लिए बेहतरीन साबित हुआ था. सेंसेक्स 2300 अंक या 5 फीसदी की ताबड़तोड़ तेजी के साथ 48,600 पर, जबकि निफ्टी 647 अंक उछलकर 14,281 पर बंद हुआ था.

वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली द्वारा साल 2015 में देश का आम बजट पेश किया गया था और बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स Budget वाले दिन 0.48% बढ़कर 29,361 अंक पर बंद हुआ था. वहीं निफ्टी भी तेजी के साथ क्लोज हुआ था. इससे पहले साल 2014 में बजट पेश होने पर शेयर बाजार में कारोबार के दौरान BSE Sensex 800 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ था. ताजा हालात की बात करें तो 23 जुलाई 2024 को पेश होने वाले बजट से पहले शेयर बाजार में खासी-उथल पुथल देखने को मिल रही है. शुक्रवार को सेंसेक्स जोरदार 738.81 अंक की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ. वहीं 269 अंक फिसलकर क्लोज हुआ.
